Weinstein Supply stepped up when another Bathroom Supply Company dropped the ball on our Swanstone Walls and Shower Door and had the materials to us within 6 weeks. We had been waiting on the Swanstone Walls from the other company since the beginning of January 2021 and were told in July that Swanstone did not have the order and we would have to reorder at the current pricing. We cancelled that order and went with Weinstein. Rose is on the ball and answered all of our questions and went out of her way to make sure we had the best match for what we wanted. This is an awesome company and I would highly recommend them.

Staff was helpful. They did not have what I was looking for, but had no problem recommending other specialty supply stores in the Lancaster area.

Not certain why but there seems to be intertermoil regarding employees at this location. They are relocating to a new facility and apparently have upped the importance of getting business between each employee. It has become apparent in dealing with certain individuals that getting the sale credit is the most important to each individual. I do not have anything bad to say regarding service as of now, and hope this stress will pass as this good company and its good people goes through this growing pain.

We were superbly well serviced at Weinstein Supply Lancaster. We needed a part for a booster and Mike Moyer went the second and third mile to try to get the part located for us. We were also under a time crunch and he took that into account too. We were impressed by their friendliness and helpfulness in every way.
