If I could leave no stars I would from the very beginning had issues with rudeness,had issues with them losing my information and file,when I finally got them to work on the truck I got it back with parts of my truck painted that shouldnt have and over spray from them doing a bad tape/covering up to prevent that. They put a bad part which was damaged which should have easily been seen sense this is there profession and work every day all the body lines an everything that should meet up an line up was off. Also when I got home an further checked over I found they left the old bent (damaged) hinges in place which should have been replaced and they didnt do the blending that was listed on the invoice.I will never have anything to do with them again and would just like everyone to make sure you go over your vehicle thoroughly before excepting it back.

I received a price quote to strip and repaint the top half of my 2006 Toyota Tundra back in February, 2021. Due to my busy schedule, I wasnt able to get it done until late October, 2021. I stopped by to see if they would still honor the quote and they did! It took 8 work days to get it done, which was three more days than they said would take, but worth it. Came out great!! They even detailed the exterior which I didnt expect! What a surprise!Mike and Javier were very professional and answered all my questions and concerns throughout the process. First time Ive had a vehicle painted and I was a little nervous.Competitive price and three year guarantee on top of that. What more could you ask for?!

This business has kind and personable professionals working for them. The entire staff made the entirety of the repair time very seamless with phone calls throughout the process, advising me as to how things were progressing. Had a deep gouge across the side of my vehicle caused by an unknown incident, probably a hit and run in a parking lot. ABC gave me a fair estimate and the repair was so good you would never knew it happened. The dent was gone and the paint match was perfect, AND my car was cleaner than it had been in a long time when I went to pick it up.

We had a tire blow out and took it to the shop for repairs. They were great, they called almost every day to update us. Because it took longer than expected that when I picked up the truck it was detailed inside and out. I would recommend them and I would use them again. They are just fantastic

They are very good at body work. I was quite happy with the work the did on my vehicle that included having to weld up some bolt holes instead of just using bondo.I subtracted 1 star because their estimate of time to do the work was twice as long.I would recommend them and use ABC Auto Body in the future

ABC Paint & Body did a great job on repainting my wifes minivan roof and hood that were extremely faded. Blended in new paint with existing side color perfectly. Looks like a new car!

Minor damage but needed paint as well as body work. ABC did the work, reasonably quickly, with excellent care and professionalism. I would definitely recommended using them. My insurance (progressive) paid the majority of the bill with a minimal deductible due to me, so I cant speak to pricing but the work was excellent and everyone I interacted with were knowledgeable and kind. The tailgate on my 2010 Ford XLT needed to be repainted due to it peeling off (a problem that Ford had). ABC removed it so I could still use the truck and put it back on when it was ready. I was recommended to ABC Paint and Body after being sandwiched in between two vehicles in Mister car wash. They handled my car very well and fixed my car back to brand new. When I picked up my car their were a couple spots that needed to be fixed. They got it in the shop right away and told me that my car had a lifetime warranty on the work as long as I owned it. I got a follow up call to see how the work was. It is a locally owned shop (which I recommend) and the people there really take care of you. I have taken my car to caliper collision twice and both times were a mistake. I highly recommend this place for your repairs. Front bumper repair was spot on, corrected some imperfections on the work right away, paint is equal to or better than factory in some spots!

I am not from this area and had to rely on reviews and a recommendation.This shop had my vehicle for about 5 weeks. When I picked up my vehicle the windshield fluid light was on and is still on, 2 weeks later. The windshield fluid hose wasnt even reconnected to the reservoir. One headlight was replaced and was not matched to the other side. So I now have two different color headlights and theyre not leveled. I had to take my car to another shop and they went over everything that wasnt done. ABC was paid for work that they didnt bother to complete. I was told there is a warranty on their work and to take it back if need be. No, thank you. I really hoped to get quality work done here, especially since they were recommended by Toyota and with all of of the top reviews...

I used ABC 2week ago to repair some damage done to my car. Mike Day was recommended to me by a friend. BOY, was I lucky.ABC was very responsive to my needs. Their estimate was as my insurance company expected. The work was completed on time and totally met my expectations. Mike Day was my contact and I would gladly recommend him and ABC. They are very professional and trustworthy.

Took weeks longer than promised. Rear Emblem “burned through” causing further delays, post market decals provided were applied poorly, and even had to be reordered. Paint has drips (still not corrected as I couldn’t be without my car for more time!), trim was abraded in areas and not replaced, so now doesn’t match the rest of car! Back hatch didn’t close we’ll post repair, I had to take back for adjustments. I had to keep calling to get updates throughout the process. No one called me. Very unfortunate and frustrating experience.

ABC Paint and body was the only shop in town that didnt make excuses about repairing the damage on my utility work truck. They scheduled me a time and date for drop off truck.....it was ready to go in a couple days....i definitely recommend them and i will definitely use them in the future!

Repaired my car door quick and left it looking new.

We took my girlfriends car in to get Bodywork and paint from a wreck. These people didnt even match the color to the original paint now I got a car two different colors and we took it in with certain things in the car and when we got it back they were missing they said the car never went in with these things but I always take pictures before I do anything and I showed them pictures and then they started looking for the stuff and some of the stuff magically appeared. Whoever reads this trust me dont take your car there and they act like theyre mechanics to but theyre neither painters nor mechanics

Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a body shop. Upon initially taking in our vehicle around April 7th we were told that the repairs would be completed within two weeks at the most. Turns out the wrong part was sent/ordered so our truck was unable to be completed within that time frame. We were understanding that tgest things happen, however we ended up having to wait weeks for the correct part to come in. After a few weeks passed we called on 5/11 and were told that the part was in, they were currently installing it, and we could pick up the truck on Friday 5/15. On Thursday 5/14 I called to see what time I could pick up the truck for the next day and was told that they had not put the part on yet and we could not pick up the truck until Monday. On Monday we called and were told it would not be ready until Wednesday. When Wednesday came we were told the truck was not ready, I went in person. Mike showed me the truck which was completely torn apart, it looked as if they had just started to work on it and the part was still not installed. I asked why they mislead us on 5/11 stating they were already working on the truck and installing the part but then on 5/14 told me they had just received it that day, Mikes response was that he would take off $250 from our portion. He assured me that the truck would be ready that Friday 5/25, I asked him how that would happen in two days because the truck was torn apart and still needed to be painted, he gave me his word that it would be done and we shook hands on it. On 5/25 the truck still was not ready. I appreciate that he worked through that weekend to try to get us the vehicle back, we got it that Sunday, however there were paint bubbles, scratches on the bumper, the liner did not match, and the door was not installed correctly (had a gap). We had to take the truck back that Tuesday 5/29. We finally got it back and fully repaired around 6/8/18, after the same run around as before. I gave two stars because the staff was very friendly and Mike was friendly but did not keep his word and we had to constantly be calling. we were given the runaround and did not get our vehicle back until almost 2 months after it was promised. Luckily we were given the credit of $250 but it was not worth the lies and headaches.

Mike was very professional and helpful. He worked hard to get the lowest price and best product. He performed the work as promised and on time.

My car was sent here by progressive, they had it finished when they said they would, there was a programming issue with the cars computer and Mike Day went out of his way to assure the problem was resolved. Good guy, Good business.

This shop only gets business because it is certified by the insurance companies. Repeat business should be because you do a good job not redoing shoddy body work and amateur painting (running paint, unmatched colors, debris in clear coat). Dont take your business here.

They are vastly underestimating the amount of time to complete a job.I took my car in for an estimate of the hail damage. The man who took my information told me it would take 30 mins to an hour. I had a friend come get me, but didnt receive any call many hours. I called them an hour before they closed and they said that it would take 30 mins to an hour to complete. I asked if I could come get my car, so I didnt have to leave it over night; they said they were finished with it and just needed to complete the paperwork. I didnt receive any information about the estimate for three days. When I dropped the car back off to be repaired they were very polite and told me it would take 3-5 days, I took my car in on a Monday. I gave them the full work week and waited to call them tell midday on Friday, I was told it would be finished the following Monday. I then called on Monday and heard It will be done tomorrow, I heard this everyday I called them up until I heard it again on Thursday when I finally complained. It was finished that Friday, two full work weeks since I dropped it off.On the brighter side: work was done well, in person and on the phone they were polite.Areas for improvement: Increase accuracy of estimation of work time, and call the costumers if the job is going to take longer then expected (I called them on every occasion, not once did I receive a courtesy call updating me on the jobs progress)
