Really bad service bad management, for the past year they increase the rent twice which it’s not good specially in the pandemic, also be aware that if u gave a late payment they will lock ur storage for 20 days, I gave my payment the 5th and the kept my storage locked for 20 days I was calling them and going to the office and no respond and this was the third time this happened to me and the manager said she didn’t know that this was happening”

Moving is horrible... especially from a house to an apartment! I have had bad experiences in the past with bad service and dirty properties... this time I did my research and Store It All on Town Lake had really good reviews! I was impressed with Elisa (Property Manager) and her facilities... The reviews were 100% accurate Very Clean and Great Customer Service! I visited the facility wondering if the reviews were correct and left a Satisfied customer!

Elisa is a professional manager she really help me a lot!!!Great location behind my favorite place (public library) excellent promotions, they let me use a truck to move my belongings ooouuuu. And the storage was really clean. I will definitely recommend this place. They serve you with kindness not like other places.

Terrible place I tried using the website pay rent but was always locked out. No clue as to when my property was sold at auction or what happened to my photos and personal paper. Filing a complaint​ with BBB. Actually more like thieves when they auction off truck driver stuff when you are on the road and working. came back from 2 months in Canada and they already sold my property. Stay away from them they are theives. Better to leave your property in middle of street. They ignored my problem with online payment and a refund for rent paid if they could not locate my property in my complaint to the BBB. They could have waited until I returned from my out of town trips and Paid at their office.

Excellent service.,facilities are in excellent condition,climate control units are great...I will recommend this to everyone who needs a storage...keep up the good work!

Have had my storage unit for 10 years, istarted paying around 75 and now im paying 105. Slowly they been increasing the prices even though i have never missed a payment..thinking of just getting rid of my unit soon

Whenever we go to Mexico we have to leave our truck in a safe place, and be well served. This little girl always answers the phone and answers us kindly. I have been renting with them for 7 years and I have never had a problem with my furniture. Very friendly in the service. I recommend this place for those who are traveling and want to leave their car in a safe place and where you can enter 24 hours, the gate opens with password only.
