I called at 4:45 (they close at 5pm) - and was helped by a super awesome associate who was able to schedule me as the first appointment the next day (wow!). I got a text message at 7:35am that the tech was on his way and he arrived shortly after at 7:55am. The tech who came out was awesome, knowledgeable, nice, helpful, and dutiful. He was able to answer all our questions around the different kind of security locks and we felt educated on the locks we chose. I got an email receipt of the invoice immediately after settling up with him for my records and all in all took about an hour to complete the job. Im totally satisfied by this companys professionalism, courteousness, knowledge, and service. I highly recommend The Flying Locksmiths.

Had a great experience with this company this morning. We are moving offices and needed to replace the locks on the new building. I told them I needed it to be done within a 24 hour period and they were able to make that happen. Ray was out of town, but was very attentive and made sure were taken care of.
