I don’t condone renting. But if you pay it off in 90 days interest free. It’s not a bad deal! The guys that come out and hooked up my stuff we’re very friendly.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. My house is full of their furniture and appliances. I would recommend them to anyone.

The place on Missouri Avenue will not stop harassing me after I told them countless times that Ive had Covid for two weeks and their main priority is to show up to my house as soon as they open at 10am, its just really disappointing

The location 1380 Missouri Ave NLargo, Florida 33770 has an outstanding group of employees. In my experience nothing negative can be said about my experience with the team here. How ever my experience with my auto payment will more than likely prevent me from returning at this time. Unfortunately when hundreds of dollars over your agreed payment are auto removed from your account and you receive a payment log for only the payment due amount not the couple hundred extra that was removed. No one can explain or give you a clear plan or estimated time for correction it would definitely prevent future purchases. 70 hours later and numerous hours invested you are the one having to follow up because there still is no resolution and it is quite disappointing. Once again each employee at this location has been above and beyond this is not a direct issue with the location.Edited 3/16/19Well...... Week 2 that they have removed almost 5 times the agreement amount from my bank account. Yet I only get a receipt for the agreement amount. No explained reason, no one still can answer my questions as why this is happening. It is all good though I went ahead and just paid the remainder of the contract and removed all access by Rent-A-Center from my bank account. As much as I enjoyed the employees at this location. Especially Nick during these last 2 weeks and their excellent customer service another company will get my business on my next set.

We ordered a tv since our son broke ours and Angel was an amazing help and customer experience he was very informative and makes you feel part of the rent a center family! I would recommend to anyone looking for Great service.

Literally went through 5 phones and every single one of them had either not turned on, not charged, had screen issues or something... From Asus to lg to Samsung.... Every single phone was returned. Shame because would have happily rented the phone but after 5 phones with them all having issues I could not justify paying out the ass for broken phones, kind of makes you wonder what else is non working or on its last legs within the store, again... Damn shame.

Very hostile manager. He tried to sell me an action camera with a missing selfy stick. The case the camera goes in was not there so they had to give me the floor model which the protective lense was broken. Then when i showed him he got all pissy like a two year old. He got mouthy and started cuses. Which i said you shouldnt try to sell me shity equipment. Then he followed me to my car. Opened the door and told me i was banned from the store. All because he has a little peepee and doesnt know when to shut his fat mouth. He was lucky i had a baby in my car he would have gotten shot. Kris is the only reason i gave this dump a 2 star. Hes pretty amazing.

Wanted a king bed.went to store on seminole blvd. one bed that was set uo for display.sat on bed and it fell down. saw a king bed that i liked.they delivered bed and set it up. the second night we were in bed and it also fell to the floor.called rac to complain they sent someone to fix the problem and it was determined that the frame was not compatible. bed was set on the floor until they could order a king metal frame.after two weeks of having box springs and mattress on the floor found they never ordered frame for bed. we both have back problems which we conveyed to them.eventually we had them to pick up the bed.even the people who came to pick up the bed were baffled as to why it had been set up without a center piece to support weight.REAL BAD EXPERIENCE
