Excellent selection with stuff you just cant get at the big box stores; I always find what Im looking for here, and the prices are very reasonable. The customer service is always friendly, patient, and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure customers are satisfied. Total quality, very responsive, highly recommended for any tiling/flooring needs.

A & R’s variety of styles, colors and designs of UNIQUE porcelain tile and large 3 to 4 foot mosaics are the best in LC. Ricardo, the owner, also is gifted in advice for color and trim combinations. One item had to be ordered and he had it in 3 days. He also gave me a below market price on the tile ( I had done price comparisons).Our concrete 30 foot front sidewalk and 12 x 18 Back patio that was full of cracks was in need of repair. After investigating several options, we chose porcelain tile. I shopped all businesses that sold tile and was disappointed with generic choices or lack of expert assistance since I have no experience.With Ricardos help and an excellent experienced tile installer, the final product is stunning !A and R has much more than just tile also.

Ive purchased cabinets and flooring through A&R multiple times. Blanca is a real pleasure to work with and the installers have always done great work for me. Id highly recommend working with them over any of the big-box DIY stores in town. Working with A&R has always been a great experience for me.

We had our home built by Rasura Custom Homes and we love it, A&R Home Prouducts helped with putting our home all together, from the floors to backsplash, they have a style that will fit you. ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! VERY FRAUDULENT BUSINESS!!!! I RECENTLY BOUGHT A REMINENT PIECE FROM THEM AND WAS READY TO HAVE IT INSTALLED. THE DAY OF INSTALLATION CAME AND UPON FINISHING THE INSTALL I DISCOVER THAT THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG CARPET, WHEN I WENT TO TELL TALK TO THEM ABOUT THE INCIDENT I WAS THINKING THAT THEY HAD JUST ACCIDENTLY GOT THE ONE. ONCE TALKING TO THEM, ONE EMPLOYEE TRIED TO CONVINCE ME THAT, THAT IS THE PIECE I HAD CHOSE. I KNEW IT WASNT. HIS BOSS LATER COMES OUT AND SAYS ITS CAUSE HE WASNT SUPPOSED TO SELL YOU THAT FIRST CARPET SO CHEAP I SAID MAM THATS NOT MY PROBLEM, I PAID FOR IT ALREADY AND THATS WHAT YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO INSTALL THEN SHE SAID WHY ARE YOU COMPLAINING THE ONE WE SENT IS NICE TOO. LEADING ME TO UNDERSTAND THEY INTENTIONALLY SENT THE WRONG ONE AND INSTALLED IT BECAUSE THEY REALIZE THEY SOLD THE FIRST ONE TO ME TOO CHEAP. THE EMPLOYEE THEN SAID, WELL IM NOT GONNA DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. IF YOU WANT THAT OTHER CARPET WELL GO INSTALL IT BUT YOUR GONNA HAVE TO PAY FOR ALL THE LABOR AGAIN!! I WAS SO DISSAPOINTED WITH THE WAY THEY ACTED. NEVER HAD I SEEN SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE!!!! VERY DISSAPOINTED!!
