My visit today has been the best one by far. Olga helped me out today and was so helpful and patient with my trying on dozens of glasses (if you’re reading this, I’m so sorry i was so indecisive.) I did not feel rushed nor pressured to make a decision. The staff was very nice and kept their gloves and masks on at all times. They were following the proper precautions to disinfect glasses after every try on. Would definitely come again and recommend!

The staff its nice, friendly and most importantly professionals. They girls are always smiling and go the extra mile go provide customer service. They took less then 30 minutes to do my pair of glasses. I soltronly recommend this place.Keep up the great work!

Had me waiting there for a while and no one ever attended me. When i went in they asked me what they could help me with, which is nice. But after that they never attended me. When other people started coming in, one after another they attended them before me. After waiting for 30min. without being attended i just left. No well be right with you or anything. Let down since i had a good experience the first time i went, which is why i went again. Terrible. Wasted my time to be honest.

Staff is very friendly they explain everything to you and if you have any questions they will answer every single one of your questions with no problem!! Dr will show you the back of you’re eye and explain what is his concern or just show you how it looks behind you’re eye I love it that he goes into great detail!! Will go again for sure and they are practicing social distance and face mask and they check your temperature when you walk in!! ❤️

I went to pick up the glasses i had just bought. They told me i had to wait a very long line in order get them. I waited over an hour and still the line has not gone down. My glasses are literally on the counter but they won’t let me get them because i have to wait. I got a life to live.

Our family visited the Laredo location for the first time Thursday and was amazed on the fantastic customer service provided. I feel horrible that I didn’t get our salesperson’s name yet I think I overheard someone say her name is Paola. She was fantastic! Informative, courteous and prompt with her service. My husband picked up my new glasses on his way back from work. I tried them on and noticed there was some glue residue left on my glasses which got stuck to my hair and face. My husband was able to remove the glue with Goo Gone. Other than that minor inconvenience, my new glasses are great!

Everything went well. Service was great with the sales lady until I went back to pick up my eyeglasses. They were ready in less then an hour but the waiting to pick them up was to much.there shouldn’t be a need to sign up just to pick them up. I lost more time there then when I went to chose them. Needs better service to pick them up.

The representative with curly hair was really helpful. She was honest when she had no idea about details regarding the add ons they offer but eager to investigate. Overall good purchasing experience.

The prices for the glasses are very affordable. Paola was very helpful and assisted me while I looked for a pair of glasses. She also told me about store discounts on two or more pairs. I ended up getting two pairs for $100.00. The wait can be long, but its because the staff truly takes time to assist each customer with what they need. My glasses were ready in ten minutes. The wait for pick up was quite long, but it was worth the wait. I am happy with my new glasses, and I will get my next pair at Eyemart.

My experience here was pretty good. I went right after getting an eye exam and was able to browse the frames without being disturbed and chose a pair that I liked. The lady that helped me was very helpful and answered any questions I had, and told me my glasses would be about an hour, so I decided to go and get something to eat real quick. About 15 minutes after I left the store I get a text that my glasses were ready so I go back and find that I needed to sign in and wait again to have my name called so that someone could give me my glasses, which I thought was pretty inconvenient. I had to wait another half an hour to step up to the counter and get my glasses, which took two minutes. So did everybody else too. People who were trying to just get in and out, who were picking up glasses, just trying to get a screw replaced, people who just came in for a question about insurance, all had to sign up and wait a very long time just so they could talk to someone for a couple of minutes and then leave. They should have someone tending to just those people so they can get on with their day and not have to spend so much time waiting in the store. Other than that everyone was nice and the store was pleasant.

Costumer service is bad. They take for ever. The be assisting costumers that are 1 hour long they are 2 employees and a line waiting to get glasses fix. I don’t recommend.

Plan on spending close to an hour including wait time and to complete your purchase. My glasses were ready a couple of hours later.

Although their selection of eyewear is neat, their service not so much. The lady that attended me seemed annoyed the whole time. I felt uncomfortable asking any questions about anything. Thankfully I was able to score a nice pair of glasses and contacts for an amazing prize at another optical.

Amazing customer service, make sure to ask for Olga she’s great help and enjoyable to speak with. Great prices with a wide selection of fashionable lenses, my only suggestion would be to have a separate sign-up sheet/line for picking up lenses only, its unnecessary to have a customer waiting when it won’t take much time to help in comparison with others requireing further assistantce that might be ahead in the list. My shopping experience is worth the 2 hour drive I make every year for the last 4 years.

I went on 9/20/17. I was immidiately attended and was able to get both my sons their glasses in a hour after walking in. If I can save time I am happy so here I am. I totally recommend Eyemart if you want good glasswear without the waiting time. Frames also come with one year warranty which amazing since my kids are small and they break them very fast.
