Attn drivers, trailers MUST be perfectly clean, no smells, no holes, no flaws. They wont let you clean / sweep at yard, have to go to Pilot.

They told me they will let me know when finish to load my truck one hour later went to check it was all ready loaded, I could be on the road all ready

So I was picking up at this place and got a call from my dispatch saying I need to leave instantly and not come in contact with anyone physically due to being directly exposed to covid 19, to just drop the trailer and go, that someone was on their way to grab said trailer and load. Cool so I call shipping office and they told me thats not happening I have to leave after I explained to them the situation. I dropped the trailer like I was told by my company and started to leave. They had already had a phone call from the company stating someone was on their way to grab the load, and instead of letting me go, they stood in front of my truck and closed my gate screaming at me bc Im not taking the trailer. I once again explained to them the situation and they said we dont care take the ******* trailer. Will not return to this place, and be warned that they will attempt to keep you hostage, even had to get law enforcement involved before they let me leave. Idk how to post pictures or id post them to this. Ridiculous. Side note loaded really quick apparently while all this was going on my load did get loaded. Security guard was badass and was even telling them to let me go, that he wanted nothing to do with covid

.ake sure your trlr is completely dry.Just be on time for your appointment. From the guard to the shipping office everything was good .I got a door very quickly. So far 5 stars. I am still waiting to be loaded. I will update after loading.

Decently fast shipping rates. Very strict on timing even if youre a minute late they will not take you my suggestion is get there before 4:30 or if you cant dont even bother

ATTENTION to all the drivers please look at this review before coming into this place. The security name IRMA fat lady. She is racist and talk nice with there own race people. One of the driver stopped and asked me where is the shipping office while I was walking to the shipping office to get my paperwork and I told that driver this security lady name IRMA started yelling at me and started talking rude that why did I told that driver where is shipping office she started barking like a dog. This place won’t treat you right as a driver this place think that they are doing drivers a favor everyone gets paid working. Security doesn’t realize they are working for drivers. They have a job coz of us. I hope this place goes bankrupt. Really disappointed with the security behavior out there.

Big and nice place.....waiting time around 2hrs if on time for app. If the load havent crossed then thats another story. Nice people there.

2 to 3 hours to get loaded. Your trailer need to be clean before arrival.
