Staff is great… I took my mom and daughter and we came out very pleased. The office was very clean we were in and out at a decent time. Tracy was very helpful and I walked out with glasses for my mom, daughter and even a pair for me. Good quality frame and a very good price. Keep up the good work Doctor and you have an awesome team.

OK, so my first visit there, so of course they were attentive. Having said that, they were very thorough, in their examination of my eyes.Dr. Galindo was efficient but thorough. She took the time to go over the results of every test they performed. I was quite pleased.

Had a 9:30 appt, didnt get seen until an hour after. I was told the price I was paying included updating the lens, and when I went to pay, they told me it was just for the eye exam. Had already wasted an hour and a half at that point.

My daughter loved it, she liked the attention the nurse and doctor gave her, everyone supper polite and the place she fell in love place. It was great that we changed and definitely recommend to everyone.

The sanitation procedures are evident as soon as you are called. my daughter is very afraid of any doctor office but the staff made her feel comfortable and explained everything to her in a way she may understand. What a great office! Eye exams tend to make me nervous but the nurses and especially Dr Burton totally put me at ease. He explained everything so well and even helped me feel confident enough to get contacts! (Which is huge because I’ve gotten 2 other contact prescriptions in another state that I’ve never filled because I was too nervous haha) The staff in the optical side of the office taught me how to put in my contacts and were soooo patient with me. The facility was clean and stylish. I look forward to when I be able to bring my children in. I highly recommend Dr Burton and Flores Eye Care!

Dr Burton is the best courteous and polite, the staff is friendly and number one in customer service.

After calling and explaing that I have an emergency eye issue. Was told that it is by appointment only but they would transfer me to the receptionist to further assist me ... then hung up on me. Now after 3 more attempts to reconnect I am getting the sorry we missed tour callmessage..Not a professional place if you ask me.
