Great store love the place and they have knowledgeable staff

The staff are knowledgeable, polite and go out of their way to be helpful. I stopped to buy some cargo straps one afternoon because I was afraid of losing a mattress and box springs I was hauling home in an open trailer. The young man even came out and strapped them down for me!We shop at this Tractor Supply store a lot, for household and farm items because of convenience, variety and the employees.

Love this place! Steve is the best if you need anything. They could use more womens clothing and boots but as far as farm supplies goes they do their best to get you what you need.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. Ive purchased over 60 fence posts and three rolls of fence weighing 192 pounds a piece and the staff had no problem helping me load it up. Great group of guys and gals. Do not hesitate to give them your business.

March 1, 2020 around 2pm I went shopping its was bitter/sweet.. they had exactly what I was looking for and a wide variety of other products, great prices... BUT the power was out and I had to use the flash light on my cell to do my shopping. I respect it, but it sucked. But the store didnt miss a beat on getting sales today.

The tractor supply in Lancaster ohio is in need of a good remodel and cleaning! The cashier was very nice. The dog food stock was way low. I usually buy two bags anywhere else but here they wasnt well stocked at all.

Stopped in to purchase a Cub Cadet Riding Lawn Mower. The customer service was excellent! Two very nice young ladies helped us with our purchase. It was the best customer service experience we’ve had anywhere! Great job ladies!

This is small, but very nice store. I have always found everything Im shopping for, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they host the VIP pet care clinic too. Convenient and reasonably priced.

We love to take our dogs in to shop! Our dogs have only been fed For Health brand dog food, and they love it! Its always clean and employees are very friendly to us and our pets! So happy they welcome our pets in the store. We are so glad theres a TSC on the East side of Lancaster!

The sweet little old lady at the register is what made our visit great!

They had nothing I was looking for and o ly one pick axe in store that would have took thor to swing. They did have some nice decent priced kyaks.

For East-Siders this really the only department store-like place we have and every other store that we may shop is across. Thank goodness its approximately 15 minutes.They have quality products with ranging prices but some items are at a discount... Have to be somewhat faithful for any and the only store-like environment, providing you dont count Kroger, CVS. Wish more local family owned stores existed on the East side of Lancaster and had the ability to just stay out of the red and stay open . #LargeCompanyTakeoverDrivingFamilyOwnedBusnessInTo Poverty

Not a busy place to shop but has a nice staff very helpful clean and curtious

They had what I needed but it was too expensive.Places like these are not meant for ppl that make minimum wage or are on a fixed income

Always clean, friendly staff, and dog friendly (bring your best friend). I always get my Christmas tree and wrapping paper from here.

The help is great there they I all I had to do was described what I needed and boom they knew what it was wham bam and I was gone

Went to pick up something I had ordered and free shipped to the store, employees were friendly, saw a few things my daughter would like so went home and came back. Got a couple more items.

Customer service was very nice, however the wood stove section doesnt have a large variety to choose from and the prices are much higher than Rural King. We need a Rural King in Lancaster!

The store itself is an amazing they have lots of variety and great choices however walking around the department store because I dont fit the typical stereotype of who shops there I was followed around like I was ready to Rob and steal every single thing from their department store had over $850 in my bank to use cuz going to buy two pairs of boots and we chose to leave due to being harassed by sales associates assuming that we were there to steal

Tractor Supply has great service they will help you find anything for your specific project. I prefer them over Lowes and Home Depot additionally I prefer them over Menards smaller businesses are the big part of the Lancaster area.

Tractor supply is great and when Im in a pinch I know I can rely on them to have what I need for my animals when i dont have time to go to my preferred store. And who doesnt love baby chicks?

They usually have what Im after. Handy place to stop by on my way home.
