Mitch is your guy! Being a sleep deprived nurse is tough, but with his help, the sleep I do get is now amazing! I wanted to swap the first mattress out for another and the process was flawless! Scott help me with the decision of the bed that was most suitable for my 93 year old mom. He deserves a five star.! The day of delivery, that’s another story. The bed was to be delivered on Tuesday May 11, 2021. I was told I could simply call on the day of delivery first thing in the morning given a little more not definite but a Close her window to the delivery time since I had to get my 93-year-old mother out of bad for them to deliver the bed. So I called and I did not get the gentleman‘s name but it was not Scott and just asked if he could give me a little better window than 10 to 2 he was very rude he wouldn’t even look at the screen to see what the deliveries look like for the day as they were set up so I had might have a better understanding and was quite curt with his voice and the manner that he spoke to me. Scott was wonderful he was caring he showed spent a lot of time showed me a lot of products and I can’t say enough nice things about him so if you’re going to the largo store call and ask if Scott’s working he’s amazing!

My purchasing experience went very well. The delivery was another experience entirely. I asked that two beds be removed. The delivery people refused to take one of my beds because of the bed I had delivered could not be placed where I had intended. Based in my delivery experience I will never use Bed Pros again.

GO SEE KIM!!!We shopped around for a mattress from multiple places. When we walked into Bed Pros, Kim made us feel like we were at home. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Her customer service was way above what we found anywhere else. If you walk into bed pros make sure to ask for Kim, you will not be disappointed. Very happy with our purchase!

I loved everything about this store!! I was looking for a customer friendly trustworthy mattress store that I could find a quality mattress and bed. When I came to the Largo Bed Pros Mattress Store, I encountered the most professional and very courteous sales associate, who was extremely knowledgeable and I could tell wanted to be sure I was purchasing the best mattress and bed for me. Shopped all of the mattress stores in Largo and these guys were the best by far! Prices were better, sales guy was nicer and delivery guys were quick and clean! Also found out they are a locally owned business which was a huge factor in my buying decision!

Was in search for a couple new beds for myself and our kid. The salesperson actually listened to our needs and just didnt bring us to the most expensive bed in the store! Delivery was fast (next day). Would definitely recommend.
