Great Place to buy Tile ask for Rigo for exceptional customer service

I have bought tile here 3 times....cash and carry. But every time I walk in, nobody wants to wait on you let alone say hi.

The sales person was great! She let us take a couple of tiles home to see how they looked!

Great place to buy flooring for any room. Knowledgeable sales people & great pricing.

Warmly greeted. Explained what we were looking for and got some help on finding the colors of interest. Samples on the floor helped a great deal. Stephanie found answers if she didnt know the answers. We were able to take samples home. When we decided what we wanted, we returned to the store and Stephanie helped us get the correct grout, cement, and number of tiles needed.

I had an individual, I believe named Joe, who was about 68 years old come out to my house to give me an estimate for an insurance claim. Very arrogant and every time I asked him a question, he would tell me how he was an expert on flooring and would answer me like I was a kid and Im 65 years old! Anyway, he never wrote down any measurements and I asked him about that. He said, Ive got it in my head. He was here on a Thursday and I asked him, When can I get my bid? He said, Monday or Tuesday. I said, Ill call you. No. he said, Ill call you.I never heard from him again and its been over a week. He left looking like my quote wasnt worth his time or effort. Needless to say, even if it was the lowest bid I wouldnt have hired Hacienda for the job.I hope the owner actually sees this posting and has a talk with his rep!

I needed flooring and I was clueless as to what to do for this project on one of my rentals my wife deemed as mine. I talked with them and within 20 minutes I had a strong direction. Not much selection and what they had was expensive

No One came out to Greet Us or offer any help. Had to find an associate and ended up just leaving. Too bad, needed to purchase tile.

Worst customer service ever, I had heard the awfulness of this company before but took my chances since I was in need, but my experience there was a great turn off. I was greeted by a lady that looked like Jaba Da Hut, was getting close to making decision and then a priority customer walked in and she left me dry, kicked me to the curve and she helped the other customer. I took my small 2,000 sqft project somewhere else. Worst customer service ever, I would recommend anyone, but this company.
