Harbor Freights is another store I can find myself spending hours discovering new items while reducing stress at the same time. I would coin this as one of my mini Disneyland amusement store. This store is a must to purchase items in conjunction with do it yourself tutorials from YouTube. Great prices on items and well maintained stock shelves. This store offers multple restrooms and shopping carts with good front store customer service workers.

I went in for an impact drill and found the Bauer 20v set up, $20 off for buying all 3 pieces impact battery and charger. This seems like a good product and the service was great, all the employees were happy to help. Will definitely keep shopping here.

Found everything I needed and then some. Some quality is professional grade, some for the DIY. There is some junk but you usually can tell by looking at it. Prices are excellent.

Found the hand drivers I needed but it was hard to find SAE sockets initially from the sets they had available. They appear to come with both which isnt bad considering the set came with all standard sizes from 1/4 - 1/2 as well as the metric sizes in that range. Not bad for $7.50.

Just bought the red Pittsburgh low profile 3 ton jack. Item # 56677 @ $114.96 CA tax included. I just unboxed it. Upon reading the owners manual & safety instructions, its said to top off hydraulic oil. ( Not included ) not labeled on the box that you need it. It does have a picture of two jack stands which says not included. Harbor Freights staff/ employees could have advised me that I needed this before operation. During checkout the computer should or could have made sounds/ popped. Or even sent E-mail/ txt msg. Could have made an additional sale $$ also Pittsburgh /Harbor Freight should have included a bottle of hydraulic oil within the box. Not everybody has hydraulic fluid just laying around.

Harbor freight offers a whole bunch of cheap tools, as well as some worth-while stuff. The trick is to know which is which. Ive been very happy with their tool-boxes, organizational equipment, and higher end pliers.My last visit I was specifically after a blower, which was in-stock online but out of stock in the store. Otherwise, Ive been pretty happy with their selection and service.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Did not have the 1 or 2 ton foldable shop crane for at least 3 weeks in Palmdale. So went to Lancaster and got one in 4 days in a damaged box (item was not going to be sold but we asked to look at it anyway. It is solid steel and showed no damage. Were given a good discount and took it with us.)

Harbor Freight is good for some things but if you are looking for a quality power tool like a table saw, bandsaw or even a hand held electric drill/driver look elsewhere. You get what you pay for.

The people who work here, are great. They try and help you. If they dont know where or what you want, they will ask there manager.

This place is awesome. Ive saved so much money getting tools I need for the job here. I mean, they arent the Brand Name items like Craftsman or Stihl but they work just the same when you dont have the extra cash to spend. Staff is generally nice there and stuff is typically easy to find. The weekly specials are always good and every so often a good freebie is thrown in there.

Easy place to find tools at a low prices

Easy parking. This is a great looking location with plenty of windows. The employees are very helpful and the lines move quickly. The tool selection is always great at any HF and their return policy is good. This is definitely my preferred Harbor Freight in the area.

I like the prices but you have to hunt for them. They offer freebie s to get you into the store but then place them away from the register. This is a tactical move to prevent people from just simply picking up the freebie even though they offer it with any purchase. Normally the lines are very long and it takes a while to get through them. Additionally its nearly impossible to get help wire out in the store, most of the time you have to go to the cash register to ask your question then of course theres a long line and you feel guilty about holding anybody else up with your question. harbor freight would be doing themselves a favor if they would list online the aisles in which theyre advertisements are kept and that way the customer can usually find them.

You might think this place is just for guys, but I LOVE Harbor Freight! I make jewelry, and they have just the right tools for what I need, without breaking the bank. They also have great storage boxes, but thats my fun stuff. They have everything under the sun for the toolman in your life!

We shop a lot here. Tools, pumps, tie-downs, clamps, they have it all. Staff is friendly but not very effective, if you can find them. Weve gotten tents and patio covers, just make sure youve read the reviews before any big purchase. Still one of my favorite places!
