Borman provided fast great service. Very happy with the body work they did. Would definitly recommend this shop!
Poor costumer service from the receptionist all the way to the person that was in charge of fixing my vehiclethere was no communication the reception lady is super rude. my vehicle has been in the shop for a month and still waiting on parts . really sucks when you have a kid that needs be somewhere at a certain time and you are juggling with one car. and spouse and self work. horrible experience just wished I would have read the other bad reviews and go with that. super bad experience so far
Poor customer service, very rude staff all around. Left because I did not want to give this place my business.
They were friendly and helpful. My car looks great!
Worst customer service Ive experienced with a body shop. New Accord was in for a We Owe service because the paint had imperfections from running it through the carwash so many times. Receptionist was very rude over the phone, had no customer service skills at all, and was firm that I bring the car in on Monday or Tuesday because it would take a while for my car. I dropped it off Monday, and then they called me Tuesday saying it was ready for pick up. When I showed up Tuesday there was wax residue left all over the car and they managed to scratch one of the door trims. ZERO attention to detail with this shop. Now thats two days taken away from work because I couldnt drop it off any other day per the receptionist and now I have to wait till Saturday because of the door trim. The only saving grace in this situation is the understanding of the sales rep and the shop manager. Find another place to take your car!
Took my car in Monday morning to fix a dent around the size of a quarter. They said it would take a day or two to fix even though I made an appointment which was no problem. No call by the third day so I called them only to find out whoever did the work chipped the paint and they didnt know if I wanted the vehicle yet. I asked when I would get it back and they said the next morning and that it would be priority. Waited all day and STILL no call.Dont bring your vehicle here if youll need it back within a week or value your own time.
I consider myself to be pretty particular on paint work (typical PIA customer). Chris took very good care of me. Yes, I had to take it back a second time, but very minor stuff Im guessing most people wouldnt care or notice. Chris took care of me right away. In the end, I was very happy with the quality of the paint and body work.
I would recommend this shop to everyone, the guy that run the body shop his name is Rob, I had some work done on my truck and job was done great. Rob kept me updated on a regular basis and made the process easy. Getting work done at a body shop can be a pain because in today’s society seems everyone wants their car now and the crew can only do so much in a day, well I for one was thankful for Rob and his crew. Keep up the great work!
I took my brand new vehicle in that was two weeks old after it was in an accident. To give you an idea of the scope of work needed. My passenger side door was damaged and needed to be replaced.Long story short, I have been there 5 times after the repairs were done because of the astonishing poor job they did. A year and half after I am still having to deal with them. The door was left uneven with the frame of my car. I took it in 3 times for this issue alone I probably could have fixed this myself but preferred not to tamper with it.Bolts were left loose inside my door and after 2-3 months my door rattled and window was not working properly. To give you an idea of the workmanship there, they couldnt even put my decals on correctly. I mean decals (Stickers)… Really!!?When I called to report the issues they tried to say whatever was wrong was from wear and tear. My other doors work perfectly. After taking of the panel they admitted who ever did the repairs messed up. No kidding?DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE AND IF YOU DO AFTER READING THIS ENJOY DEALING WITH THE AFTERMATH.
Fastest check-in and check-out Ive experienced in a car repair place. GEICO prepared estimate. I choose to come here. Walk-in, took paperwork, copied, returned it to me, agreed on start date. On start date they were ready for me, took key, and have my planned finish date. More damage than expected. They worked with GEICO. Pickup date needed to sign and out the door I drove. Like new. Wish the car sales process could be similar!
I don’t recommend this shop to anyone! They over sprayed the hell out of all my windows and never tightened my rear door handles
They are outrageously overpriced and took three times longer than they promised to actually fix my vehicle. My vehicle was returned to me with water spots, looking like it set out in the parking lot for a week in rain and dust before I picked it up. I will be taking my vehicle to another shop to complete the repairs.UPDATE: Your reply was 2 years late. I ended up selling the vehicle to the junkyard because I could never get it to run right after your repairs.
Asked if they would replace a set of headlights for me.... they turned me down. Will not return there.
I called to ask if they could cut and weld a replacement panel and the representative seemed clueless and told me that I need to calm down. For context this panel is nothing new and has been present for at least a year. I simply wanted to ask if it was something they did and instead I was met with rudeness and told I needed to calm down
Got the repairs fixed
