I needed a tailgate replaced and painted so I gave Napa Auto Collision a call. Mike (owner) was amazing throughout the entire process and was very upfront and honest. I am extremely satisfied with the job they did, in fact the tailgate looks like a factory paint job! Looks perfect and will definitely be recommending them to anyone searching for quality work! What a SCAM artist this owner is! Lied about time for repair, Lied about the costs, Lied about parts not being available after he was paid in full by my insurance. An endless trail of lies and excuses. Scammed our insurance for work he didnt do and parts he didnt provide. After waiting for 3 months I had to recover my vehicle half finished. Then discovered the owner stole all our tools, electronics, and personal belongings out of our vehicle. It cost me over $2000 to complete repairs after this shop was paid $10,500 by my insurance. Dont take your vehicle to this shop, go to Mexico or Anywhere but there.

Mike Archuleta and his crew, especially Mike has been a angel to me and my son. He is not only a very professional man but a caring, patient, understanding man and I am blessed to say he has been also a friend to us. We met Mike for a body job on vehicle the first time we met him and ever since we go nowhere else and never will while Mike is opened. Visited to inquire about fixing our vehicle. Spoke with the owner. He let us know generally what would be required and told us to go ahead and file our insurance claim. Place was extremely busy with lots of activity. Will see if insurance says repairs are worth it and then will set appointment. Very professional.

Well organized shop,plenty of hands on deck to assist,shop manager was cool too.

Sad to say the least. My vehicle left the shop in worst condition than it went in. Considering that they had already worked on it. The people working in the shop have no respect for the owner - it is only expected that vehicles are not priority to the shop at all.
