Going to get any type of service on your vehicle alone as a young female it is inevitable that they will think you have no idea what’s going on and it happened for me today. I had a nail in my tire (pictured) so I went for a tire repair, I wasted 2 hours waiting for Andrew to come tell me it was “not safe to repair and it needs to be replaced because the nail is too close to the sidewall, the same tire will be $221.” Right away I knew they were trying to sell me a new tire because the nail was no where NEAR the sidewall, plus my vehicle being a truck, it would cost more. So I waited, I wish I had gotten the gentleman’s name that brought my truck around, he spoke to me like I knew nothing about my truck and I asked him again why it can’t be repaired and he replies “Andrew didn’t go over it with you? Did you see the poster inside?” We go inside and he shows me the poster and points that it’s too close to the sidewall, this is the part that’s funny, I point out where the nail is (he probably didn’t think I knew where it was) and insists it’s in the sidewall so I ask “the nail is here (pointing on the tire poster) so is there two nails?” he replies “there’s probably two then, yeah.” I said thank you and took my business elsewhere and got it repaired within 30 minutes, crazy thing is I gave my spiel of what just happened to the guy who helped me and he said he gets it all the time. Nice try to the two gentleman who helped me today though :)

Blessed for the help me and both my angels got today, god will bless them with a huge pay raise... God bless you guys always...

I was talked into fancier tires than I originally planned on getting but I am happy with that purchase. I had made an appointment but arrived early and they pretty much made me wait until an hour after my appointment to get my truck back. Others who came in after me got out before me. Its a policy that makes me unlikely to make an appointment in the future.

Went to get my tires filled, long line but they are so nice and helpful. In the past, when getting a tire, it didnt take all day, they are pretty quick. I would never go to a dealership for a tire if I can help it. One time I went to a dealership and they said I needed a whe new tire. Luckily they forgot to order it and I ended up going to discount tire and they said they could fix it. Go figure...

Scheduled an appointment to fix a leaky tire, was in/out in an hour. Tire had a nail in it, they fixed for free. Friendly service, clean wIting room.

Jesus was amazing! Very personable, listened to me and helped me out. Another location had replaced the wrong tire. When I asked that location to fix it, they told me I was lying. I brought my car into this location and Jesus looked at my car and the records and determined the other location had replaced the wrong tire. Jesus helped me get a new tire and made the process very fast and friendly. Highly recommend by a Discount Tire customer for over ten years.

They are very busy..long wait..but friendly staff. That was about a month ago I was there again today with a friend and man those guys were singing and having a good time and doing their job and it was just great everybody was on the move everybody work together LOL and sang together. It was an awesome time just sitting there watching them

The service techs are extremely accommodating and very polite. The gentleman that helped me get my tires was definitely after his commission. I went in for two new tires although I did need all four. He made it seem like I was getting the best deal ever haha. Anyway I ended up buying the most expensive tires, but its on me because I knew what was going on and got them anyway.

I went to get my tires, checked for the air pressure! They had a Well Organized Line, for Tire, Air Pressure Check! Went very fast, and The Guy, checking the tires was Very Friendly

Top notch service. I have always purchased my tires from Discount in Albuquerque, but my daughter had a tire issue in Las Cruces. Nathan was professional and so helpful. He took care of the road hazzard as well as making sure she had an updated spare. Frequently when a a young female goes in for auto repair they are not always treated with respect. The professionalism was refreshing. My phone number was on the account, so I received updated messages so I knew everything was taken care of. Thank you for the great service.

Ive used other locations in other states and keep coming back because the service is good and prices fair. All new tires for my wifes car a month ago, new tires for my truck today.

Johnny was great as usual. Under promise, over deliver. He was able to get all four tires replaced in great time when I didnt even think he could get it done today (was nearing closing time).

I had warranty for tire and they put on a high end tire (and I didnt know) and sure I saved on that tire and they also made more money but automatically selecting the high end tire but as a result not I am faced with trying to replace my other three tires and possibly make them the same brand. :/ word of advice always ask what type of tires they are putting on there and the various prices and qualities, even if it is a warranty tire!!!!!! Other than this issue they have always provided wonderful and transparent service.

I bought 4 tires there. They are no pressure place. Very helpful when the flat tire light goes on.

Good tires, good customer service, reasonable prices that are hard to beat all things considered. They get busy early so be prepared to drop off your car or wait for a bit.

Service so fast that I didnt even see that they had driven my car into one of the bays, changed the tires and returned car to the lot. I stepped out of the shop to take a little walk and no more than 30 seconds later I got the text saying it was ready. I turned to look across the lot and sure enough, the car was in its original spot and the tires were new. Slow down, Discount Tire, youre making others look bad 👍 It was literally less than 15 minutes after I dropped off the keys that I was once again behind the wheel and on my way! Thank you!

Wonderful Staff, Discount fixes tires for free as long you purchase your tires with them. Super fast, friendly. Ive been with them past year, they treat there workers great & customers very well.

Wanted Falken AT3 Wildpeaks but not in stock ended up with BF Goodrich KO2s more expensive tires but the sales person gave me the KO2s for the same price out the door. Pic 1 are the Falken pic 2 is the KO2S. I am Happy with the outcome. Will buy here again. Thanks to Discount tire.

Great place to change your tires. We were on a road trip from Colorado and in 2 hours they had the job done. They were really nice and helpful. They explained me all the different options they had and showed me the difference between them. Excellent job.

Discount Tires has been my, Go To tire store for over twenty years. There is a Discount Tire in most large towns. I have never had a bad experience with them.

I needed to buy 4 new tires for my daughter’s car, so I made an appointment for 4pm showed up 10 minutes prior to my appointment time, got checked in and parked like I was instructed. No one ever came out to help me. I called from my car, in their parking lot, an hour after arriving for my appointment and told the employee that answered that I have been waiting for an hour and that I know what tires I wanted to buy, if I could just go in and buy them. He apologized and confirmed my information and said he was going to make sure the guys knew I was waiting. Then they closed. No one ever came out to see me. If I could give them 0 zero stars I would. I’ve never had this horrible service here and I’ve been coming to this location for YEARS. Not anymore.

I love discount tire in general. I only get my tires from here. Their staff is always friendly and try their best to communicate accurately and with kindness. Today my experience with Eric and Andrew was genuine, kind and funny. They both greeted me, listened to me and were fast and efficient! They made the experience at Discount tire for me 10 times better. I’m from Tucson and the two discount tires I use there are not as friendly or willing to listen. I am really happy I stuck with discount tire because the customer service here was superb!

Things have changed a year ago had nothing but good things to say about them but now I called got a price quote that was lower than the one they gave me in store was told that quote would be save and I could just come in and they would be able see it when they looked up my account not the case. Still got the tires and they loaded them for me but not what I was expecting overall a fail.One year ago: They were fast courteous reasonably priced and you could tell they were customer service driven. They provide a clean and comfortable waiting area. The representive I talk to was awesome and a pleasure doing business with thank you Juan.

Amazing! I was able to go talk to someone to help me find the perfect tires. Then got them replaced and replaced the tire sensor all within just one hour. I didnt even make an appointment until I got there!

Went in 3 times to get flat fixed and never got it done. I had buy two tires. One of those times they were going to reset the tp sensors and they had to replace one them. Went again two times to get the sensors calibrated and still havent got it done.

Too long of a wait. Appointments get taken care of first, then drive ups. You could be waiting All day... you might just leave your tire if you put the spare on already... then change it back yourself later. Frustrating but what you gon do?

I called, asked about a new set of tires, and mentioned a brand I had used before. Eric suggested another brand that actually saved me money. At the end of the call he thanked my for my business. My appointment was a couple of days later. The Covid check-in process had been explained to me on the phone; I got a friendly greeting, got right in. I dealt with Greg B., who was courteous and friendly. I was able to wait inside the lobby while the work was being done, and I was on my way in no time. Highly recommend this place.

We live this store its our local discount, but because of them we are forever customers ( 3 generation matter of fact) . They are always working their butts off to get you in and out. If you are a walk in be ready to wait but it is completely worth it.

I was able to make an appointment for tires for my truck. If an item is not in stock, they will truck it in for you on the next delivery. Very fast, friendly and there is plenty of outdoor seating. I was able to open an account on line in 15 minutes and go get my tires.

I came in for a tire patch. They had a clearly well-rehearsed safety system in place due to the pandemic. Christian talked to me about my treads and showed me some very reasonably priced options for new tires. He wasn’t pushy or just trying to make a sale. A tire patch was completed completely free of charge (!) and I was there for less than 30 minutes, even though I arrived with no appointment and the lot was completely full. Fantastic customer service, I’ll be returning when I need those new tires.

Fast considering I came in without an appointment. Without even me having to tell them to balance on inside of rim to look better, they did it on their on, they even cleaned marks from old weights. I tipped the guys after they finished. Great service

I went here the other day and Normally I get my tires from here but this time I went in and they told me they cant even order my tires that they cant get my size which was a 245/45/19 thats a stock tire size on a high trim model vehicle SMH discount let me down you gots to do better.

The service is excellent! I purchased tires online and set an appointment. I drove in the parking lot and was out of the store within 20 minutes. I highly recommend setting an appointment.

I had an appointment for 1pm on Wednesday. The Monday before, i called to verify that two of the tires that I needed would arrive by Wednesday. I was assured that they would. Well you know what happened...I drove 58 miles from Deming to the store only to bf told that the tires had not come in. I went ballistic! They tried to get me to come back on Friday. I said no do they sent someone to El Paso and he broght back two tires. They finally finished at 4pm. And they didnt vlean my rims or tires. My black rims look like they have scratches, but thankfully its just some residue from the installation. Also they didnt fill all tires to the same pressure. On the way home i received a low pressure warning fir my right front tire.Ive always had good service from this store but yesterday was terrible.

Pleasant experience, if getting several blow outs can ever be pleasant. Discount Tire was professional and quick with service, and had the job down and me on the road again before the food I ordered to pass that the time was even ready. Very impressive.
