The customer service here is amazing. I just had my uniform patches and name embroidered on my uniform. I picked up the uniform and took them home. The next morning I noticed there was a 1 letter misspell in my name. I took them back and the manager had it fixed right away. 30 minutes later they gave me a call that they are ready.The employees here did such a fantastic job. I want to commend them on their hard work. They really do look out for the men and women in uniform.

This place was very friendly and welcoming. Was greeted and asked if i had any questions or if i needed assistance with anything moments after i walked in even from the counter. Spoke with Sara who provided a business card with company website for more guns if i wanted more of a selection. I asked about embroidery and was given prices at reasonable prices. I even witnessed a customer pick up a shirt/uniform that he had tailored and was asked if he could please try on the shirt to make sure everything fit to his liking before leaving. Great customer service and great store will be back.

Alyssa was the most helpful and polite person in there. I have been waiting for pants for 9 months and every week it seemed there was another issue with the shipment. I explained my delima to Alyssa and she was able to correct the order and get me my merchandise.

I paid $190 for a work jacket and was told it would be embroidered and ready in a week. It’s been 3 weeks and I’m STILL waiting for it to be embroidered. Every time I call, it’s another excuse as to why it isn’t done. The “embroidery machine is broken” or “our embroidery guy stabbed himself with a needle”. I need my jacket for work because it’s cold in the morning and the woman on he phone laughed at me when I told her I need my jacket because it’s cold. Worst customer service for the price I’ve paid for my jacket that I still don’t have.

Ken and his staff at Nevada Tactical are top notch!! Buying uniforms? Need them altered? They have the staff on site to do it. Plus, whatever you buy goes in to your own personal database so that if you need uniforms again, they have your measurements already on file, so, no remeasuring!! One and done! Plenty of uniforms in stock at the store and if Ken doesnt have what you need, he can order what you need and get it in about a week. Go see Ken and his staff at NV Tactical!!! Cool and helpful staff, after checking out a few other gun stores I felt Nevada Tactical had the best prices in the city. Ill usually stop by for ammo since they are cheap. Ill recommend them for their prices.

This business is only getting one star. Because you cant give zero. I spent a lot of money and received nothing but headaches. Pants were tailored at the wrong length, orders werent ready, confusion by staff, picked up a shirt that was permanently wrinkled with spots. I shouldve checked knowing how they do business. I called to tell about the situation and the woman who speaks broken English couldnt understand. So she puts on Kenneth Corley who ends up trying to be a bully on the phone. This is how they treat customers. They said the shirt is my problem. No refunds. I expected too much from this flawed company and staff. I will be spreading the word throughout my department and my friends throughout other departments. Not to go here for anything. Also anytime I went to this place. Customers had other issues. From wrong orders, wrong sizes, tailored incorrectly, etc. I will be posting his number and the texts/emails that went back and forth. You will see how they treat hard working Americans.

This was my first visit at NV Tactical and it was a great experience. Everybody I interacted with were very courteous. I bought a FDE Glock 19 at a great price and the transaction was quick. They did not charge an extra 2-3% for debit/credit purchases which is a plus. I will definitely be back for my future purchases. Thanks!

Extremely slow shipping, quoted a 2-3 daysGoing on 2 weeks now for something from their warehouse.Rude owner, yelling at what appeared to be an employee on the floor infront of customers.Extremely limited and over priced selection, most firearms are well over retail price.Literally go to any other gun store or just shop online and have it sent to cal ranch. Purchased a Century Catamount Fury on the internet b/c they had it a good price...Inquired about shipping to Carson City and rcvd delayed correspondence/email that from Ken that it would take about a week and half to rcv it from our warehouse and then they would ship it out.I commented that when I purchased it, I was under the impression that they actually had it in stock (and was thinking that already Ken was being less than truthful with me...our warehouse?? You expect me to believe that your small shop has its own warehouse, that the gun is there and that it is going to take a week and a half to rcv it from your warehouse? Why not just tell me the truth, that you have to order it, dont have it in stock, and will keep me advised as it enters transit to your business....ie via tracking number?)Several days go by, I contact Ken about an status update, mention that his website no longer lists the gun I ordered, can only be found with additional search criteria, and the listing no says call for availability...I mentioned that this doesnt seem to bode well for the order, conclude email asking for a refund.His delayed reply states that it will be in his shop the next day, that they will have no problems selling it and that a refund has been issued and will reflect in my account by next billing cycle.I email back that he has my money, I dont have product and want an immediate full refund...as of today, my account has still not been credited my monies...Conclusion: I do ALOT of inet commerce and this has been pretty much my only bad experience...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE!

Bought all my guns here.Best prices too, Ive been to every single gun shop in Vegas and compared a mossberg 590a1 and sr40 at every shop and Noone gave me a better quote then ken.

Well today I decided to go check out some guns for the first time because of things that been going on in my neighborhood I felt I should protect my home well Nevada tactical is right across the street from me so I went over I walked in and felt extremely uncomfortable because Im not a firearm person at all well when I said hello I got completely ignored by the staff so started looking around and really dont care about guns so I went for a gun that looked like it would stop someone and not be to crazy of a gun so Ken needed to ask me questions and said to me have you been here before I seen you before and I responded with no I just turned 21 maybe you seen me at the company I work for and I told him the name and he responded with if you work for that company why are u riding a skateboard what made me even more uncomfortable because now they are insulting me like I cant afford to drive when I thought it would be ok to get some exercise and skateboard across the street lol but anyway they just told me we dont expect your Id so I left quickly and went to a a place on nellis that treated me great and excepted my state issued identification lol

Its a disappointment for a gun store that has little to offer specially for locals.
