BUYER BEWARE! I had planned on having two windshields replaced with Speedy Glass because their service and pricing was initially good. I have used Speedy Glass in the past with similar good experiences. My first replacement went extremely well - cost was on point and service was wonderful. The issue began with my second windshield replacement. The windshield had to be ordered so I had them order it. Cost was also reasonable and I wasnt required to pay until the windshield was installed. I have called and left 4 voicemails over the last 2 - 4 months and have received absolutely no response. This is unacceptable! If I have any issues with my previously installed windshield from Speedy Glass and the company refuses to return calls, this would be a huge concern for me. Needless to say, I may decide to take my business elsewhere from here on out.

Friendly, hard working people who are courteous, helpful, efficient. I had a windshield replaced and all they needed was the VIN, and voila they got the correct one. Other places asked all kinds of questions about make, year, model and to describe any special features on the windshield. Speedy is just that, speedy and good price too.

They where real professional until I found out the rearvuew. Mirror had to be changed for a regular one and I couldnt keep my electronic one that showed the weather and my wipers were out of place the rain got me and they didnt work like they were supposed to work but I love my new glasses thanks😁😬😇

I came into town from Phoenix a few weeks ago to visit family and needed a few repairs on the chips on my windshield. I got an online quote from a few other business in Las Cruces that was almost three times as much as I paid at this establishment. The office staff and auto glass technician were very efficient, professional, and explained any questions that I had, gave me an reasonable rate of service, and did an overall great job. The technician noticed other problems that I had with my windshield and gave me an honest and professional opinion as to handle it. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing repairs to their windshield or other glass repairs without being taken to the bank. I would also recommend that you call and make an appointment ahead as the technicians/staff are not always available as their schedule is sometimes booked, or the technicians are out of the office as they do offer mobile repairs.

Friendly, fast and efficient. I cant believe I did not ask his name but he was very nice and explained how the process of fixing my cracked window works. Very happy. The receptionist was also very pleasant. 🙂

Just wanted to give a shout out to Speedy Glass and Robbie & Dan. I have an old china hutch, and one of the glass shelves was broken while moving here to Las Cruces. I was having a hard time measuring for a piece of replacement glass because of the odd location in the hutch, so Robbie sent Dan out and he took care of the situation. Less than two hours later, I was placing my grandmothers fine china on my new glass shelf. Thank you Speedy Glass. You are awesome.

Wow, they were great. Called on a Wednesday, got a great quote, came out on Thursday to do the work at my house. Arrived right on time, finished in about 25 minutes! The guys were really nice, and looks like a great job!

Was happy with price and promptness, but was really disappointed when I jumped into my truck my arm and back of my legs were full of broken glass, when I got back to work I noticed all the broken glass on the floor boards of the truck on the dash board and even some still on the hood. Once my warranty is up I will change companies, I used them before and they came mobile to me and left my dirty work truck cleaner then it was, I took my truck in to the shop and they left it a mess and left me picking glass out the back of my legs and forearm even took pics and a short video

I was traveling with 600 miles left on my trip back home. my front window seal came apart, I called several glass repair places in LC including the ones that come to you and fix the issue. I drove to Speedy Glass and presented my problem to Robbie she took care of me and had them pull my truck in where Robert looked it over and went to work. He had me all fixed up and put back together in just under an hour. I asked him what i owed him and he said there would be no charge. I couldnt believe it. I wasnt a friend or family member just a guy passing through with an issue i needed fixed. Those are the kind of people i like to do business. Called on a Monday Morning and even though they didnt have my window in stock they were able to get it and have installed in 24 hours. Customer service was outstanding and they also had the best price out of a half dozen places I checked. Would absolutely reccomend and will be my go to option for any windows or glass needs I have in the future.

The top side windshield sealant failed. Windshield was loose. The windshield was good with no cracks. I needed my windshield removed and re-sealed. Made appointment at 8:00 AM on a Friday. Had the car ready by 12:00. Amazing service. Will return for all my glass repairs.

Someone busted out my driver side window. I called when they opened at 8am and someone was at the house by 1 and done in an hour. Great service

Speedy Glass cut three table tops from 1/4 plate glass for us, two of which had rounded corners and one had a curve on the front. They did an awesome job! Service was quick, ordered on day and they were ready the next. Definitely recommend them!

I was starting my day and my back window just shattered on me, I called Speedy Glass got an appointment the next day to get it fix. Less than $190 (including labor fee and tax) to change a massively scratched windshield due to sandy environment here. Price was lower than my expectation. Also the new (looks like new at least) windshield was shipped from El Paso i think.
