Very solid bunch of guys! I actually had the pleasure of working directly with the general manager he was not only extremely professional but was patient and friendly. He made sure not only was my firearm taken care of but he took time to find a holster for my Max 9. All in all I would recommend this outfit to anyone they definitely have old-school customer service where the customer is still important unlike most of the other gun shops in Las Vegas. I’ve been a salesman in corporate America for over 25 years and my expectations of customer service is very high and they definitely exceeded my mark! The company should be very proud to have a hands on store manager it goes a long way. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.This is what my G-Sight trainer looked liked after the gun smith dialed my sights in. 10 shots dead center.

WOW! I just transferred a fire arm through Spartan Arms today. I filled out the 4473 paperwork expecting at least 3 days to come. And within 30 min. Walked out. The employees were very helpful, friendly, and patient with me. One of them even took the time to walk me through operation and cleaning. Very Helpful. Fantastic customer service.

They have a solid supply firearms and furniture. They constantly restock, and the staff knows the proper weapon grades. Staff is down to earth. Ammo prices are a little better than current market prices

Poor knowledge from sales reps. After 2 weeks of waiting background check still not submitted. Went in twice the first time we put 50% down for my wifes sidearm, I asked Lakota specifically if we could fill out all the paperwork necessary for the background check that same day. He said they could not submit the background check until the firearm was purchased, which is fine but I explained that we work mostly during their business hours and so while she was here if we could fill everything out and get a scan of her license so that I could come in and pay the other half and have them submit the background check then that would be great. He said that was not a problem. A week later I went in and paid the other 50%. At that time another rep let me know that my wife needed to be there to fill out the paper work for background check. I told him we had filled it out a week ago and that Lakota had scanned my wifes ID. He said ok youre all setA week later I called to see if the background check has come back the woman that answered the phone for very snippy with me after being put on a long hold when she told me that my wife would need to come in and fill out the background check paperwork and present her ID. I again related my experience at our first visit. To which I was told we only filled out the layaway paper work not the background check. At this point I was annoyed as 2 different sales reps had assured me that we had provided what we needed to. I will have my wife go in again to fill out paperwork and then we will not return to this establishment. I was planning on purchasing a new rifle from them if or experience was good...it was not. I will purchase elsewhere from here on out.

The store has no integrity Do yourself a favor and go down the street and by a firearm from Northwest arms. Spartan arms will not backup their products or online guarantee,They do not stand by their own guarantees. I bought a weapon on their website And because they messed up in the pricing they had every excuse for giving me a refund without my permission attached below is a copy of my receipt and Letter from The Office of the director Nevada Consumer Affairs and you will clearly see that Spartan Arms admitted to ripping me off. Only after having to answer to someone with authority.when I called Nathan at spartan arms if he would have at least admitted to his mistake I would understand a little more but no they tried to lie to me and then told me good luck with that and hung up. The only thing I deleted off the picture of the 2 receipts is my home address, my email address and name same with the letter. Now I will take this letter witch is an admittance of guilt on there behalf to my attorney and they will give me what I paid for. This is an integrity issue and they will be held accountable.

Im typically really nervous going into places where I dont have a lot of knowledge. This is definitely a place where the employee takes the time to impart their wisdom to further help me out in regards to figuring out what I need to buy and how to go about doing it. They are nice and straight to the point. They dont try and make you buy anything you dont need. I left that store feeling more confident with my choices of firearms and other items that I was interested in. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this store as the people in it dont belittle you and as long as youre respectful, they treat you the same way.

I went in on a Monday morning and bought a $500 lower receiver for a rifle. I was told that itll take 1-3 days for the background check and that theyll call me... Saturday came around and I gave them a call midday to find out whats up. I thought that maybe they misdialed my number and someone else got my call. The person who answered their phone said that they were extremely busy and that the system is backed up because of the huge increase in business that week. I was confused because I was in there Monday morning... Their huge rush happened after my purchase and it shouldnt effect me. The person accidently slipped out the truth and told me that they havent even submitted my background paperwork. I grew fairly upset and told them that I wanted to cancel my transaction because of their lack of follow through and that id come in on Monday for my refund. Sure enough, the next day, I got a call saying that Ive been cleared. A friend of mine purchased a receiver on Thursday, during the same week, from another store and picked his up Saturday... It took a total of 7 days, to get the item that Ive paid for because of their inability to manage their business... I will never do business with this company again!!

Lol.It was my first experience with this company and Ill stick to Precision on Blue diamond road.They always go above and beyond and treat you with respect as if theyve known you for years.They also have a nice range and Im sure they wouldnt chew while talking in your ear.My opinion.You guys have a nice store it looks like.Maybe others have had a better experience.No biggie.Thank you guys for answering my questions.Be safe!

Great customer service. I’ve been to a few shops in Las Vegas looking for a specific gun. Not only they did not have it in stock but gun salesmen are so rude for absolutely no reason. This shop treated us appropriately and just the way sales and customer service should be handled. I live 30 mins away but I would rather do the drive there and back and give them my business instead of dealing with a shop like lock n load (great inventory but terrible salesmen). Just treat customers like a friend and you’ll earn their business. Thank you Spartan arms. Good prices, great inventory and great people behind the counter. Had a short conversation with the bearded man about some ARs and instantly he earned a loyal customer.

This is the first gun store Ive ever been to and Ive had a pretty good experience overall. Some of the staff members are really engaging and knowledgeable about different types of firearms and their uses. The background check for my pistol took three days due to the COVID-19 crisis and when it was ready, I was called immediately and allowed to pick it up. I suggest doing some research about what you want to buy before walking into this store but I would recommend new and experienced gun owners to check this location out. They have a wide variety of firearms and accessories and I look forward to going back!

Was there last night and had a great experience purchasing some 9mm and 5.56. Had great service from Adam and the dude with the beard think his name was John!

I stopped by because I was having problems with my AR-15. The sales person Brandon was extremely patient and helpful. Because they have a on sight gunsmith my gun was repaired in less than a half hour. Thank you Brandon for your professionalism. I will definitely be giving them my business in the future.

Called in and woman answered and couldnt give me a price on a rifle case I know was hanging 10ft from the front desk becuase they were too busy it takes 20 seconds to walk over and read the tag.I was at a big name store but wanted to see if our local shops were close in price. Unfortunately lost my business on this purchase.

Flew from from out of town to participate in a large sporting clays event hosted at the Clark Country Gun Club. I stopped in to purchase a few flats ( 20 boxes) of clay target loads. When I walked in the store looked clean and the fella behind the counter said hello, I asked where do you keep your clay target loads. He said “we don’t” I said really, and he said “yup!” Now keep in mind their store is like maybe 3-4 miles from Clark County! One of the best clay target venues I’ve ever seen. I said to the clerk you know there is a huge clays range right up the road, and he said “ Go buy them at Walmart “All I can say is WOW!

I was so happy with my experience here. The guys were so helpful and made sure I could handle what I was buying before the transaction ever went through.

Do you like waiting obscene amounts of time for transfers to go through and background checks? Then this is the store for you. In the time it took Spartan to run my background check for 1 transfer I had 3 other ones from different stores in town I did after I did the paperwork at Spartan clear and come back days before. My whole transfer will have been going on a week to get. Went in yesterday and asked if it had come back, they said yes and then I asked if I could then receive it then and they said no. Even after offering to pay double and triple the transfer fee.

Great customer service from Brandon! He answered all my questions and we were about to leave the store and He shout out and asked us to stay because they wanted are business. I returned the next day and made the sale and he also got a great deals on everything we purchased . We even got Pass for local shooting range with are purchases items.

The rep who “assisted” us was very rude. He didn’t seem too eager to make a sale, which is fine, but we are first time buyers and were hoping for a bit of assistance. The “salesperson” today was straightforward but rude in his demeanor and how he responded; that’s the best way to describe it. Perhaps we shouldn’t have been first time buyers and maybe did some research prior? That’s our fault I suppose and how we were treated by this guy. We did end up making a purchase but did so with the knowledge that guns are limited currently. I totally regret making a purchase here and will avoid this place in the future. Things have got to be hectic in this market so perhaps that came into play? Regardless, it was a bad experience.

I drove 31 miles to get here. If you know Vegas, you know that is the definition of across town. Its worth the drive and I will be back. They had the best price on the lower I needed even before their Independence Day discount. Staff were all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.Lastly, the thing that stood out to me the most and the main reason I will be back is their selection. It seems very broad across anything guns, shooting, tactical needs. I am building an AR-15 in FDE and finding the parts I need can prove to be very difficult especially at a good price they had more in-stock than I expected, its a pretty large shop.

I recommend this shop to everyone I meet. They have a fantastic staff and a large selection of guns and parts. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to help you regardless if youre a first time gun owner or the most experienced shooter. He really didnt push his opinions or preferences on me and made me feel comfortable. He also offered a Law Enforcement discount, they really take care of Military and Police....... Spartan Arms had their Grand Opening today. It was a great party. They have a wide selection and good prices. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It is great to have another gun store open at our end of town.

Ask about price match and they said aslong it’s not significant amount difference. So I asked about sig p320 xcompact and they have it for 620, but saw in another gunshop for 599.99 and ask to price match to save me the trip since I’m closer to spartan arms. They did not honor their words. Very disappointed by the lies. Will not ever buy here again.

I have spent considerable money at Spartan over the past 2 years. No more. I wanted to renew my CCW that expired 4 months earlier. They told me I had to take the full class and pay $80. The class was postponed with no notification. The next week another company taught the class. I then found out I had 365 days to renew at a much cheaper price. Other issues have also caused me to go elsewhere.

Called about ammo inquiry, cut me off and didnt even let me ask my question. Horrible customer service.

Best gun shop in the valley. I live in Henderson and drive all the way up there if Im making a large purchase. Their staff is the friendliest in town and very knowledgeable. Its also one of the only shops open 7 days a week, due to their close proximity to the County Shooting Complex, which is also open 7 days a week.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped me find the right handgun for me. I have limitations with my wrists and have struggled to find a handgun that wouldnt hurt it to use -- they steered me in the right direction without making me feel pressured or belittling me since I dont know much about firearms. They also recommended me to check out their CCW classes and talk with their firearm instructor to help me get more comfortable.Would definitely recommend to anyone/everyone.

I have been around guns and gun stores for a long time. I visited Spartan Arms for the first time and a few weeks ago and I was very impressed with the inventory selection and staff. Some gun stores give off a condescending vibe when you dont know certain things about firearms. Spartan Arms has won my trust and my respect as I have spent a few hours in the store now and they are always more than willing to go the extra mile for every customer. New shooters, experienced shooters and non gun owners will all enjoy this store. Very pleased with them!

This location is very welcoming! They gave me a bottle of cold water right when I walked in. I also brought my first pepper spray today. I will come back again. This place deserves 100 stars.

They don’t tell you there is a credit card fee. Do you realize that if you purchase an expensive firearm that you are not paying a “small credit card fee” but a potentially $50 FEE!!!! On top of that they are also skimming off taxes by charging you “sales tax” for the CC FEE. This is shady and a VERY poor business practice that I suspect many have not caught on to. If they do away with this nonsense then I could support them again.Also be advised their Cerakote “guy” is not a certified Cerakote applicator so Cerakote is not going to back the work. BE ADVISED.
