Absolutely superb customer service. May it continue.Gabriella called me to make sure all was in order. I showed up a day early and she was able to accommodate me. Despite my being exhausted and frenzied from several days of travel, I found her calm attitude and knowledge to be just what I needed.I cannot say how much I appreciated her help and support.The facility is clean, easy to find. I was able to get Uber to take me to my next location.Bottom line---yes, I recommend them given what Ive seen so far.

We had the best experience here. We called to go look at a space to park an RV and they closed at 1 and she waited for us until 3 PM. Very nice lady. Highly recommend this place. They go far and beyond for u

Easy to deal with over the phone from many states away. I was able to easily secure a spot to park a trailer for a month all over the phone and email. Gabriela was a pleasure to work with.

It is a real shame the ratings for this facility are weighted positively by employees of the previous owners. The service provided by the current owners is very poor. The office is frequently closed during regular business hours. The staff arrives to work late. Supervisors dont return phone calls. I have been denied access to my unit many times because the gate equipment isnt working. There is no grace period, you WILL be locked out if your payment has not been posted to your account before the first of the month. Your history or length of time as a customer is never acknowledged or appreciated. The ONLY thing that is guaranteed to be done regularly is the raising of the rates. If you lease a space from this location, the charges WILL increase every single year.

This is my second time renting from this location. I came back on the promise of lower prices and better services. I made an appointment to use their rental truck to move. Arrived at my designated time and the office was closed, during normal business hours. I had to call several times before the manager answered and said she was busy and wouldn’t have a truck available for another two hours. The gate code never works and the gate is left open 85% of the time. They raised prices immediately after I rented my unit. Terrible service with employees who have a horrible attitude when dealing with dedicated customers who have been nothing but courteous.

Every other month or so I get a message saying that my account is past due and have late fees. How is this possible when its automatically deducted!? When I call they give me the same thing the card isnt on file. We can add it for automatic payment. It already was! Its so frustrating. I feel its a scam to purposely set up late fees. Will be looking for a nother storage company.

Its okay, late hours, good Storage space, need more lights, lights are out.

Alejandra the Manager is the most curtioust and helpful person. I recommend this storage to anyone that needs one.

They stole me money, my contract expired on 30 th, I arrived there next day on first because I leave faraway from Laredo, they charged me one more month, instead charged me one day more!!!I do not recommend to any one this place .Very tricky business. I have rent before in many storage and always they prorate the days. Alejandra Rodriguez is the Manager andI explained her the situation, she didnt care about anything. She just charged me for a month I didnt use and I will never use again

The customer service is good, but most of the time I went, there was noone at the front desk. Dont even get me started with the phone call...
