Small store located in a strip mall at a convenient location. The store has copier, packing supplies & mailbox rental. Staff was helpful.

Jackie went absolutely above and beyond to help me send a package to my son. I am older and haven’t been out for a year now. She was compassionate, extremely patient and very understanding. The young lady who picked up my package was also exceedingly helpful. Thank you for all your help. I really appreciate it.

Gianna was amazing as this location is always so helpful!! I prefer this location as the employees are always so friendly and pleasant. I went to the N. Main location and Dominique was rude and refused to take my Amazon hassle free returns without charging me for return shipping. Gianna didnt bat an eye and accepted my returns and asked if it was ok to return the items in the box I brought in and we stuffed them in that box together. Perfect fit and no hassle here!! I love this location. I will continue to go out of my way to come here because its worth not having to deal with the rude and unprofessional employees at the N Main store. The Lohman store employees ROCK!!! Thank you again for always being so friendly and professional. Youve gained a customer for life!!!

Gianna is an amazing employee and was able to juggle five things (at least) while I was there and yet I felt completely taken care of. I will visit again as soon as I have anything to mail. I might mail something I dont even need to just to go back. Thank you!

Jackie was absolutely amazing! First, she was extremely helpful even though I came in just before closing time. Second, she was patient with me as we tried to figure the best way to ship boxes out of state. Third, she repackaged my items so they would ship correctly. I just lost my father and I am very moved by people who go out of their way to make life easier. Best customer service!

I will never use a ups ever again. Shipped out a very expensive item worth more than 1000$. Did the 2 day air express and first day out it gets lost. Find out not by them but my checking my tracking number. Opened a claim and it got closed because they did not have enough item discriltion like come on you shipped it out how are you not gonna have the discription. So I open it again and now they saying it’s being paid but only 145$ will I be getting LIKE I TRUSTED YOU WITH MY PACKAGE AND THIS IS HOW YOU GUYS TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. Ripping them off and called customer service and talked to a SUPERVISOR who’s name was Octavia and she was so rude telling me to call the 800 number and that she didn’t ship it out and hung up on me and say bye With a rude and non customer service tone.. being a big chain company you guys just lost a lot of customers I’ll make sure to let friends and family know about the bad customer service you all have from claims department all the way to the customer service and the clerk who handled my shipment you guys took a really valueable item but lost a lot of customers because I will be letting people know about my experience with ups.. have a great day and hope one day you do not experience the disappointment they have put us through for a month

Unbelievable service! Where FedEx refused, this UPS store came to pick up a poorly wrapped chandelier and re-wrapped it, shipped it, all while I was in Florida! Nicole was so kind and patient. I am still in awe of the level of service at my aunts home town UPS in Las Cruces.

This location is great, definitely recommend! The customer service here is awesome! Basically to return an Amazon package it’s as easy as putting it back into the box and dropping it off at UPS they pay will take care of the rest, which is not only SUPER helpful but, awesome of how they do it.

I dont know if its a new policy, normally when I have an Amazon return I walk in to a UPS store, they scan the barcode, print out the sticker, and were good to go (did this a few months ago here no problem). Now they wanted me to sign in to my Amazon account on a public terminal, and print from that.The worst part, they had a guy filling out forms (not printing, not using the computer, nothing computer related), and asked me to wait until he was done to sign in and print. Im not going to sit and wait 10 minutes to do all that.

We were making multiple shipments of items from a family member’s estate. I shipped 4 paintings to myself in WA and they arrived in fabulous condition with the best bubble-wrapping I have ever seen through a UPS facility. Thank you, Veronica and colleagues!

I needed some flyer printed last minute I contacted Diamond at the UPS store and she was very attentive knew exactly what I needed and understood my urge to get them ASAP! I emailed her the file and she was done in 2.5 hours! I was beyond impressed and so thankful they were able to help me out ! This will be my go to location for all printing needs! Excellent service!

Had some issues but went in and Nichole (manager/owner) said they would correct the issue and offered a refund. This was 2 months ago... Nothing has been fixed and I get excuses when I call. I would avoid this place.

DO NOT Print ANYTHING here - This is the worst, conceivable possible place to get that done. Very poor customer service and they cant seem to complete even a small 8 item order [Order #: 1846088] - This problem has happened several times. They advertise printing, but GOOD LUCK getting it. Store is always empty yet staff seems overwhelmed and always hectic. ALWAYS has to call someone for an answer. Stay away.

Went in today and I was blown away by the phenomenal customer service to everyone who walked through the door. This guy Cody took charge and efficiently processed my order in no time. His dedication to customer service went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this location.

This is one of the best UPS offices in the town, the personnel is very friendly and attentive, always kind and ready to help, they work quick and professionally which is very important when one is in the hurry. There are a couple UPS stores around the town but I always come here, like this place a lot 👌

It started out good three months ago, but has gone down hill severly. Many many times, i would go and check my mail box and have other peoples mail. The girl in the store, said sorry and will get it into the right box and happened again today. I renewed my mail box in early dec until, but in a house now and all mail coming there. I asked for a refund from today jan 4, until i think i signed up to use the box until march 4. SHOULD BE REFUNDED THAT PART I DID NOT USE ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿.The girl in your store, did not think i would get a refund.???? I THINK A REFUND IS IN ORDER..THANKS.
