Heard the rock hit, saw the crack. Was immediately worried that getting it fixed would be a real pane in the glass. However, these guys rocked it. Clean store (inside and out) with super friendly, welcoming staff. Very pleased. They got started right on time, fixed the damage perfectly and explained every detail. Dont hesitate to bring this Safelite location your business, they deserve it.

Spectacular service. We got off on the wrong foot. Twice Techs came to my home with defective glass! TWICE!I was traveling and needed to get my broken windshield fixed. The squeezed me in at their Messilla location the following day. They took care of me. I appreciate that their reps were on the ball and caught the flaws.. Great job

I was absolutely thrilled with our service today! They fixed my windshield extremely fast I expected to wait at least an hour they were done in 15 minutes.

Safelite Messiah Park left us in the dark about our glass repair. They told our insurance that they called us with an update but that was untrue. I tried to call them several times for an update but their phone system will not allow you to speak to their customer service folks. If you want to speak to customer service the computer hangs up on you. Terrible Safelite location.

I was bummed to need a new windshield but Logan got me set up, I dropped my truck off and it was done early. I was so happy to find that they reinstalled my dash cam and hide the wires for me with my new windshield.

Arrived on time. Before the receptionist could finish with the paperwork the technician was ready to go. He already had my new windshield out and ready to go. Once paperwork was done he explained the process and went to work. Quote was a bit more than 90min due to camera calibration.Waiting room was small, but, had several chairs spaced 6ft apart. Snacks and drinks available. TV nice and clear. Clean area. Bathroom equally clean and well kept.After 65min technician came out and said it was all done. Gave me the cautions about newly installed windshields and I was out the door.I dont think it could have gone any better. If I ever need auto glass done again I will go back.And, yes, it is at the address they tell you in the email notifications. The trailer dealer has moved.

Went to this location to have my windshield replaced and camera recalibrated. At first I was told it would take 90 minutes to 2 hours for the work to be done, but my car was finished in an hour and 15. Anthony was the one who did the work and he even fixed the trim of my car door that had partially fallen off a few months ago without me even asking! Would definitely recommend!

These guys were absolutely fantastic! I got online, entered my info and made my appointment about 45 minutes prior to the scheduled time. About 15 minutes later a Safelite representative contacted me and my insurance company and we got everything squared away while I was pulling up to the place. When I got there, someone else had scheduled their appointment for the exact same time. No matter, they got me in anyway while clearly explaining the whole process. Even better, I was done about 30 minutes later. These guys were absolutely professional and efficient and very courteous. I will definitely return for any future autoglass needs!

Great service by Anthony! No complaints here. I had to have a new motor installed for my drivers side, electronic window. Safelite has good prices. Will take it to them from now on for that type of work.

Safelite has always done accurate and prompt windshield replacements when needed. The staff is always friendly. If something goes wrong in a repair because of extreme cold for example they fix it promptly. Then a bonus is the Safelite window cleaner!

I made an appointment online, it was easy. Took my car in and a technician met me as I walked in and told me that it would take about an hour and they would give me a call when the car was ready. I got the call in about 45 minutes, got my car back and the window looks great. Im very happy with the work.

Online reviews for mobile Safelite were scary so I decided to go straight to a dealer to have the windshield replaced in my Audi. ANTHONY listened to my concerns and did a fabulous job replacing the windshield with NO damage to my car. Appreciate his professionalism and for verifying the windshield was the correct one to be installed with all the specifications it was supposed to have. Safelite is located within the Sears garage at the mall on Telshor.

If I could give negative 100 stars I would. Hands down the worst service I’ve ever encountered. The repair was attempted by John who proceeded to crack my entire windshield. Prior to the repair he advised there was less then a 2% chance this was a possibility. After the damage they are not responsible for any replacements just a refund of the repair - $50. Buyer beware

It was okay I had a windshield put in however the plastic screws werent twisted back in and it was slightly needed cleaning up which I did fine it was all okay afterwards no complaint or whines really.
