I went to RECON today to drop my upper receiver off to a guy named Dave who is a gun smith and does drops and pics from RECON (does not work there). Man I’m glad I did. I dig this shop! The team there is super friendly and informative. Great selection of guns and STUFF. I love guns and i love gun stuff. They have a whole work station set up in there to field strip. Great shop.

Went to Recon on the advise of another shop in town when they didn’t have a part I wanted. Recon not only had the part but due to the great selection I ended up purchasing two new hand guns. Thanks to some good timing and the absolutely amazing lady behind the counter I was lucky enough to walk out with my fire arms the same day. This was at 4:30 on a Saturday no less. I LOVE this gun store!!! Its hard to find great, honest and extremely helpful people at most gun shops. (Sig AZZ) Ty will literally take every firearm off the wall or out of the cases to show you what you are looking for. She is knowledgeable, friendly and very attentive to their customers. Ive been on the fence for a while with the thought of buying a firearm since Im somewhat opposed to them, however, its something that you need when no one else is there to save you.Truthfully, I almost stopped signing up for one halfway, but I needed to make the choice of protecting myself. So, for anyone new to buying a gun for themselves. Great shop with great people! I needed a holster for my Glock 43X MOS with a TLR-6 and Brandon custom ordered it in purple carbon fiber with a ulti clip! Makes me feel confident in wearing my gun. Also came back a second time for a 15 rd mag. Glock 43X comes with only a 10 rd single stack mag. Come check them out!!

Few things I want to mention.. Im 45 yrs of age, shot my first rifle back in 1983 lol dam. Bought my first gun in 1997. Little bit of my history. But these folks delivered a experience that wont be forgotten. Some of the reasons for my purchase was heart-felt. They listened and cared because by the third rifle they showed me, my mouth dropped and I lost focus of everything else, even them. One last thing. I went to a different shop before coming here. First time I went into recon arms they had a maxum defense pdx in 300blk. I was being cheap and having buyers remorse prior to my purchase so I didn’t buy. Went home and slept on it. Went back the next day to make the purchase and he sold it to another customer. He said he could order me another and I am very impatient.
