I walked in and was greeted by a lady who informed me that she could print my shipping labels for me. I brought in my packages, which still needed to be taped. The lady was so kind and willing to help me, she said she would take care of everything. I walked away pleasantly surprised by their service. It certainly made my day. Thank you for your kindness ladies!

Do NOT SHOP HERE! They lost all my important marriage documents. I paid to have next day shipping and have it delivered by 4pm. It’s been a week and they haven’t delivered it at all.

I came to office with a print job off a flash drive. Nancy took my order, explained options for me to consider,, and then printed a sample to make sure I was satisfied. I was; she completed my job promptly. I have used this store for several years, always quality service. Very competitively priced. I would never go elsewhere for printing..

They gave my package to another individual. Now I am looking for an I Morales because they dont record the persons first name.

This is the worst retail location I have ever dealt with. Rude and dishonest. Today was the final straw. Tried to drop off a return package that was exactly as I received it from the original shipper and in perfect condition. They would not accept it unless I purchased another box or let them, for a fee, repackage it. I ended up taking it to the actual FedEx facility clear across town where it was accepted without any problems exactly as it was. If you want good service, go directly to FedEx not one of these crappy privately owned stores. Or I highly recommend the local ups stores. Very friendly, professional and competent employees.

Just went in today to have a 200 page manual printed and bound and was in and out in 15 minutes. The gentleman named Chris who served me was very friendly and helpful. In fact, the many other times I have been there in the last 3 years the service has been excellent including printing, sending and receiving (booze) packages. Kudos!

The main employee (maybe manager) during the day shift at this FedEx location is the WORST!!! The past few times Ive tried to drop off a prepaid package, he shakes the package very hard and then states there isnt enough filler. He also complains that the box isnt sturdy enough for shipping. Hes always trying to rip off the customer and get them to purchase another box and/or to repackage it for more money. These boxes were delivered by FedEx with all of the exact same packaging. Ive had no issues returning the same packages without being modified to another employee at the same location. Ive also had no issues delivering the same packages to the University location. I will not return to this location until this idiot is fired!!! I prefer FedEx over UPS but this jerk is making it real easy to switch!!!

Decided to print out some photographs I had taken of my cat and I on our trip around the US. It took us more than half a day to get the printer to register the images and it ran out of ink! after another hour of waiting for replacement cartridges and another hour to print them out, I wanted them to send them back to my apartment. guess what, they would not send them without them being packaged. so I packaged them and placed it on the desk and was met with refusal to send them as I packaged them wrong and they said they could package them for a fee! i was fed up and walked outside to my cat in the car with them walking behind demanding payment, so I lit up the photos and threw them on the steps. never visiting the state again.

I do NOT recommend anyone this place this is the WORST place ever .I went there to print a document and it took me ONE whole HOUR!!! the staffs we NOT friendly at ALL! And guess what ?!! by the end of the day, one hour, I got nothing done !!!didn’t PRINT AnyTHIng!!! the manager was a no no .he didn’t really helped us I had to KEEP on calling him and he would say “you could just send it to my computer and I’ll help you printed out “when we were trying to print with a USB cable connected to my iPhone. And he says it might have to take a long way to get the file loaded on to printer. And so we did. We waited a while cause we thought he was trying to print it out and when I asked him if he received it, he was like..”no”. What the heck!! And this happened a couple of times!! This printer is wack as hell as well! Not to mention I’ve tried different devices and sending the doc to their computer with different devices. And it DID NOT WORK!!! No matter what! I’ve seen other people trying to print documents and they were PDFs and these printers DId NOT work!!! We should’ve left when it took half an hour. The staffs ARE NOT today willing to help us.and they know we were here for one whole hour!! We’ve seen so many customers I and our and we’ve been there for soooooooo LONG!!! Not to mention we were sooooo hungry!! And angry!!

The driver from here never brings my package. they just put the we missed you sticker on the door. I would know since i took days off from work for two different packages waited at home all day and went outside to see that damn note. Yall dont even try. Next time i have a package from yall im waiting outside n the street corner and when the truck gets here imma see if the driver even tried to hold a package to the door. (ive had issues with this location for a year) Btw for my two packages they never delivered they recommend i drive to the next state to get my stuff. I had wait for the package and then pick it up a a few miles out of town(not as far but still i paid for certain shipping cost.)JUST GO WITH UPS!!!!!But im sure they cant mess up the printing its self service So go for printing

POSSIBLE CREDIT CARD AND DEBIT CARD THEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!After using the Print and Go I have had both my credit card and debit card numbers stolen. On my credit card someone tried making a $960 purchase and today someone used my debit card for a $350 purchase....BOTH PURCHASES WERE MADE WITH FEDEX!!!!!!!!

Same experience as many others. I bring in boxes that were packed and shipped by fedex offices and they guy here tells me that hes going to open the box to check on the filler. If I refuse to let him open the box he refuses to ship it. So I let him and he says that the box needs filler and charges me for it. I ship dozens of boxes every month from offices all over NM and have never had this experience but this guy has pulled this scam both times Ive attempted to ship here. I am sure he is just padding his stores sales numbers.

Someone suggested the printing service might be okay. Its not. If you need to use a computer the prices are ridiculous.

Horrible Horrible Horrible location, did i say they are horrible. I ship few packages a day as an ebay seller and one of the lessons I learned over the years, do not ship with fedex. Over the last few years I tried to drop a prepaid fedex shipments at this location and the one in university ave and every time they hold the box, they lift it up and they shake it like it is not any bodys business, then the guy tells me the same s**t the box and packaging are not good enough and the stuff inside can move and we can not accept it unless you pay for us to package it. this is what i call milking the customer and it is a rip off and I am going to file a complaint with the headquarters even though I know it is the company practice that support that because i tried in other locations with other shipments and had the same awful experience. Do not ship with these clowns, use USPS or UPS. USPS is the best but unfortunately their rates go to the roof if your package is heavy and/or big.

Tried to return an item I boguht online because it got damaged by fedex during transit. The seller said to return it by fedex, but when I took ithere, a cashier says he wouldnt take the shipment claiming its their company policy to not accept damaged boxes. Guess who did the damage? What a joke.

Awful! Those FedEx guys are ridiculous. They told me the box I brought has been used and is not strong enough. They refused to ship that and I have to use a new box and and it will cost me $5. What a rip-off! I went to the UPS instead, no problems there. Stay away from this greedy place!

Terrible! I go to seal a large FedEx Express box and the guy behind the counter who had what sounded like a Russian accent says I must buy stuffing for $3.99 plus tax to fill 3 inches to the top of the box. Rip off artists. If you need to ship a Fed Ex package go to the professional staffed FedEx Express facility off of Amador Ave on the west side of town.

He helped me send my phone that was mailed FEDEX, but has to return UPS..?!?Taped my box, and sent me where i needed to go with a patient smile.
