I called to stop a shipment of parts I did not order and gave them both tracking numbers as it was a 2 part shipment. They still delivered one to me and just left it at my front door without even so much as a knock on my door. My neighbor told me it was there. I called and arranged for them to come pick it up. They said Monday between 8 am to 6 pm and never came so I called again they actually gave me a new tracking number for sending it back and said theyd pickup Tue. between 8 to 6 and again never picked it up. Im disabled and now have to take the package back myself, its heavy.

I realized there are multiple people with a similar situation... my $600 package never arrived but was told multiple times it has. No one can provide me gps coordinates. Definitely not using fedex anymore.

Got a text that my package delivery attempt was made but noone was home...I was literally sitting on my front porch at the time it said they attempted delivery...noone came by

They have proven several times that they are incapable of finding the address they’re supposed to be delivering to and instead just give up and send it back to the carrier facility.

Very disappointed. I work from home and was expecting a very important package. I needed it by 12 pm to ensure i would meet my employers deadline for this project. Unfortunately at 11 am I received an email stating my package was undeliverable due to no one being home to sign... But there was someone home and we verified on our camera the driver never even showed up.

When I went there was a few people in line and it took a while. However it was clear the lady working was doing her best while her co-workers were out to lunch. I would rate five stars if there was a bit more space inside.

There is no government agency that oversees FEDEX so they and screw you and you have no recourse. If they lose or damage a package to bad.They ask you how much you want to insure the package for but when it is damages they tell you it is not insurance and only an estimate of value.Then regardless of how well it is packed they tell you that if you had only packed it better it wold not have been damaged. It would be better to use a private freight or trucking company.

I regularly ship from and pick up packages at this location. I have always received awesome customer service here. Staff is friendly and helpful.Only reason for 4 stars is there is no way to contact this location by phone.

They wont care if you call them for an error check on the zip code address on your package. Called them and explained about the zip code problem in my area so that they would correct it and wont have my delivery delayed and was brushed off with a we deliver to the zip code area. Dont worry yoully get your package tomorrow. Well, they didnt care to do what I asked and now I get this there was an error with your area code, when I called exactly for that. Thanks for listening and doing your job. Now I get my package late for just not listening to a customer when they are calling for an error check.

Very quick easy and great people working

I waited all day for the delivery but they delivered to the wrong address. For two days I called waited 30 minutes one day and 40 minutes the next day. The people who received the package took it back to FedEx. The third day I called the automated said it was out for delivery . Again I waited then I see the FedEx truck drive away. I signed up for text updated but never received any notification that the driver was delivering to my house

My delivery person Julio, not only delivered our package on-time, but he also called to let us know that there was a rattlesnake at our front door while we were at work. I appreciate his customer service and concern for my familys safety.

Worst service Ive ever experienced. Twice in one month, an overnight package took over a week to get due to mistakes during sorting. No apologies or offers to make it right. Absolutely no help. Unreliable and the tracking updates are 12 hours behind.

You pay extra for your packages to get to their respective locations at a certain time and they cant even deliver with that they are a big rip off
