We worked with Patricia who was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in addition to offering providing extra details and information that hadn’t thought of. Patricia made set up delivery and payment quick, easy and quick. We are looking forward to getting a great nights sleep on our new Beautyrest mattress.

So excited to go and pick out a new Matress. Will be moving to the area soon and found a good Matress with the right price. Was there for about an hour trying to figure out which one would be best for my husband and I. We both have spinal issues and really wanted to upgrade the one we currently have. We purchased a King size firm Matress with two pillows and a Matress protector. This is the 2nd time we have been burned by Mattress Firm, I garuntee there wont ever be a 3rd. I would give them a negative stars if I could. The first time we bought a mattress and were give a substandard mattress, it was not what we layed on in the store and were given the run around about it and never got anything done by the company. This time we spent a lot of money on a $2,500 mattress and top of the line bed lift. We were told the mattress and lift are in stock, we can deliver Thursday or Friday. We said Friday is ok. We took apart our bed and got rid of the old stuff Thursday night. So Friday comes around and no phone calls so we called and they said sorry we wont have any for two weeks. So for 2 weeks we have to lay on our uncomfortable pull out couch and our house is disorganized. But no apologies or anything to make it up for it. If they didnt have it in stock they shouldnt have lied to us to get a sale. Very upset and will never do business with them again, dont like being lied to. And you cant get ahold of anyone but the local store which gives you the run around and attitude.UPDATE (9/19/20): STILL no mattress! Keep being promised delivery dates and the dates pass with the same excuse, the truck didnt come in. After several weeks this is getting old. They have our money so I guess it doesnt matter any more. We should report to our credit card company as fraud because Some feel like what this is l. So done with this company. Only bright note is they did finally refund our delivery fee. I feel we should get the labor day king for the price of a queen deal for our troubles since we bought way before Labor day and it is way after Labor day with no hope of ever getting delivery for something we paid for so long ago. Moral of the story: Dont lie to your customers!

Patricia was amazingly helpful. She knew we were on a very tight schedule and that we needed our mattresses ASAP. She did everything possible and made that happen! I wish every person I have to do business with could take lessons from her. She definitely has my gratitude and she deserves a raise!

My daughter bought a memory foam mattress at their store in winter park over a week ago at 50% off. I loved the mattress so wanted one for my spare bedroom and when I called to check on pricing the sale was over but they honored the same price. Sales person was very helpful in trying to get me the mattress in a short time frame as I needed it in a few days. Sales person went above and beyond to assist with price and delivery as well as advice on boxsprings etc. I would definitely shop here again for all of my mattress needs

Horrible experience. They promise the world until it’s time to deliver. They fail to tell you deliveries are being delayed. They fail to tell you that your delivery will be cancelled not once...not twice...not three times...but FOUR TIMES...And each time - you find out LESS THAN 8 hours before it’s supposed to arrive. STAY AWAY for your own sanity!!!

I was thinking i needed to set up a guestroom for 2 grand-daughters when they come to visit and decided Twin beds would be good for the room. I was driving down the street snd saw the store front. With only the idea to “just look”. I wrnt in. Was greeted by a professional and friendly salesman. He ask me wgat i was looking for and how I would use mattress sets. I told him what I had in mind and he took me to the display area . First he showed me entry level for children. Price seemed right then I ask him if in long run adult visitors may come to visit and what would he recommend. Price was not that much more and i laid on the set and really liked the feel. He was very knowledgable and good natured. I told him I’ll take two sets. Delivery in 2 days! I was in the right place. He was attentive and I felt confident he knew his products

I purchased two mattresses in August 2020.. It is now January 2021 five months later and my sons mattress is sinking in the middle. Ive called to try and fix this and no one will fix it. I will never buy another matress from them again! Beware!!

I bought a memory foam with cooling gel, it was medium firmness, it was to hard for my back. Waited the excepted time and had to change it for a softer memory foam mattress. There were no problem changing it for another, I found the perfect one for me. I got it delivered the next day and slept great that night and in the morning woke up without back pain. The Mattress Firm is a nice store and they do offer a decent variety as well as good service. The main issue that I have with the store is that they are severely lacking in basic mattresses and box springs. It seems these type of stores now Focus mainly on more expensive hybrid mattresses and have much less to offer in a standard mattress and box spring.

I considered buying my base and mattress online. I decided to stop in and take a look around a showroom before committing. Ray was on the floor and gave me a quick demo of the bases before showing me a range of mattresses that would work. I easily saved a lot on a mattress thanks to Ray helping me shop. The setup I purchased is perfect. Delivery was fast and efficient. I am very pleased.

DO NOT BUY A SEALY MATTRESS. The 10 year warranty is worthless because they will deny any claim. My King mattress started deteriorating at the 2-3 year mark and is now junk but Sealy says its normal and denied warranty claim. SEALY IS OVERPRICED JUNK, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I came to the largo store last night after seeing 5 other places and John P. really hooked me up he was so knowledge about all the mattresses and the best part is he had no problems not only directing me to the close out he actually let me test them so instead of attitude he ended up being so informative and gracious he sold me on a bed twice what I was wanting to spend .He is great. The only caveat was when I was calling to the store his location wasnt in Google and the phone number for his store was not available so I needed to call another matress firm to get it and I only did that because of his knowledge and salesmanship.

I have to give Tom 5 Stars for great service, advice and salesmanship. He is the total package! He was very helpful in every way, making sure I got the right mattress for me and stayed within my price range. Thank you so much, I am looking forward to many nights on my new bed!!!

It took 4 times for the right mattress to be delivered. The in-store salesman was nice but when it came to getting my mattress that was a MESS. first at warehouse we were given the wrong mattress. then red carpet delivery was scheduled to switch out the mattress and the wrong size was brought, leaving us stuck with a firm mattress yet again, then a reschedule was set up and they never came. Then finally next day we were able to get the correct mattress. Once we were able to buy a mattress and take home same day. I would not count on delivery
