Went in to see about having my Pixel 3a repaired. The owner quoted me a price and ordered parts. He said he would call me when the parts arrived. After waiting for a call on the day he said they would be delivered, he didnt call. i stopped into the shop to be told that they didnt arrive yet and he would call me when they did. I never heard from him. I spoke with him at the end of February, its now April.

Best and fastest business for fixing your phone around! I called to check on a quote for replacing the charging port on my Motorola G7 Supra phone. From the start, I received polite and professional help with no pressure. Made an appointment and brought my phone in with a plea for help. The work was done with politeness and understanding of my situation, as my phone is the only one I have, period. My phone was fixed quickly and superbly. My happy dance of joy was even appreciated for what it was rather than laughed at 😄. Work was completed under quote and would 💯 percent recommend loudly and from the rooftops!!!!

I went in today to get my screen replaced on an iPhone 6s Plus, this was the best price that I could find in town. He was able to start right away, unlike other places. It took him less than an hour to fix it and I was very happy with the results. Im really busy during the day so it was very convenient to have it done when he said it would be done. If you need work done on your device this is probably the best and most affordable place you will find in town. I had three older smartphones that had battery problems, they either would not hold a charge/wouldnt charge or had batteries that had swollen up causing the case to separate from the screen. Two were Motorola phones and one was a ZTE Axon 7. Took them to Octavio and asked if he could replace the batteries on all three phones. He said sure, but needed to order the batteries. Well in less than a week he had received all three batteries and replaced all three. They look like new and work great, hold charges like new. Octavio is a super friendly guy and obviously a skilled technician with reasonable prices for his work. Highly recommended!!

Everyone thought I was crazy when I put my phone in the mail to NW from Baltimore MD. But it was the best decision. No one in my area had any idea how to fix my Droid but thanks to his YouTube videos I knew CellShack did. I mailed it Friday night it arrived Monday and they let me know it had arrived. It was fixed and on its way back to me in less than 24 hours. They are awesome and are my new go-to repair shop!!!

Junior repaired the charging port of my wifes phone at an affordable price and within a couple of hours (part was in stock). Also, honest. If not fixed, no charge.

I had just pulled an old iphone 6s+ out of the drawer and saw the screen only had a blacklight no image displayed at all but you could see the phone was by the baxklight. I called Junior explained the situation, I loaded the kids up and drove down there and he took a look at it and comfirmed it was just the screen and not a battery or logic board issue. He had a screen on hand and replaced it. From when it pulled it out of the drawer to leaving this review on said phone only took one hour! I am very impressed and will always recommend to anyone that need cellphone repairs!

If I could give the shop 6 stars I would. Brought in my daughters iphone 5s that was having trouble. He identified the problem, fixed and showed me other issues with the phone that explained quite a lot about the what had been going on. All fixed by the end of the afternoon. New screen fully installed for a reasonable cost. Thanks!
