Don’t waste your hard earn money here. Bad first experience won’t use them again!!! very unprofessional Anthony in shop speaks rude and don’t know much about questions ask regarding my ordered products.

They came out and charged me for and estimate. Now they don’t return calls or emails. It’s been over a month and completely unresponsive.

I highly recommend West Coast Window and Door in Largo if you are in the market for hurricane windows. I talked to many sales people from various window companies over the past six months, asking probably a hundred questions, such as what brand and style, for I could not afford to make a mistake. When I talked to Matt at West Coast I NEVER felt rushed or that I was taking too much of his time and that is very important to me. All the people at West Coast have been great and the installation guys were very skilled and did a super job. It is obvious that customer satisfaction is the #1 priority at West Coast Window and Door.

This is the 3rd window company I have had out. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and more importantly took the time to really measure and let me know what to expect so there were no surprises later. They also had the best detailed quote and the best pricing. I am confident I made the right decision in my search for windows.

We had a very good experience with WCWD with our 70 PGT Low-e Impact windows and 2 double and 1 single PGT french doors. We had a few issues with some of the window installations, it took a while, but ultimately got resolved. There is a reason they are the premier PGT dealer in the area and they have the best pricing by far. Stay far away from Home Depot for windows, 2X the price and nothing but horror stories. Ultimately theyll make it right, but youll never recover the time you wasted or the stress you went through.

Went for a job interview, but had the chance to explore the showroom while waiting. Beautiful products displayed, with a lot of options for impact rated doors and windows. Would definitely check them out if youre in the market to upgrade your home.

Its not often that one truly receives excellent service from a company. Our experience with West Coast Window and Door has been a joy. The staff was friendly, polite, and thorough. The installation of our windows and 2 sets of French doors was surprisingly painless. I actually expected it to take longer than it did. The crew was skilled and professional and took pains not to track dirt onto my carpet. The whole experience was effortless on my part and I love the look of my new windows. What a dramatic difference it makes to the whole house. I couldnt be be happier.

I am Arelis Rivera, I can not recommend this company. I ordered a Door on 11/14/2018, Three months passed to deliver my Door. They told me three different dates to deliver the door because the door came from California. This Door is not fancy, it is a normal Door. These people are not professionals, I was the one who called to know the status of the Door. They never called to tell me that the Door arrived. I was the one who called to know about the door, on February 6 2019, my husband went to pick up the door. This Door after three months of waiting, the Door has damage and West coast does not want to be responsible for fixing the Door. This company is not professional and does not help the client. My Door cost 1,700 dollars and it has a great damage. The customer service is bad. Now they say that we caused the damage. I am an honest person and I do not have to lie. The door came with a damage and it was not caused by us.

I had 4 different companies come out to my house for an estimate to replace all of my windows and three sets of sliding glass doors. The doors are approx 11 feet wide and I was looking for a three pain door that would slide to one side. Two out of the four companies would not even quote me for that change, they claimed that it was not doable...Not West Coast, they jumped at the chance to make my vision come to fruition. The results are outstanding!!! The service was professional, the installers were timely and polite. Rachel was super helpful and walked me through the process each step of the way. Thank you!!!!

West Coast Window has made two visits to repair (1) a lock on our front door and (2) a big sliding glass door that was slipping off its track.Both times Richard did the repair, and make several other quick fixes, pointing out things we could do for 20-year-old windows and doors in our beach house, which gets plenty of wind rain.The big door on a 3rd floor deck had been thrown off by a sagging floor, but Richard dida very serviceable job around until we can get the contractor out to do some reconstruction.(One hint Ill pass along: To keep your windows and doors weather-tight, make sure theyre locked when not using them.)The charge for each trip was no more than their reasonable minimum, as quoted.Friendly, knowledgeable, productive, and fast: What great service!

Best window company friendly and fast service from start to finish

Started order and payed deposit in July 2019, was told widows were in three weeks ago, was given an install date which they canceled, still have no install date. Company is obviously miss managed. We all know what happens eventually to miss managed companies.

Best company out there nice PGT Windows

The worst sliding doors I could have purchased. I have had nothing but problems and the one time I called for service, they blamed me for not keeping the tracks clean (which I clean once a week). Horrible product. Have the same problems with opening and closing with the kitchen window I purchased. Now the seals are starting to peel away. $4000 thrown away and I cant wait to replace with a quality product.
