Purchased mattress on 1-10-20 with delivery and removal scheduled for 1-23-20. Because the purchase was made contingent on removal of our old king mattress and box springs, Steve, salesman, added on the invoice remove king set. Delivery folks arrived and refused to take the box springs so we did not take delivery of the new mattress. Steve was called and indicated he would make it right with a refund. Referred to my credit card company but no refund to date. No mattress and no refund. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Had a wonderful experience at Mattress 1. They took great care of me. Jacob spent a great deal of time with me and found just what I wanted. I found him to be caring and professional. The mattresses are of excellent quality and the prices are fair. Mattress 1 also delivers and picks up old sets at no extra cost. I will definitely recommend Mattress 1 to all my friends.

Just bought a great mattress from Steve for my sons first big boy bed. Store had a good selection of nice mattresses to choose from. They sold it at a great price and service was a 1st rate. We had a great sales person who spent two hours giving us orientation on their products. We were not rushed or pressured.We bought a top of the line duel adjustable king size bed, Columbia pillows and bedding.The bed immediately relieved my back aches that I had experienced for years during the night and first thing in the morning. The adjustable features still make us smile and laugh because its such a comfort luxury.When it comes to comfort and a good mental attitude because (discomfort) is eliminated, quality doesnt cost, it pays.

We had visited several different stores in the area looking for a mattress set. We found that the level of service and expertise at the Largo location was excellent. Michael Socie was our salesman and he listened to our needs and didnt try to sell us something more than what we wanted. The price was the best deal that we could find. I worked with Steve P. It was informative and detailed without being rude and pushy. This was the fourth mattress place I went to and within 30 minutes I was informed, happy and ready to make a deal. They also had free delivery, free take away, and free financing for the first year. Steve also only charged me for one box spring instead of two since I was getting a king which was really awesome! Small and not as well advertised, but definitely recommended! I will definitely be going back here if I have to get another mattress.

Mike was an all around good guy and pretty much a mattress genius. Talked to his manager and they gave us a sweet deal on the most heavenly mattress in the store. He laughed at my moms jokes which was also a plus.

We were lucky enough to stop into Mattress 1 One in largo fl. To our pleasant surprise the salesperson, Mike, was extremely helpful and took time to explain all the differences in the mattresses in our price range. Not only was the salesperson helpful but the deliverymen were professional, clean and on time. We also were at their next door competion and Mattress 1 One was $300 less. We would highly recommend using Mattress 1 One for our next purchase.

If I could give a negative 5 I would! The store promised a delivery time and removal of old pieces. NEITHER PARTS WERE MET! Trying to get in touch with someone is impossible Im not your salesman I cant help you. Really? Lesson learned DONT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! Conveniently, the line is busy now for the last hour! PS - if you dont agree to customer service recording you then you are completely out of luck!

So I have had nothing but bad service with this company... to start it up when I schedule delivery day they called me and the truck broke down.. ok they brought it the next day. After a few months I really did not like the mattress, so I went back to the store and wanted to switch it out so we did (the store people where nothing but nice the whole time). So it was right before thanksgiving and for my return they could not do it tell after thanksgiving. I was ok with that. So on the day of the 6th I waited all day and no one showed.. so I called and they did not put my mattress on the truck.. so I called and reschedule it for two weeks later because it was the only day good for me. So on that day I get a call at11am the truck broke down... again... so at this point I am upset. So I call costumer service. They do what they can a we reschedule it again and I tell them to make it the last stop... this is where it begins... the truck driver rings the door bell like he has no business bringing there and is rude to my roommate. I get there and the first question the drive ask why are you getting ride of it.. well he does not really need to know, but I tell him that I do not like it... then the other driver comes on and says the will not take it because of a small stain... and so I get upset and say no you will take it. And the he starts using profanity Towards me.. so my roommate comes out of the room and he starts in on him calling him an “army fagot”.... I will never do business with them again.. and if you want to use a company that would let there drive call a veteran of the army And “army fagot” then these are you guys... but I world stay clear of them.

Steve worked with us to give us a deal on a Stearns and Forester mattress. The matttess and adjustable frame were delivered on schedule and the frame works great. We love our new bed!

Bought 2 Stearnes and Foster Mattresses from Jacob and Mattress 1 for my family. My kids had fun testing out the beds and the beds are excellent. Jacob was knowledgable and friendly. We knew what we wanted but if you are unsure Jacob can help you pick out the mattress that is correct for you.

Spent over an hour in the office trying to get a cover for a Matress they didn’t have in stock. I pay for it and they tell me it will be shipped to me. That was on March 9th. March 30th, No cover received I come into the store and ask about it to just find out the store cancelled my order and credited me a refund on March 23rd. At least they gave me my money back...wish I could have the hour I wasted in making the purchase and I wish they would have informed me they cancelled my order. Moving forwards without my business.

We had such a wonderful experience at this store. We started going to three other stores and we endend up getting it at this location. Jacob helped us to pick the right mattres by telling us all his knowledge about the mattresses, very polite and very patient too.

Purchased a Sealy Hybrid and adjustable frame for $2800.00 based on the salesmans claim that the bed should be ample firm enough for a person of my size with a bad disc in the lower back. After eight months into owning the mattress I was waking up in very severe pain and could barely move. I thought I was coming down with a medical condition! I finally got relief sleeping on my old couch. Because I was beyond my 6 months comfort guarantee, they kept alluding to looking into the manufacturer warranty. I tried to explain that the mattress didnt have any sagging or issue that I could see and that the problem was that it was simply not firm enough, that the salesmen clearly didnt realize the mattress is not really firm but he insisted it was one of the more firm models they offer and that it would be fine for my size. I even offered to drop the issue and buy another mattress if they could meet me half way and get me a decent deal on something more firm and they declined.If you are absolutely forced to buy a mattress from them, dont listen to the sales people... they clearly dont know what they are talking about nor do they backup their word.So I called Sealy figuring they would back their mattress up...Sealy did absolutely nothing. When I say they did nothing, I mean... NOTHING! I would have thought a company of their size would take some initiative to protect the consumer. In my opinion and for the lack of effort on their part to have any involvement, that they could care less about the consumer.Buyer Beware! Do your homework. I see a lot of bogus reviews on Google.Its funny, after they stuck it to me, I woke up and looked at their reviews and I was shocked I did business with them. Today they have outstanding reviews, clearly they are investing in reputation management to boost their online appearance. Dont be fooled!!! Maybe Google can be tricked, but you cant trick Ripoff Report. Do your homework people!The mattress is now sitting in storage, Im sure Ill be throwing it away soon because nobody wants to buy a used mattress. Thank you Mattress One!!! Enjoy my money!!
