They stood me up! Was very rude… 10:0 appointment drive from Deming didn’t stop to use the restroom because I didn’t want to be late! He wasn’t there I called him and asked him to please hurry he texted me back and told me to never tell him to hurry up! I told him the reading why he said pee on yourself.. bad rapport Dr. heckle /Mr Hyde personality

The quality work performed was way below expectations, the worst part was the manner in which it was handled when pointed out just poor customer service all around.I recommend to others, please go elsewhere for car window tint. You WILL be disappointed.

Horrible customer service on a warranty repair. They installed a window and it soon leaked water in. Two days of text messages and hours of waiting and delays for IF they have time to correct the problem.Then no communication.Luckily i contacted Rays Affordable Auto Glass, they got me right in an fixed the bad workmanship from Sunset.

Had home windows tinted end of August 2019. Tint is now peeling. Have tried calling Marco the owner for several weeks now does not return phone calls.

Called in Monday and asked when I could bring it in. Was told to be there Wednesday at 830, when they open. Got there at 830, and I was told that the guy who does the window tint isnt there, and they werent sure when hed be there. I mentioned being told to be there at open, and was then told that he should be here shortly. I waited until 845, and he never showed up.Cant speak to the quality of their work, but the customer service is definitely subpar.

I took my new car in, I did Google window tint in Las cruces before deciding to do so. I have dealt with other tint shops in the area, but wanted to take my car to one of the higher rated (by google) shops here in town.First off, I got there a few minutes early, they were still in the process to open for the day, but he did see me pull on the door and open the door after I walked away (my first plus). As I was talking to the gentleman about window tint and what they use, and what look I was going for... he didnt pressure me into buying anything, he listened rather then trying to sell me something else or talk over me to tell me why I was there (second plus). Some places work on appts, Im impatient, he took me in as a walk in 5 minutes into our conversation (third plus). While it did take just over an hour and a half or so, he spent most of his time doing my tint (cutting the tint/installing) rather then talking to people in and around the business. I been to most shops who conversate with each other about their weekend etc and do nothing while a customer is waiting and more install time is added (fourth plus). After all said and done, he asked me to check it out, while I was walking to the car, the first thing he said was you see these water spots, I didnt want to wipe them off because I didnt want to scratch your car that statement alone is the reason why I will return if I need his services or I will point people to his business. Something that small is, in my opinion, the best thing he did while acquiring his services for tint... thats my fifth plus.Good clean shop, and work area... didnt crowd me for services, and did a hell of a tint job. One thing id like to add, any tint job is not going to be 100% free of dirt or defects. Im satisfied with this tint place..
