I had been considering switching my service. Went to store to get some questions answered and Darlene was able to give me answers and a far better deal on service, saving me $100 a month. Made the switch on the spot, no hesitation. Later Leslie and Claudia handled a couple of technical issues that needed to be addressed. A huge shout out to all 3 of them for their friendliness, professionalism, and expertise.
I had to go in to switch my SIM card for my new phone and all they did was give me a paperclip to pop open the SIM tray. A paperclip isnt even the proper tool for that kind of job and can even damage the tray. Little did they know that Im a former Sprint customer so the old SIM card didnt even work in the phone. I went to a different T-mobile store and they took great care of me giving me a new SIM card and updating my information as a new T-mobile customer. The overall network carrier is great! However, I wouldnt go to this store for technical fixes because they seemed more focused on making sales.
I’ve been a use for about five years now maybe more and the service has been seriously, seriously declining over the past couple months. The advertisements are not what they claim to be because from personal experience tmobile definitely does Not have the best coverage nationwide.

The staff at the store were amazing in helping my parents get a new phone and get it set up. I was not with them but it is my account so I had to call 611 to give them temporary authorization to modify my account. The guy at the 611 customer service number was not helpful at all. Kept trying send me a phone even though my parents already found one AT THE STORE. I had to tell him repeatedly they had the phone. Then he tried to tell me he would have to send me a SIM card because you cant walk out of the store with an operating phone. I got mad and hung up on him. I drove to the store to authorize the addition to.my account.
I switched from Verizon to T mobile. I couldn’t be happier. Their the coverage is exceptional and staff is very helpful, not to mention their good deals on devices right now :) I would highly recommend Leah, She made my switch so easy and explained everything to me so I can understand the bill breakdown.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They don’t pretend to know things they don’t know. I respect that. Very satisfied with the customer service in this store. I’ve been helped by two young ladies and one gentleman. They were all very good to work with. My family and I will not go to any other t mobile location. They are great.
They alway say they arent sure when I ask questions. When I tell them what I told customer service from calling they never know what Im talking about so I have to call Tmobile customer service again to actually get help. Better training would make this store a good one to go to.
Place should have told me on the phone how busy they were, left without solving my problem. Was going to spend over $300.00 ...... I dont wait more the 10 minutes when spending that kind of money. Very rude. Very unprofessional.
Sales associate lied to us about the price of our monthly bill and she forgot to add the insurance. Why work in sales if you can’t be honest! Get better employees with better morals who aren’t just trying to sell

New account created without a problem and no shady add onsIve been with them for over 15 years and love tmobile. Both people who switched plans are happy with the service price and the quality of our customer service, beyond exceptional.Strongly recommend if looking for a new carrier. Ask for Xavier, he knows how to explain things so regular people can understand them but also he never made us feel dumb for not knowing or for asking a ton of questions.
I was very happy with the service I received today. The young man sold me a new sim card with more Gbites. He then made sure everything was transferred over to the new card. If I could remember the young mans name I would call it out. You can pull up the receipt for today and thank him very much for his great service.

The employees here are always very courteous and knowledgeable. They are always up on the latest deals and promotions and will do what they can to get you a good deal. The parking at this store can get a little crowded at peak times. The store itself is spacious with plenty of items on display. Its very clean and organized.
This is a really awesome T-Mobile store. Xavier helped me setup my account on my new phone and then recently ported a number from an old phone from a different carrier over to T-Mobile. These guys knew exactly what they were doing & have the knowledge to do it, and they were friendly and more than helpful. Easy parking with wheelchair accessible ramp. Come in and ask for Xavier he knows exactly what hes doing, was able to help reprogram both phones an old one and a new one.

These con artist tried to charge me double the price than the website offered. When the T-Mobile customer service called them to find out what kind of scam they were pulling they hung up on them. Dont even see whats the point of having a store.
The employees at this store a SUPER helpful, knowledgeable and. friendly! I have never been to a cellphone store before where the employees dont pressure you into switching, they allowed me to take my time and explore ALL of my options before making a decision. Ultimately I switched and have enjoyed it ever since!

Their 5G is a scam, they took my trade in phone and sent it off the next day (even though I called and immediately told them I was having problems with their service dont send my phone off yet I cant promise Ill keep the service) and did not honor their trade in policy for a $280 prepaid Visa. I live on the map with 5G coverage and my average speed was 28KBS thats not even dialup speeds. Their technical support didnt know what he was doing saying he had to adjust the towers I was using that dropped all internet and then text me a link to follow? Really? I had to return the phone, argue about the restock fee, out my trade in phone because they cant track it, go back to Verizon with no phone and buy one completely new after paying off the balance of my phone T-mobile took, then T-mobile still sent me a bill for $29, I called again talked to a manager where they said they would fix the bill, then a week later the bill was drafted out of my account.Their 5G is a scam, they for lack of a better word stole my trade in phone, did not honor their trade-in policy, then billed me, over 6 cumulative hours with customer service and managers on the phone all to only have their service for 36hours. What was supposed to be a nice Christmas present for myself turned into a nightmare.
The staff is always helpful. Their goal is to help me in the most efficient and cost effective manner. The store is always clean and well lit. I prefer this store to the one in the mall.
The staff at this T-Mobile location are by far the most friendly, helpful, & accommodating in town. They really take the time to answer questions & double check that theyre giving you the best deal.

THE one on Valley most horrible costumer service Their didnt want to help me I came in misplaced my charger ask to charge They chargered. They advise me you could buy 1 for 25.00. I said no but she insisted. I ask to charge up my phoneThe one on Telshore gave me the price any where from 15 to 25. Am I getting rip off on Valley T-Mobile?

Well after trying all of the T-Mobile locations in town, this is my go to. This one seems like the least with sales pressure and not many brotatoes. Yup, I said the Bros. Bros make me uncomfortable, too much bromance going on.I went during Christmas and dropped a huge wad of cash for an iPhone 8 and two Note 8s. It was a good experience except something was wrong with their computer. The transaction took for....ever.

Not only was I lied to about the coverage. I dont get service at work. But Ive spoken with customer service several times and still have not had any issue resolved. During one of my phone calls with customer support the call was dropped and the CSR had to call me back. A message that was sent to me at 6:13 pm wasnt downloaded till 8:48 pm. I recieved voicemails without ever having received a phone call. The business I am in requires my phone to be on and working properly all the time. Aside from the dropped calls and text message problems my data connections is horrible as well. Even when the service indicator has full bars and the 4GLTE signal no data pages load and error messages stating cannot connect to server appear. Also, only having the phone from 02/03/2015 till today 4/18/2015 my phone has frozen and shut off several times. IM VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH T-MOBILE and if wasnt for the customer service representative telling me I would have to pay a little over 900$ to terminate service with Tmobile, and thats just for the phones, I would have terminated T-MOBILE one month into the service.
