Went in today to look at a very nice truck that was being prepped. The customer service from George and John was outstanding. All questions answered and the took time to help make me feel comfortable about my upcoming purchase. Outstanding inventory great prices.

Just purchased a nice diesel truck from this Truck Store. I do have to say, our first experience was ehhh, acceptable. BUT, we went back and got great service from John! He really looked into our situation and helped out. We left that lot with an awesome deal! I was so happy! So was my husband. George our salesman was also very helpful! Great service from these two! I loved how upfront every employee was, very professional! UPDATE: Sept. 2020. we got sold a dirty truck! We thought this place would be an honest sale.. I knew i should have trusted my gut feeling when i met some of the staff.. like i said above, our first experience wasnt the best. First impressions always matter! We did not take the truck back to sisbarro for repairs because we knew we would probably get ripped off again.. Anyways, After driving the truck for a couple days, the transmission was Suddenly blown! Metal scraps, dirt, plastics, the oil was so black! Everything that could go wrong with the transmission you name it, it happened! The transmission was so torn to pieces, the repair shop was wondering how we drove the vehicle home. Mind you, the truck was only driven from home to work which is only a 12 minute drive.. I thought if a dealership sold a vehicle they would at least make sure everything checks out, new or used... We spent the last three months getting repairs done on this truck! Thousands of dollars down the drain because they sold us a truck that more than likely wouldnt have checked out at a professional dealership.. Unless they have mechanics that dont know what they are doing..I suggest you bring a mechanic with you if you plan on buying a vehicle from them.. SECOND OPINIONS MATTER AT THIS SPOT.

I Bought a truck from here around a half a year ago. I originally came to look at a truck I found online, only to get to the dealership & find it was sent away because it had electrical issues. The truck I did buy from them had a bunch of stuff wrong with it after a few months, previous owner must’ve been extremely rough with it, unfortunately I found this out months later. Trading the truck in now for 13,000 less than what I paid for it after 6 months (truck was bought at sisbarro under 20k). The sales experience there wasn’t all that good either, almost had me sign a contract with a higher interest rate. They can say what they want, but I’d run as fast as you can from anything with sisbarro on it. Hopefully for their sake they can quit robbing folks & learn how to give good service & fair prices.

Worst customer service I ever encountered buying a vehicle.. salesman did nothing to make the situation better pretty much said not his problem doesn’t care if I could put less than one star I definitely would glad I didn’t purchase the vehicle and give him my money ...

Good trucks

Stopped by to look for any brand of dually truck, was greeted by a typical salesman throwing his sales pitch. Asked him if he had any trucks like the one I was looking for or are getting any in soon in which he replied that he didnt have any at the moment but will call after he looks for one for me. That was a month ago and never called. Frustrated on how businesses show no care these days and can never do their job on satisfying a customer. Long story short now, ill but somewhere else.

Brandon & John ARE MEN OF INTEGRITY! My needs for a truck, & the trade-in, were complicated (to me at least). And during the deal my circumstances unintentionally made it complicated & unpleasant. For all of us. They were professional, gentlemanly, & patient through it all. The end result is a quality truck I now really enjoy!! I thank them! YOU can trust them!!

My experience buying a Car for the 1st time online has been a Great experience! I was unable to come into a business to personally look at a vehicle. So I decided to look online, never thinking it would turn out Great! I would like to thank Ron Valvidia for his fast response & Great customer service. Overall disappointing experience. I checked out the first truck a 2011 ram 3500 and noticed right off the bat that it needed a complete paint job and all 4 rear tires were dry rotted. Thats all in addition to having enough blow by to shake the oil cap off. So I check out the second truck a 2008 duramax and its clean the previous owner knew what he was doing but the dealership wanted 30 thousand for the truck! Well over 4 thousand more than any reasonable asking price. My advice, if you dont live down the street dont bother checking it out.

So I used to do business with this place until they hired the fake veteran Jeff Dray...he never made it out of basic training and says he is a veteran stolen valor... Makes me question this places management, and judgment.

I went to the Sisbarro Truck Store just to see what we could do. I didnt have high hopes but I was in desperate need for a new truck. I owed a little over $8k on my old truck, I was paying over 25% interest through the Central Loan Company who placed a tracker GPS on my truck because I had bad credit. I worked with George Gonzalez, who I thought was overly optimistic, and his manager John Tarro. It turns out George wasnt overly optimistic, he got me approved on a great deal on a great truck! Im notg gonna lie, John had to search far and wide to find a bank that was willing to finance me but he made it happen. George and John got me into a truck that was 12 years newer and had 100k miles less than my old one, it was a single owner vehicle with a clean carfax. It has 4 wheel drive and the tow package and its a Ford which were my only requirements. Heres the best part; my payment only went up $50 a month because they managed to get me a much lower interest rate, and theres no stupid GPS tracker! Ill be seeing George and John again when I need another truck.Update: I just want to clarify that I wrote this review long before I started working at the Truck Store. Everything is 100% true and I did buy my next truck from the Truck Store shortly after I started working there because Im like a kid in a candy store lol. Come on down and see either me or my friend George and well find you a truck that youll love.

I would avoid this place. I bought a car from here about a year ago and they wouldnt let me buy a warranty and feed me the lifetime warranty bs. I had an evaporative emission sensor go out which leads to a check engine light and they still had to charge me and that it wasnt covered buy the warranty. 2 weeks ago I saw a truck that I liked and considered trading my car and so I went to see it and the salesman left me in his office to talk to people coming back from a test drive. Now that was fine but after 30 minutes or more I found myself still alone and finally I was handed the keys to see the inside and the horn and other things werent even working. During all of this I still wasnt helped and so I handed back the keys and grabbed my information and just left. I will never return back and if I could Id return this car I had bought. I also have been given the run around due to them promising me a spare tire and never receiving it.

A despicable den of duplicity. Nobody beats a sisbarro deal... Right. These guys will offer you one deal and draw up a completely different deal on a paper. Read everything they will straight up lie to you.Avoid at all cost.

The experience truly kept getting worse and worse (twice!). We did not purchase from the truck store, but there is no place to review the Sisbarro on the corner of Boutz and Valley where we purchased a car last year and tried to purchase one this year.Last year was full of debacles. We came in knowing what we wanted because it was shown on craigslist, but of course it was sold when we got there. We understood and they began searching for a car for us elsewhere. They finally found one and wrecked it on the way to Las Cruces. They began searching again. Once they got our $500 deposit and got the car here, they refused to give us the price they promised us or the price of the exact same car we saw before. And yes, promise is the word they used. When speaking with the manager, he was hitting the desk and literally yelled at me in front of my husband, so we left. Another manager called begging for forgiveness and we ended up buying the car because we were desperate to get it done at that point.We decided to buy another car this year so we went back (no idea why). We had the exact specifications we wanted again, paid $500 again to search for a car. They said itd be here in a couple days, but he never called. I called and called speaking to one operator and assistant after another after sitting on hold for ages. We finally ended up going elsewhere to buy a car because they never called us about one even after I called to see what was up. Heres the kicker, I went in after we purchased a car elsewhere and asked for my check back and the man at the counter said it was in his truck and that I needed to wait to get it back! I settled with him saying hed send me a picture of my voided check that day because I needed to get back to work. Of course, they never sent the picture so I called to get the same run around as usual. No one has called me back and they wont give me my check back. Doesnt that sound like a lawsuit to you?Im sorry, I know the difference between things going wrong and pure dishonesty/no concern for customers. I have worked in sales and customer service for years, and I am appalled by this business. We will never go back or recommend it.
