My first experience here was with my mother. She loves her bed and the non pushy sales experience we had. I retuned a month later and still had the same experience. The staff at this establishment are knowledgeable and explain in detail your purchase options. Tom the manager trains his team well. Twin XL beds and adjustable bases delivered and setup pretty quick. Delivery men however did not wear masks. We discoved later on when making bed that one of the bases had an scuffed corner. Called mattress firm and they promptly scheduled a replacement. Overall, we love the bed and adjustable bases and got a good deal. Mattress Firm also offered good followup customer service.

Greeted at the door and they answered all of our questions in detail. We decided on our selection from their expansive floor selection and scheduled delivery for the next day. We highly recommend this store if you are looking for a new bed!

I came in on Saturday, 9/4 with no intention of buying a mattress. I knew exactly what I was looking for and was coming in to compare prices to the retail store cost (Tempur-Pedic). I lucked out and was able to find the same mattress I wanted but had been returned by a customer who changed their mind on their selection, exact same mattress, sanitized and restocked. This in turn saved me over $1600. I was also able to save a bundle on my adjustable base. Made my purchase within a 1/2 hour and had my new mattress delivered by Wednesday 9/8. My better half and I went in to the Largo Mall Clearance center and met with Bryce. We were really interested in the Purple 4 mattress after searching online about them. Bryce was very educated on his product and what he didnt know...he would ask. He used our 1st names when presenting the product, which made us feel comfortable enough to lay on a bed in an uncomfortable situation. Ive NEVER felt comfortable in that situation. He showed us a couple other options..yet we settled on the Purple. It was delivered today...and already my lady is passed out on top of the bed...and its only 1:00 in the afternoon. I can tell...SHE loves it!! Bryce did a great job...and Mattress firm did a great job in the delivery and set up. I couldnt be happier with my decision and my salesperson...Bryce. I even called Bryce today and bought 2 sets of the Purple stretchy sheets and an Purple Harmony pillow...since I think my lady is going to confiscate the other two. Good job Bryce. Never been excited about a bed!

What made this experience awesome was Bryce, our mattress extraordinaire! Okay okay. We got a great deal on a mattress too. But the customer service was what resonates. Bryce was low pressure, super knowledgeable about the products (pros and cons too), and was funny. Oh yeah, and my kid loves her mattress too. We got her a Sleepy’s brand “Doze”mattress. It’s very comfy, feels high quality, and she loves it. First time customer here but will come back for the next one.

We received great assistance with Paul helping us selecting a mattress. We ended up with an adjustable base because of the great prices and options provided. Did not spend as much as I thought we would, which is a HIGE bonus. Paul was absolutely great addressing questions on each bed we tested. He provided paper protectors for pillows when we sampled mattresses.It was a great experience!

Mark is a customer service expert.Moved my mom and grandma out to FL, got scammed by rouge movers, lost all household items.Arrived in the store at 7 PM (closes at 8), said I need to get two mattresses ASAP, as Im planning on renting a van from Home Depot (HD rental was a terrible experience, wow, they should shut it down) to transport them same day. Mark was very patient and helpful while my fam found something they liked. One was available in store, the other was available in a different store.Mark told me to make it to the other store quick before they close, which I did. He stayed late for me to return to his store, for me to pick up the second mattress, which was above and beyond excellent service and was much appreciated. He was also very knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. Wish everyone in sales/customer service operated this way.TL;DR:1. Glad people like Mark exist, really helped me out2. Mattresses ended up being great.3. Home Depot could learn a lesson from Mattress Firm

10/10 would recommend (ask for Katie) and we have gotten all our mattresses from mattress firm from my baby girls bed to her big girl bed, now our bed and in a few months our baby boys! Going to get a mattress is a huge decision..you have to lay in the bed you choose for the next how many years? 10..15? That’s a longggg time. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store by Katie and we were asked a series of questions so she could get to know what kind of sleepers we were and she asked our budget and STUCK with it. How many people can say that? She was respectful and it felt like we had known each other for YEARS she is so sweet and genuine. We felt 10000% comfortable with our purchase and we did not feel any pressure to buy. If you’re in the market for a mattress GO HERE.
