The team at Maloolys is exceptional. We had to replace three rooms of carpeting before putting our house up for sale. We called for a quote on Thursday, Pepe came to start the installation on Friday and finished up Saturday morning. He did an outstanding job, was extremely polite and very personable. I enjoyed having him installing the new carpet. One hour after he completed the work, the house hit the market and showings began within 30 minutes. I really appreciate Maloolys for accommodating such a short turn-around and making us feel more at ease since we were only in town for a few days to get the house ready to sell. I have used the big chain stores for carpet in the past but I decided to try a local business and I am so glad I did. They were kind, courteous, professional, and fast. They went out of their way to help me choose the best carpet for my room. Their prices were reasonabIe, good selection and my carpet was installed in less than a week. I will use them for any flooring needs I may have in the future!

We had new laminate flooring put in our kitchen. Tracy came out to measure and gave us the estimate. It was really good as when it was finished being installed there was less than half a box left over. The two gentlemen that came out were very friendly, professional and efficient. Two days were allowed for the project. The first day they tore up the old tile and prepared the sub-floor for installation. The second day they installed the new laminate. It looks really nice. I highly recommend them.

They were not very informative but they did listen to my needs. We feel we got a good quality carpet for a good price. They were also quick. We went in for a quote Monday and installed on Wednesday! The men that installed the carpet came prepared and took less than 2 hours. We did notice a wrinkle in the carpet (maybe the seam?) but we are confident that they will fix that. Overall, we are completely happy with our experience and would recommend anyone to Maloolys Flooring.

Very helpful people. I went in to ask questions about installing carpet. This was my 5th place to get a quote. Left with a superior product at a much better price and all the advice to help with the install I could ever need. They even had all the product I would need in stock! Took it home that day! Outstanding service from the team ofChris Todd, Georgette, Barbara, and Norman. I needed to replace my carpet with wood plank looking tile. Chris picked out the perfect tile, and came to the house to confirm I was happy with the choice and it blended in with the rest of the house. The installers were professional and do great work, and cleaned after themselves. The whole works! Then Georgette called and apologized for a shortage in tile to finish the job and in the meantime I ordered more tile to finish all the bedrooms as I loved it so much! Finally, had a follow-up call from Chris if I was happy with the final product.

This is the best flooring experience you will have in Las Cruces. After other miserable experiences with other companies and showrooms, we went in to Maloolys and found everything we needed, with even better prices, and superior customer service,(Tracy was fantastic)- all in under 30 minutes. We won’t take our business anywhere else from now on.

I bought carpet from them 15 years ago and its still good.

Helpful when we were there, but the follow up was terrible. We needed information and although they said they would call us, with the information they did not. We had to continue to call them several times with several we will call you from them, they never did not call us... very disappointing!!

You get WAY better deals here than any other place in the Las Cruces/El Paso area. I did my research, got estimates and prices from chain stores, both big and small, as well as the local carpet stores in the region, and no one beat Maloolys. Thats why I shopped here, but I would recommend this place to anyone looking for carpet, or flooring because of how knowledgeable the workers are, and the easiness of it all. No hassle! and they took care of me!
