After I called Aluminum Craftsman, it took 3 weeks before anyone called me back. I have to give kudos to estimator, who came out on Sunday to take a look at my job. If not for him, I would give 1 star. Its been over 2 weeks, 3 phone calls and multiple text messages later trying to obtain quote, and I still havent seen the quote yet! Total over 5 weeks and counting since my initial call. I just wonder, if i have a problem, will it take 5 weeks to get a hold of someone? Not good choice.

Ive called twice for a quote over the past nearly three weeks. Was told an estimator would call me to set up a time after the first call. Didnt happen. After the second call I was assured the estimator would call me no later than the following morning. Didnt happen. No courtesy call to inform me they are busy or behind schedule up to this point. No follow-up from the office to see if their estimator has followed through. Almost like they dont care if they get new business. I cant imagine how much business they are losing by not calling clients back. Unprofessional and not responsive.

They came to my home on a Wednesday to look at my project, said they would have me a price either Friday or Monday, called them Tuesday looking for the estimate and was told I would have it by the end of the day, two weeks later still no price. Very unprofessional.

Without a doubt, Aluminum Craftsmen is the screen porch and screen cage company Ive ever used.I had previously used their sister company, Thomas Inspection, to help buy our new home and they were fantastic! When Tom told me he also had a company that did screen porches and pool cages, I immediately scheduled them to come out and look at what we could do at our new home. They came as exactly when schedule on very short notice. Tom’s people did a complete, competent and efficient job on designing and recommending several options for us. It was easy for my wife and I to choose what we wanted and have it done. They scheduled the job and to our delight showed up on time and finished on schedule. Our home looks incredible with the upgrades. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to add a screen porch to their home or just rescreen or enlarge their existing pool cage.Bob

Mr. Colvin was wonderful to come out with information from the City regarding placement. Other carport companies expect you to do the leg work, which is lazy of them. Mr. Colvin was very personable to communicate with.
