Ive been wearing glasses my whole life and have been to a few other places including my specialists optical. This has been the best place as far as Frame variety, customer service and discounts! I got 2 pairs for the price I usually pay for one everywhere else. Maria and the other gentleman that assisted me today were knowledgeable and very understanding to my needs. I will definitely be back!

I call in to set up an appointment, the person answering the phone told me the exam was $45. I go in at so far everything is great, I do want to remark that the staff that did the exam where extremely nice and professional.My problem started when the lady Alexia started to help me with my frames, throughout our Interaction she keep turning everywhere, not sure what was going on but she seen distracted and I felt like she wasnt paying attention. Once she finally focus and was able to give me a price I felt that it was a bit too high. So I decided to get my frames elsewhere.I ask her just to charger me for my exam, which she informs me that its $99. I explain to her that when I called the guy that answered the phone had given me another quote. Her replied was that the phone that I called (listed of google maps) its a calling center and that they were wrong, that this was a corporate problem. She started saying huh to anything I was saying. It got to the point I I rather walked out there then Dealing with her rude customer serviceDear manager from this location and I really wish you learn to hear your clients instead of causing problems. No one would be ok paying more then double from what they were quoted, its juts illogical and for you to believe that its OK just makes it that much worst.The name of the associate according to the ticket its Ileana, which I am not sure if is truth, but she mention she was the manager.

Alexis went above and beyond for me while I was in Laredo. I was leaving to Houston and wouldnt have been able to get my contact lenses in Laredo. She shipped the lenses to me along with trials and handled all business through the phone after I left Laredo. Very professional, trustworthy, and courteous. Im so appreciative of her!! I really liked their customers service. I like that they disinfect everything before going in to the eye exam and the doctor was very patient while doing my kids eye exam BUT..... what I didnt like was that I still had to pay the eye exam which I know for a fact that my insurance covers it and also I had to pay a copay for the frames and lens which is ALSO covered by my insurance. My insurance gives me a limit on frames and if i go over that limit I just pay the difference. Another thing I didnt like was that the glasses for my kids wont be ready until 2 weeks and I thought that they would have them ready by the next day or so like many others do. I really needed my sons glasses ready by the first day of school. I guess he would have to be without his glasses for a whole week!

Excellent service, appointment was set for 12:30 p.m. but they saw me earlier. They are very efficient with their machines and although the eye doctor is virtual, shes quick and easy to follow. Definitely recommend to come and get seved here.

Local staff is great - very nice and professional. But the service to get the glasses shipped to you is awful. I sent glasses to get repaired and it’s been about a month and still haven’t gotten a call to get them picked up. The customer service line you call is just people trying to hang up on you the fastest way possible in the “nicest manner”- for sure never going back.

Came in for an eye exam and glasses 2/3 years ago and the employees and specials are still as amazing today!

I received my glasses about a week ago and I guess they werent assembled correctly at the lab but the staff made it right pretty quickly. They accepted me insurance and didnt play games with the cost and I ended up paying $0 for my prescription and some really nice frames. Id recomend this place to anyone.

It was empty when I walked in so everyone was pretty helpful! The process was smooth and the eye exam was pretty high tech as it was done through a person in a video chat controlling the machine from their location. Pricing without insurance is what you’d expect anywhere! The whole process took about 55 minutes and was able to purchase glasses and contacts. Overall great experience!
