The sales person was outstanding, knowledgeable and courteous. The selection was great and not overwhelming, clean and well organized. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with the attention to comparisons of different brands and expectations from each. The experience was informative and not pushy, letting the buying decisions be our own based on the the presentation.

Sean, the manager, was right there when i entered. The questions he asked were very thorough and he picked out a very nice mattress. He offered to let me try it out and had to do A LOT of rearranging the furniture for it to happen. He really went above and beyond my expectations. Now im just waiting(tomorrow) for my new mattress and box.

Well to start off with I decided to go shopping yesterday Fri. 5-24-19 at the mattress firm located at 2650 E. Bay Dr., Largo, FL 33771. I kind of new what I wanted as far as bedding but wasn’t sure on a few things and they were clarified when I got to the store. I must say I was very pleased with the service as well as the professionalism of the store manager Shawn Kelly. He was very kind and patient with me and explained everything in detail about the package I was interested in. Actually I changed my mind for getting the free set of sheets to getting a free pillow. So I called Shawn Kelly told him and he had it done as we spoke on the phone. He said no problem Chris just come pick up your pillow whenever you’re ready at your convenience. The staff as well was very courteous. I definitely recommend this store for anyone who is in the shopping spree mode!!!😎👍
