I love supporting locally owned businesses, especially those selling American made products, but it would be helpful if this business answered their phone and returned voicemails. My interactions with them have been positive but they have missed my business 3 times because of lack of communication.

I bought 2 batteries with being told they were 100ah for my camper... come to find out they are 50ah, and not true deep cycle... lesson learned.... when the boss isnt in, dont trust the substitute.
