Rented a log splitter took it home and no handle on it. They charged my card without my permission 2 weeks later for the handle that was never on it. You cant get good service anywhere. They said it was brand new but it had clear signs of usage so that makes them liars too.

Here is an image of the equipment I rented.I tried to rent a backhoe from them for a week. They sold the equipment they were listing for the rental, but were happy to substitute something smaller. For the same price, of course. Ok, still a little cheaper, itll do.When it was over an hour late on Monday, I called. Oh, its not back yet, well get it to you in a few hours. I had a crew ready and waiting. Then they continued with ...and well pick it up Friday at 8AM.So they wanted to rent me equipment for a WEEK, but Id get three and a half days of use.Did they want to pro-rate, or comp, or anything? No. Had to fight them to get them to let go of their deposit money.Fortunately there are other places that will happily rent what I need. You should avoid this place.

Dont do business with them Im a contractor from out of town got some equipment from them on a Saturday jackhammer didnt work . and I had to replace the drive belts on the walk behind saw twice. The guy tried te tell me that they had 24 HR services. He never said anything to me about it so Im out 80.00 dollars for the belts and a jackhammer that didnt work. Need more equipment but not from them!

First time renting from them. They have a lot more stuff than I thought they ever did. Equipment was clean, greased and ready to use. Will definitely use them again.

CHECK MACHINES BEFORE RENTING. Service was ok. Some staff members are nice and helpful while others dont seem to care that your even there. Equipment rental itself worked fine, but STONG WORD OF ADVICE! Ask to see the equipment before you rent it and get the one you looked at. I reviewed Toro, Terex or Vermeer stump grinders on the internet before renting. They have a Vermeer and review of the machine was good, but MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE GRINDERS TEETH before renting one. I did not do this as I thought they maintained their equipment. I started using it on a 4 yr old chestnut stump and noticed right away it was not cutting the way the online videos showed. Checked the teeth after only 5 minutes of use and notice the teeth were very dull and rounded over. They were not sharp at all and it took me 5hrs to cut two 4ft wide stumps just below ground level. The stumps were already cut to 3inches above ground to start. The grinder would jump and bounce through the wood even with the smallest of cuts. Researched this on line and called Vermeer. Everything I found and was told is the teeth need to be sharp regardless of the type of wood or it will do this. Vermeer recommended teeth be sharpened or replaced to cut as it should. When I returned the grinder the employee who unloaded it asked if it worked. I told him the machine itself was easy to use but the teeth were very dull and needed replaced or sharpened. Told him what happened. He did not apologize or say he would look into it or nothing. I think they not care as long as they get your money for the rental. Maybe they do this because if the teeth are dull it will take longer to do the job and they can then charge you more for the rental if you go over the 8 hr run time. The machine worked as it should, but not the teeth. AGAIN MAKE SURE YOU SEE THE MACHINE BEFORE RENTING AND IF IT CHECKS OUT MAKE SURE YOU GET THAT MACHINE AS THEY HAVE OTHER JUST LIKE IT!!!

Had to rent a 100 ft electric sewer snake to unclog the main line from the house. Within no time I was l oh added up with the equipment in hand and on my way. I probably spent less than 15 minutes picking up the rental tool, and probably less than that when I returned it

Had a rental. I was talked through using it.However I did not pay good enough attention. Called Them they came out immediately and helped me use the product. I finished project with no issues. Very happy with rental!

Big stump grinder and fence post auger both worked great on my project. Their new building looks amazing and they have all kinds of large and small equipment for contractors and DIYers. Locally owned company that is growing fast!

If you can find another rental place I strongly suggest going elsewhere. First, what should have been a $160, according to THEIR catalog, weekly rental for a auger became over a $250 rental after taxes and fees. Secondly, even after returning the auger two business days early on my weekly rental I was charged $8 for a broken push button on an auger bit that fell off on the second hole I drilled. These push buttons must break all the time because the gentleman I picked the auger bits up from had to search through their supply to even find a bit with a push button in it. Morale of the story is if you HAVE to rent from them inspect your own equipment. Because the second you get it home and it falls apart it WILL be your responsibility and they WILL charge you for it.

We have rented here several times. Equipment was clean. Employees were nice. Good to work with! Would definitely rent from them again.

Thrilled with the tent I rented. It was taller and more sturdy than other party tents I have seen. Great crew that installed, even though their truck had broken down earlier in the day. One person even had to come back with something forgotten, late in the evening. Would definitely use them again for a tent.

If you go in record all conversations as it all changes with their fine print on the contract. They will screw you by ripping off, charging more money.

I have rentdd 2 seperate peices of equipment from them and still have them on rental at present time. They are very polite, equipment is in excellent shape. Havent had any problems at all and when i need a peice of equipment for a job, they will get all my buisness from here forward. Rip off. If you rent equipment off them and they tell you, at the time of rental, a price. Expect to pay more when you return it. Avoid this place like the plague.
