I’m quite the anxious person when it comes to going to new places, but I had a great experience at Dr. De La Cruz’s office! The staff were very friendly and Dr. De la Cruz explained everything thoroughly. Looking forward to going back next year :)

Strongly recommend Todays Vision! Best eye doctor in Laredo. Dr. De la Cruz was very thorough, explained things carefully and was patient to listen out my concerns. The staff is excellent, well trained, courteous, and willing to help out. The facility is welcoming, well kept and very clean. I really liked the wide variety of frames, definitely coming back to get some nice sunglasses for the summer. Thank you Todays Vision for going above and beyond to provide such great service.

Have been going here for for awhile and was bringing my children over as well. Until we has an appointment and were 17min late due to an accident that had traffic held up. They refused to honor the appointment and wanted use to reschedule. Unacceptable. Especially considering I had to wait for over 20 minutes in the waiting room before they saw me the time before. Thought I would give this little place a try but doing business like this they wont be around long. Good to know early.

I bought my prescription progressive and reading glasses from Todays Vision and had a great experience. (I happen to have another optometrist at another location, but decided to buy my glasses at Todays Vision.) What I especially liked was the fact that I could make an appointment to see the specialist, who took as much time as was needed to help me try out various frames and explain cost, insurance, etc. The specialist, as well as the receptionist were most helpful and friendly and I really liked that. I think the fact that this business is a little smaller than some of the larger ones out there means more time and quality attention for customers. The staff is very helpful and the fact that they see patients on Saturdays makes it so much easier for us not to have to miss work or get off early. The service is excellent, the staff is very knowledgeable of our insurance coverage and provide options upfront. Definitely, I will continue obtaining services from Dr. Omar De La Cruz!!! and will recommend him to my family and friends.

Overall awesome experience today getting my eyes tested for contact lenses. Ive been wearing contact lenses since I was in middle school and so have been to many docs. Dr. De La Cruz was very thorough and professional. Being a doctor myself I appreciate the time Dr. De La Cruz spent with me, examining my eyes and explaining things to me.

Omar De La Cruz is fantastic!! Hes professional and polite. Unfortunately I can not say the same for his staff. The ladies in the front spoke poorly of other customers after theyd walk out the office. I can only image what was said about me. The lady who attended me was rude and unwilling to provide accurate information. I ended up purchasing lens at Vision Works.

Excellent service and great friendly staff. All of my appointments have been fast and with out delays. I was very pleased plus Dr. Cruz answered all of my questions and explained everything very well. I truly recommend it.

Dr. De La Cruz is beyond awesome!! He takes his time to explain everything to you. He is never in a rush. He sees my son and now me and I would highly recommend him to anyone especially for children.

Exactly how every DRs appointment should be. Arrived at DRs office, waited like 3 minutes and they took me in. No waiting around for the DR or his staff to get ready. Dr. De La Cruz values your time. In and out quick and very professional! 5 stars!! Only because I can’t give more... 👍🏼

Receptionist (with red ombre hair) is the most rude person Ive had to deal with while being a customer. Her motto was No & she was quick to cut me off with her grunting & moaning since i first walked to the front counter where she sat. Once asking a SECOND question she grunted & told her coworker here, you deal with her and her questions. Then proceeded to roll her eyes & pick at her chipped nails.Because of my rare insurance i had to stay, even though i really didnt want to, in order to have my eyes checked in Laredo. Once meeting Dr. De La Cruz everything changed. He is the most kind & helpful Optometrist Ive ever had. He definitely changed my entire view of this business & i will continue to trust him with my eyes.

The woman in front desk are so rude, they need more proper training. They lack customer services and need to be more knowledgeable one the exams that the doctor provides for 5 yr olds . Explain the tests and as well they have a sarcastic attitude. Which make me feel belittled and still question into why I wanted to set an appointment with the doctor, in a sarcastic attitude. She laughed at me, I’m the patient, she did not want to give information why she will not exam my child when he just got new glasses. The norm is to take out some shapes and ask the child, can you se this shape. No, she seemed she was willing to help. Hopefully the doctor can correct this issue. Or he will be having issues keeping patients. I do not recommend this office.

Great experience !!! Fast service!!! Friendly Staff!!! Also a great selection of designer frames. I love the Ray Bans I got from here. I have had them for over two years now with no issues.
