DJ is a fine mechanic,excellent troubleshooter. Honest and timely.pleased with his workmanship,knowledge,fixed the problem.I would recommend to anyone.and Im shocked by the bad reviews.because he when out of his way,to help me with my mechanical problems. Told me just what was qring..called to get a price on the part,and it was fixed.im so impress with his knowledge,And and fair.

DJ was no call, no show multiple times - as a someone else on here also commented. If you cannot make it two scheduled appointments, especially when you told a customer “I’m sorry about that, I’ll be with you first thing in the morning Monday,” and don’t show... fine. But at least have the decency to call and communicate that. Taking the time to communicate with potential clients costs zero dollars and is your most effective tool in that toolkit. Don’t wait until the day is entirely over to call and say you can’t come. I know already. Twice.

He also completed the work within 1 hour.Advanced not only works with him but highly recommends him and they are not wrong. If he was a shyster they would have run him off.Instead, we get one of the best and practical partnerships and its simply awesome!

DONT USE DJ!!! HES A DRUNK!!! ALWAYS HOURS LATE WITH A DIFFERENT EXCUSE EVERY TIME. Advance Auto on Missouri boulevard recently kicked him off their property for doing work in the parking lot. He should never work on peoples cars. Hes a joke of a mechanic!!!

He is a very experienced mechanic. He came to my house and fixed my car for a very reasonable price. I know it can be hard to get a hold of him, but once you got him hed be your mechanic for lifetime.

This guy is a miracle worker. From the time I sat in my car and it didn’t start until it was fixed was an hour and a half, on an early Saturday evening. I highly, highly recommend him!

He scheduled an appointment the next business day after we called and was able to diagnose and repair at a much more reasonable rate than other auto mechanics. He was efficient and very helpful! Got my husbands car back on the road in no time! Thank you for all your help!

Had an issue with my car on Sunday June 17th (Fathers Day). I was towed to the nearest Advance Auto Parts store. It was recommended to call mobile mechanic DJ to see if he could help out. He took my call at 7:30 pm on Fathers Day and stayed with me to get the problem fixed until well after 11:00 pm. He was absolutely amazing and did whatever it took to make sure my car was back up and running. He did a final check of it the following morning and gave the A okay to drive back to Orlando where we live. He is a lifesaver!! I highly recommend and 100% stand behind his work. Thanks DJ!!!

Ill just be 100%honest,I dont trust any mechanics, UNTIL TODAY. THESE MECHANICS CAME ON TIME AND GOT THE JOB DONE VERY FAST. I HAD THEM REPLACE MY SPARKS PLUGS AND COIL PACK ON MY CADILLAC CTS,THEY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB THAT I ASKED CAN HE CHANGE MY BRAKES ON MY DODGE DURANGO NEXT WEEK, HE SAID HE COULD DO IT RIGHT NOW . I HANDED HIM THE PADS AN IT WAS DONE IN 20 MINUTES OR LESS. FOR A VERY FAIR PRICE . I TIPPED HIM $30 EXTRA BECAUSE THEY REALLY SURPRISED ME WITH THE GREAT JOB THEY DID. IM NOT SURE WHY ANYONE WOULD GIVE A BAD REVIEW TO THESE GUYS CAUSE THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT. THIS WILL BE MY MECHANIC FROM NOW ON UNTIL HE RETIRES, HOPEFULLY I DONT NEED HIM AT ALL BUT IF I EVER NEED A MECHANIC, THIS IS THE ONE I WILL CALLING. THANKS FOR THE GREAT JOB GUYS.

DJ is an honest and good man with ethics. We have used him 3 times now and each time, he showed integrity and honesty. Twice, he could have done unnecessary repairs, like other mechanics, but did what had to be done, even if he lost out on an expensive repair bill. Mechanics such as this should be honored and given all the business they can handle.

Hi Bryan,Im a good friend of DJ and hes the only person I would turn to if I need an automobile fixed. He replaced the starter in my 1998 Intrigue in about 10 minutes. The guy is literally a genius when it comes to fixing cars and hes probably serviced more customers than almost all mobile mechanics in the Pinellas County area. Since 2008 I would guess over 1,000 and almost all of them were satisfied with his work. This idea that DJ took your money and never showed up sounds a little out of character. I can see him not showing up one time due to work overload (he has tons of customers) but not stealing your money. Something tells me that he either didnt show up which made you angry or youre his competition.

2 days in a row I left work early to meet with DJ. He stood me up. He told me he was exhausted after mowing his lawn. He ignored my call and my texts. So unprofessional! I ended up having my truck towed to a shop. I will NEVER try a mobile mechanic again!

Absolutely amazing! Called him on a Saturday morning to change a flat tire. Had it done in less than 10 mins and charged a less than fair rate! Highly recommend him!!

Litteraly Stole my money. Came to my house started working on my car and then said he needed another piece. I paid him (i new i should not have including a nice tip) and he never returned. Ignored my phone calls and texts. He said he would be back next morning, got a text at 1045 saying he would be there soon, nothing until 4 and said 30min away, nothing until 7 and said would be there soon again. No Show!!!!

I got DJs number from a google search and have used him 3 seperate times. Twice my girlfriend broke down in our 2004 Jeep Laredo.First time, battery connectors and wires were corroded, DJ showed up within an hour, took a look, went and got all new parts and connectors and she was on her way within an hr.The starter went when we were about 30-40 mins away from DJs location in Indian Shores. I couldnt hang so i just left the car, left cash in the car, and a key under the seat. Returned and all was done.Last time i was getting ready to hit the road, I travel the whole state doing sales and long drives in the summer with no AC sucks.I just drove to his house and he changed the a/c blower without me waiting and I was on my way.Bottom line, he gets 5 stars from me!!!Always showed up, always quick, always did good work, always honest about what needed to be fixed... And get this... ALWAYS FINISHED WITH A REASONABLE BILL.

Zero stars!!!! Said he was coming to fix a flat and would be a few hours. Then a text that his car had trouble after waiting in the sweltering heat for 8 hours. Unreliable!!!!!!!! Im beginning to think moble mechanics are a joke in this area . This was the second one I called and after a week I texted and he responded said he could fix anything .. Said he could come check my car and never heard back good business is to at least return a customers call or text . If your busy say so dont leave people hanging .. I paste his information at the better business office so people wont waste their time !

Was late did not act profestable drank beer did the work twice because doing it wrong no oil change no 20% discount messy never hire again.

Repaired my truck and the next day my truck was having the exact same problems. Will not respond to my call or texts.

I called twice and got his voicemail. He didnt have the decency to return my calls.. I am a disabled retired senior and I tip well. His loss.
