This was my first time using German imports in Largo, Florida. I have to say Michael, the owner, really impressed me with his stand behind his work attitude. I had a simple oil change that turned into the oil pan needing to be replaced as it was leaking when I got home. I paid for the oil change and Michael took responsibly for the pan, even though he said it wasnt anything they did, but it happened on his watch. How many auto repair shops in Largo would do that? I really appreciate him taking on the repair at no cost to me. I thought it was a simple job until I Googled it and found what was involved and the cost.Anyone that has a German import, this is the place to bring it for service.

My family has been taking our BMW”s to German Imports for about 15 years. Michael is honest & trustworthy. I always know I will receive good quality work and a fair price. I moved a 40 minute drive away from the area, and still choose to make the trip to service my vehicles. That is how much I trust this business!!

I’m hard of hearing.When Michael gave me a diagnostic check and price for repair, I didn’t have him write it down. Just word of mouth. Big mistake for both of us. The work did NOT include the door window, which I thought it did. I had to seek that repair at a dealership. More time, more money. Always get estimates in writing.

Michael was fantastic. I heard a loud noise coming from the front of the car. It was so loud I considered getting ear plugs. Mike said bring it in at 730 am when they open. I was there 730. So was he. Michael checked the car out and determined it was the front bearings. He changed the bearings and the holder in my 9 year olds car. He showed me the replaced bearings and rhe holder. Both were very rusty. The car has no noise now. Michael did an excellent job as promised and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!!!

Had multiple problems with BMW 328iThey quickly diagnosed the problems gave me an exact cost and actually ended up being several hundred dollars less, plus he installed new wiper blades for free. To be honest I was coming here a few years now. And the first couple time it was good experience. Then over time it went down hill. The last time WAS my last time here probably.Maybe Ill come here for light bulb change. Paid around 100$. I was here for my ac not working. I hate when my car doesnt work, but I love that I can bring it to Michael and German Imports. Michael is honest, fair, quick and very calming. I tend to freak out a bit when my car isnt working and Michael always has the answer, even when it is That is a recall issue. Go to the dealer and they will fix it for free. I will never take my high mileage Mini anywhere else!

I missed it, just not keeping my calendar correctly. The guy that runs the place, Michael, rescheduled for me, not a problem.Nicest guy, honest too. He was able to do a diagnostic quickly and we decided to have him replace the sensor. After getting the tire off he learned it was a worn wire . He took photos, got us transportation to and from our Vacation rental and did not charge us for his help. My father told me that this shop is the only one he trust. Belleair auto wanted to charge me 400 dollars to replace power steering components because my steering was creaking, I brought it here to have a second opinion. Owner just refilled my steering fluid which fixed it, while insisting not to charge me a penny, even tho i insisted on paying something. Cant believe a 400 dollar problem was fix here for free. A lot of crooks out there like crown euro st pete, this place is just amazing and fair. Cant find another place like it. 10/10

I had brought my car to a lot of shops in the Largo area, and I had a lot of mechanics that I had experienced as being dishonest and ended up causing my car more problems instead of fixing the problem Id gone in with prior. Someone told me about German Imports, and so I took my car over. That was the best decision I ever made, and it saved me and my wife a lot of headaches over the two years that we lived in the area. They ended up fixing all the major problems our car had, and we rarely needed service afterward. Anytime I experienced a problem, I would take it over to the shop, and Michael the owner would check it out for me. He was always very honest and upfront with me. If there was something simple that I could fix on my own, he wouldnt lie to me and try to get me in the shop and charge me for it. And anytime there was an issue he was good at figuring out exactly what the problem was, and charging a reasonable price to get the job done. For the first time ever, I felt my car was in good hands. As far as mechanics go, Michael and his team have been the best and most honest Ive found. For anyone looking for someone they can entrust their cars to in good conscience, I recommend going here.

German Imports is the place to go for any repair. Took my Mini there and I won’t go anywhere else now. Michael is extremely nice, and the prices are great!
