Superb customer service. This place is usually very busy but they have a good system going which makes your wait more pleasant. Their employees are great, helpful and knowledgeable. They usually answer every question you may have and in case of a difficult situation with products or services, they are very engaging and always look for a reasonable and amicable resolution. I fully expected to be pushed for stuff I dont need and the run around for the swap out for my modem. I was gratefully didnt have to deal with that. They replaced it without a problem and gave me suggestions for alternative for a phone since they didnt have it in stock at all. So to say the least, Im glad I went and I didnt have to spend an hour doing it.

I don’t understand why my girl has to pay over $60 when there’s competitor spectrum I can get the same internet speed for $50 with my military discount and won’t kill my battery back up which xfinity does in led than an hour when the Battery has been hooked up to a spectrum modem and survived 6 power outages and it can’t even survive 1 with xfinity so unless they can meet spectrum I’m switching abs even then my girls phone can’t get the service in our bedroom when mine used to go through brick walls

Went into the Las Cruces Xfinity store on 7/12/2021 to downgrade my plan removing only the voice feature since I don’t ever use it. Willem took care of the whole process in minutes and in a friendly, efficient manner. Great customer service by Willem!

Internet required a tech service person to get us internet access. We now have internet but absolutely no TV. I made two trips to the Xfinity Store to get remote controller and neither works or the box doesnt work. There is absolutely no human technician to speak with. Well surely switch to a local provider with humans that can actually help.

Initially I applied for the low-income internet service for 19.95 a month online all I had to do was go by the store pick up a kit and install the service at my home. instead I decided to check into getting high speed internet cable bundle package the gentleman there was very friendly, knowledgeable and help me find the right package for my family. It was a bit pricey for the package because i dont know where else to go. The gentleman named Will who install my internet and cable at my home was very professional, friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. Even though I wish I could get through to a live person instead of calling their 800 number. Overall Excellent service. Satisfied customer here. I highly recommend

Very unpleasant experience. Nothing very friendly associate (Marc) . And with the way this store/company does business, I dont wish to continue dealing with them. I returned a wifi tv box last week because it was no longer needed. When I went in yesterday, they wished to charge me for this month for it to. So I said, if I am paying for it, then can I have it back for the rest of the month. ...since I was paying for it. He said no. I pay $200.00 a month for service, I expect to be treated better. I suggest anybody shopping for wifi/internet to shop other companies. I started recording our conversation on my phone when it became unpleasant. I would hope that this is not how associates are trained to handle business. At no time did Marc ask for a manager to come assist with the issue. Assuming that he isnt the manager.

I was told I can’t start up services at my house because a previous account holders bills weren’t paid. They claimed I was living there while they had an account and wanted proof and I don’t even know the people literally just moved in. I asked them β€œso I have to pay a strangers bills in order to start services for me?” He told me β€œsorry for your inconvenience sir it’s just business”(This wasn’t the store in particular it was xfinity in general)

The internet connection is a single point of failure, it the internet goes out the phone service goes out. When the internet is down I can not call Comcast to call for repair or call 911 for an Emergency.I am thinking I need to get my phone over to the phone company.

I would like to express the frustration of having weekly outages for hours at a time. Its fully understandable that from time to time things will break. Unfortunately cable and TV come from the same signal so you lose both services. Comcast needs to work on being more dependable to their customers.11/16/2020 Another 5 hour outage. The previous one was 18 hours. Update12/23-12-24. Outages through out the day and now all day Christmas eve.2-4-2021 I have downgraded this company to poor value. Random 5 hour outage once again. They have zero competition in the area so customers have no choice in switching services. 6/8 2021. Four hour outage.

Almost got 5 stars, just need to do complete job. Trading in equipment the online system got wrong. Fast, courteous, willing to help fix service errors. All went well except should have activated new box at the store. Forces user to call 800 number, waiting for next rep and explain all you should be able to do with a few button pushes. Wasted my and call center reps time. Overall better than other service centers.

This is the most unprofessional, uncourteous, rude business I have ever dealt with. After being a loyal customer for a year, I was treated like my business didnt matter. Was looking for a new bundle option as my yearly commitment was expiring in two weeks and was shutdown with out any explanation other than your discount is no longer valid after the two weeks window ends. I was told that I was given internet free for a year and I paid only for television. ??? This is a poor way to treat a loyal customer in quality standing in terms of paying their bill on time for for the agreed yearly contract. No more as this really made me feel UNIMPORTANT to their success. You have other options folks and I took the route to discontinue their service all together. SAD to say the least.

He was very professional, nice, and kept a smile on his face. (Which is great to see during this pandemic craziness.) I highly recommend Xfinity and their mobile services. Normally when you walk in rou are taken care if immediately. This time it seemed that there was a shortage of staff. I had to wait almost 10 minutes just to get a replacement remote (my dog ate mine for the third time.) When someone finally came over, they were friendly and helpful. So, although this trip was not the best, I have had good trips were the service was more prompt.

The customer service manager (nice man) who was standing outside the store today calmly helping folks deserves a reward. My internet has been out for three days and I have an elderly family member at home. As i was explaining my situation to the customer service manager, a short older pudgy Customer service woman yelled at me that there is a virus. And rolled her eyes When i explained about My elderly parents . She was very rude to two other Xfinity customers as well. She should be in customer service snd I will be reporting her to Xfinity asap. I do not remember the helpful managers name but will find out and make sure his boss is aware of his great customer service skills.

Dont go in expecting help. Marc B. (yes that is properly spelled) showed exactly 0 interest in helping us with our bill. He didnt offer options, just answered direct questions. He was worse than an automated system because he is drawing a paycheck and wasting company resources. If this is the caliber of employee you can expect from this company then it wont be long before their customers get fed up and leave for better customer service experiences. You can charge someone too much, and treat the customer well, or treat the customer like they dont matter but have reasonable prices. But you cant expect people to stay loyal with bad customer service and overpriced services.

The absolute worst internet provider in the United States. Any other company is more reliable and will provide better service. Please anyone who has a choice pick ANY other provider. There are other options in our area now. We can finally find a better company guys. Many of our cell phone providers are now offering home internet. Update: When going to the Xfinity store a representative (David?) basically tells me he is no longer going to honor the agreement Comcast made with me last year. Absolutely the worst company Ive ever dealt with in my 52 years!They have a monopoly on that copper cable and are the only only ISP that can provide fast internet service in my area. Have been waiting for some competition for 20 years. Have always had horrible customer service since Comcast took over Las Cruces TV Cable in 1997. They totally botched up a contract their customer loyalty department in Minneapolis talked me into on 12/3/19 when I called to cancel service. I now have to call in or go to the Xfinity store each month and mention a permanent memo to get a discount on my bill to match what was agreed to in our contract. This method was accomplished after many hours over many days of service chats and phone call backs and hearing horrible on-hold music/info. Please, someone get some 5g or microwave or faster DSL out here to compete so I can cut the cord! I beg you!!!

I Have been with Comcast for years. I moved recently and went in to the store to disconnect my service. They told me about some deals that they could offer so I would stay with them which included credits for all installations. I decided to stay with them but after a few weeks the credits had still not been applied. I went in for 4 weeks straight taking to several agents plus managers. Each assured me that the credits would be applied within 24 to 48 hours, but each time they weren’t. Finally after a month and a half they were. They really need to improve the service.
