Unbelievable service and craftsmanship, highly recommend them

My experience with USA Team Screen was absolutely wonderful from the very beginning! April promptly responded to my request of having my lanai re-screened. Karl and Mark promptly arrived and did an outstanding job! My lanai looks fabulous! It was clear to see they were experts. Karl and Mark were professional and knowledgeable as they answered all my questions about the old screens and the new ones they installed. They were efficient, patient, friendly and helpful as they also cleaned out the gutters on my roof! I am extremely pleased with the awesome job they did and highly recommend USA Team Screen.

I scheduled Karl Oppenheimer, the business owner, to be at my house today at 9:00am to provide an estimate for an upgrade to our lanai. I took the morning off of work to accommodate the appointment. I was home the entire morning doing various chores around the house. By 9:15am, I hadnt heard anything so I went to call the office number. I saw that I missed a call at 8:45am from Karl saying he was at my house, he described the cars. I never heard a knock or the doorbell ring and he certainly didnt walk around the back of the home to the lanai. At 9:19am, I returned Karls call and asked where he was, he explained he was already on another job site and wouldnt be coming back today. I explained to him that a 9:00am appointment doesnt mean 8:45am, and that I was home when he was at the house. He was rude and tried to explain to me that hes an owner-operated company. He said he could hear me walking around inside the house; despite that he didnt ring the doorbell or knock louder again. He should have gone back to his vehicle and waited until the scheduled appointment time to try again. Im also confused about how he could be at a job site at 9:20am if he was supposed to be at my home at 9:00am for an estimate that would take 15-20 minutes to complete. Karl offered an apology that was loaded with excuses such as Im an owner-operated company. The fact that you are an owner-operated company would mean its even more important to treat your clients with respect and have a strong work ethic and operate your business with integrity. USA Team Screen definitely fails to exhibit integrity, a strong work ethic and treat their customers with respect.

We needed a Super Gutter on our home quickly. The fascia above our patio/pool area was crumbling more and more every time it rained and we were about to have the patio and pool renovated! I am in the construction industry myself (A/C & Heating) so I understand that this is the busy season, and so I expected that we were going to have to postpone the pool reno. I called over a dozen different companies and had trouble getting my calls answered or even returned, but USA Team Screen answered my call and responded quickly and efficiently. The receptionist and estimator/owner Karl were very polite and professional, and the estimated cost was very fair. The best part is that they had a job that postponed so they were able to start work within a few days. They did an excellent job, didnt cut any corners and we were able to have our pool work done as planned! We highly recommend this company and we will definitely call them for any future work we need done.

The owner Karl came out to give me an estimate. He was poorly dressed and not professional at all. After looking past his unprofessionalism I decided to hire him to install my pool cage. Everything was fine until the first real thunderstorm came thur on June 3 2013 and the pool cage fell over. The owner is a snake oil salesman. I had a real pool cage company come out to inspect and was informed that everything he did was wrong and was a short cut to profit himself. I strongly would not hire him unless you want to get ripped off.

Well where do I get start.... I wish I would of done my research and read the reviews before I hired Team Screen USA to build and install my pool cage in the fall of 2012. After T.S. Andrea came through in July 2013 (with winds of only 40 mph max), I came home from work to find a nice surprise which was half my cage was in my pool. There were no broken branches or debris that brought it down, it fell because of the wind and only the wind. I repeatedly tried to call for 3 weeks straight and left multiple messages, all of which were not returned. The company said there was a warrany and promised to come and fix anything. After being ignored and tired of looking at my cage in my pool, I decided to call another company to come out to fix it. I was mortified to find out by the new company that Team Screen USA used multiple short cuts to get the job done cheaper and faster for them. First, the vertical support beams, all the screw holes were stripped out where it anchors to the slab. Visually they looked like they were in, but you could pull the screws out with your hand. Second, they didnt use enought screws by code on the horizontal support beams. I was informes that these are the two main reasons why my cage fell. The pool cage could of fell on my kids while they were swimming. They have no regard for safety!! I strongly suggest you do not use Team Screen USA for any job. Save yor money, time and yourself a headache and find someone else. Hope this helps you.
