Lack of accountability when it comes to drivers delivering to wrong address, after filing a complaint and going through all the automated systems, my case was closed even though I never received anything, according to this company it was delivered and signed, may I say by another person with different last name?? wow, so now Im out $235 on something I didnt receive, never use this company they dont take responsibility they will just close your case, believe whatever the drivers tell them, I am upset because after all the evidence and proof they still didnt take my concerns into consideration, never had this issue with UPS, if I could rate Fedx with a grade it would be an F for terrible service, if I could rate them with stars it would be none

I was very impressed with Jose Lopez who was working the day we went in. We purchased two paintings while on vacation and needed to ship them to our home. Mr. Lopez was patient and helpful while helping us pack them. The paintings arrived today in perfect condition. We have used this shipping station multiple times and will continue to recommend them!

Fast customer service

This is just outrages packages being delivered to random neighbors addresses on various occasions. Having to go door to door asking if they have received my package. Other occasions I myself have received others package just left at front door. Missing packages notation on tracking says left at front door when cameras at home never show FedEx arrive

Sales persons at the front counter can be quite rude and short tempered. I asked an older lady with light or blondidh hair for assistance with taping a box that was folded and she was very uncomfortable with the fact I had to bother her to help box my item. I can understand it gets busy at times but when I was there.. There was hardly any one there.

I have a leave at door-no signature on my account, often they will not deliver my package and will not leave a notice they visited. I ALWAYS have to follow the tracking on my packages online. Recently I had a vacation hold on my account but this site delivered my package anyway. Luckily I caught it in time and had to file a case for someone to pick it up and do their job to check when people have their profile set up for vacation. They promised they would deliver it on Monday, but of course they forgot and promised it would arrive today. I just got an email notification the due date has once again been pushed back to tomorrow. This is one of the worst shipping sites I have ever seen.

I called FedEx to let them know they delivered a package to the wrong location. Their 1-800 number is the most annoying call I have ever made. I was never able to speak to an actual customer service rep. I hated it. Now they wont get the missing package and it looks like important documentation.

That ugly, badly educated people work here, I arrive at the office at 7:28 pm and I parkeo and see through the glass walls a worker who almost runs to the door and locks it so that I do not enter! and a woman who was still in the box reached to see her laughing as if durlando, really sorry for staff. with that attitude, to make the company that pays them look bad for serving customers who leave money in each visit, .....I would have liked that instead of locking the door that man had opened and I would have said with kind words sorry, its closed and just that ... no way I forced them to treat me ovbio no ... well thats my comment as a client take me a great desepcion..cero stars
