Randy was great! Make this man a manager if he isnt already! He stepped in when the other employee was lacking, who was initially helping me! Randy knew what to do and where the parts were. Randy was beyond professional and patient as he tried in the beginning to help his colleague who was initially helping me.Thank you my friend for stepping in and getting me out of there. The employees were all super friendly and helpful. Fiance and I had to go return some stuff, which all went smoothly My fiance went to have my diagnostics ran on my truck, but the employee told him they werent providing that service at the moment due to covid-19. He asked him if it was okay if he took the code reader thing and ran the diagnostic himself and he said that was okay. They were awesome sauce.

Visited 6/18 employees complaining of headaches. Strong smell of spray paint. Employees said manager was painting things inside the store in the back and would not allow them to open the doors to air it out. I got out of establishment and went elsewhere...ie competition, once leaving I personally got a severe headache and threw up as soon as I got home. Either I should call OSHA for the health of customers and employees or maybe they should pay a visit. I have never end I have never entered a store and been so overcome with the smell of toxic fumes and then was told that the employees were not allowed to open the doors!!!??? Something needs to be done about that person!!!

My 2003 Ford Expedition had a 6 year old battery that needed replacement, but then my truck wouldnt start.looking it over my husband determined it was a battery terminal that needed ti be replaced . I went to the auto parts store James the manager was very helpful and talked to my husband on the phone but offered to install it if he wanted us too. my husband is a roofer and didnt want to work on Saturday so I promptly went back and James was there very Cooperative to install my battery terminal to get me on my way safely !Thank you James at Advance Auto Parts, in the Largo MallHe is a store manager that really cares about customer service

Aaron whom claims to be the store manager has made my trip to advance horrible he refuses to give me a part that was ordered even though I have the credit card and receipt because I am not listed as a pick up agent come on seriously? Who comes in to steal someones part that hasnt even been paid for yet obviously Aaron doesnt have customer service skills and definitely shouldnt be the manager he didnt want to help at all just kept saying have a nice day they claim to be protecting for Id fraud but I have the credit card he was being difficult.

My neighbor had a flat tire on her birthday 🎂. We were in and ringing up fix-a-flat 🚗 in matter of minutes. Tony recommended a tire guy up the street and said to mention the store for a discount. The guys were super friendly and quick and they wished her 🎂. Tony also signed my neighbor up for the rewards program quickly, easily. Parking was up front and the store is easy to see and get in/out off of Seminole Blvd. Its next to Staples.

I wish I could give zero stars! From the moment I walked in the door I had a bad feeling. It’s very annoying when the person installing the battery is too busy chit chatting with someone from a neighboring business to pay attention to what they are doing. And due to this they did not tighten the terminals properly! Driving down the road and my car loses all power to due to the loose positive terminal! Needless to say I will not return to this location ever again.

Myself like most people hope he do not have to go to an auto parts store as often as she would go to a grocery store but I have found that since Ive lived here which is about 15 years Ive always went to advance Auto parts and they do a nice job and finding a product you want and if you need help with installation or help getting it in your car theyre always there to take care of you Id recommend this place

Very upset with this advanced auto I was told I had a lifetime warranty for my alternator on my 2010 Toyota Venza now that it broke down they tested it and stated that it was burnt out that it needed to be a manufactures error or mistake in order for them to replace it... This is a complete false advertisement and they should clearly state that when you get the part.

I was driving in the rain and my windshield wiper flew off!!! Fortunately I was driving through Largo Mall so I went to Advance Auto. The very nice guy found exactly what I needed (I didnt know) and he installed it for me -- in the rain. Highly recommend this location!

I went in to this location and was kind of surprised! I drive a 150cc scooter. Besides having oil which everyone has I found other things like the spark plug size I needed. They had fuel filters, battery replacement, vac hoses, bulbs and a few other basic items. I would like to walk in with a list of part numbers and see if they carry any of it like my CVT drive belt size. I almost got the feeling they are slowly starting to carry scooter items. :)

Purchased windshield wiper, rang up for more then listed price. I returned to the store on 5/04/14 and attempted to obtain a credit for the difference. The store manager, Ken in an abrupt manor told me that price was changed today to a lower price, without even looking up to verify. I preceded to purchase a 2nd wiper. The listed price was 19.99, again it rang up for 21.99. I told Ken he needed to look into this further. He rose his voice in a threatening manor telling me I dont need to tell him what he needs to do. Ken is large individual, and likes to push his weight and size around. At this point, I was upset with him and told him not to be a smart ass! He continued to escalate the situation to the point we started arguing. SERVICE WAS NOT THE BEST PART! I would avoid this store!

I have had to return multiple items simply because they either dont listen properly or just dont care enough to make sure Im actually buying the correct size/item. Very dissapointed and frustrated.UPDATE: Erik has restored my faith, as he actually knows what the hell hes doing.

This place at Largo Mall has a GREAT staff! Helpful, grateful, friendly. Next to Staples. Ive never been told even a sale item is out of stock. Im so tired of places like Autozone Largo that cant be bothered to run a register or walk out from behind the counter. I have to ask though, what is it with all the auto parts stores that charge $25 for wiper blades sold at Walmart for $5 to $8? Maybe one reason is they will install them on your car for free. Walmart wont.

We went twice in one day. In the morning we had a great experience, the gentleman that helped us get a battery was super knowledgeable, nice, professional & even put our new battery in! When we came in the afternoon it was terrible, 10 people were waiting in line, everyone was busy while Bretton was B.Sing with a customer that already paid, the line got longer & everyone was pissed. We finally paid for our wipers & asked Bretton to install them (advertisements everywhere saying free installations) he talked down to us by saying if you know how to build legos you can install them so we left, finding out later that he sold us the wrong wipers.A few days later we came back to get them on & Mike was happy to help us. He was cheerful, efficient & professional.Out of our experience majority of the employees wonderful & go above and beyond.
