Auto Stop / Start service light on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee was coming on so it was taken in for service for which I was billed, paid, and told an update had needed to be done. Unfortunately, light continues to come on. Service manager wants me to pay for another service to locate the on-going problem, now saying it could be the battery. Battery was changed just 2 years ago. So, having my battery changed just two years ago (and at that time the Auto Stop / Start service light did not come on) ..... why should I have to pay for another service call!! Seems to me that something was not taken care of properly in the first place. And, he refuses to check it out without billing me once again.
I am so greatful! I called Brubaker needing some warranty work on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I spoke with Lisa, who was exceptional over the phone, walking me thru the process and scheduling the appointment. She even noted there was a recall they could perform during the appointment. Dustin was my main point of contact and kept me in the loop while my car was being serviced and went out of the way to get me into a loaner/rental and work with my warranty company. A special shout out to Christian who helped the process as well. The Mechanic did a wonderful job and the engine area was left spotless. Thank you all so much and I look forward to using your services in the future.
Service rep Chrisitan was very helpful in getting my car diagnosed and repaired. Felt relieved that an initial diagnostic was done day one.on my broken down car.. even though they could not squeeze me in for a mechanic for a couple of days. Delay In parts arriving was problematic and seriously delayed repair. Costing me car rental fees. Part source needs to do a better job of expediting shipping or offer the customer the opportunity to pay for fed ex. 3 to 4 day wait for a part is not acceptable in modern times. This seems to be a problem with all dealerships. Service and individual dealership owners need to put their heads together to solve this with whoever provides the parts. Some customers will incur costs of overnight gladly rather than wait days to get ones car back . Why not? What am I missing?
Today I had an oil change and a replacement for a faulty rear camera installed to my 2018 Chrysler 300. All work was completed in a very timely manner. Staff was courteous, professional and explained all work completed, including a review of the final bill. From the initial appointment setting to the final bill, to the service work performed.. all was executed to my liking. I am a loyal customer to this dealership for 20+ years.

My wife took our Jeep Gladiator to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. This should have been a easy in and out and done. However after they stated they were done, she got a mile down the road and a cop stopped her and told her she was smoking pretty bad. She called the dealer and they had the jeep towed at their expense. However they did not check the O ring or the oil pressure when they were finished because if they had this would not have happened. A large chunk of the O ring was missing and 2 quarts of oil ended up on the highway where my wife pulled over. They did fix it but there is oil all over the underneath of my Jeep because of this.
I wanted to upgrade from my 2005 4runner into something new, affordable, and sporty. After shopping around I found my new 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk at Brubaker. I messaged them through their website that I was interested and they got back to me the next morning. Within a few hours I was at Brubaker with one of their associates, Jonathan, who was a great help in streamlining the trade and purchase process. Within 2 hours I was driving away with my new Jeep. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had.
Let me start off by saying the workers are very nice however the work is less desirable. I took my 2020 Jeep Gladiator for its 10000 oil change and tire rotation, which took about 45 min. They brought my jeep back to me and I drive a mile down the road and get stopped by a cop telling me that smoke is boiling out the bottom. As I was stopped it was coming out of the motor. I called the dealership and they towed me at their expense. Come to find out they did not replace the O ring on the oil filter cap like they are suppose to and it broke. Oil was everywhere on the side of the road. They fixed it and washed the vehicle but very unnerving being a woman, away from home.
What I like best about this place is their honesty, integrity and the overwhelming amount of knowledge the technicians and staff have in their tool box.
When the sunroof on our Jeep was stuck (open of course) we felt we were at a total loss because we purchased it out of state. Brubaker Chrysler was our first call and they helped immensely. They understand our hesitation in the cost of repair and allowed us temporary shelter for it until they could get it closed and we could make other decisions about taking it back to the original dealer. They were affordable and flexible - very helpful.
The sales person was very professional, the purchasing process went very smoothly and there was not pressure to do anything we did not want to do. Probably the quickest Ive ever purchased a car; all without any hassles.

Service was good. The wait time fair. Service personnel excellent pointed out 2 items that needed looked at so I did appreciate that. My only suggestion would be that if you have any specials on your services like on the oil change that I paid 8+ you should point that out because there was an offer of 3 for 100.
Buyer Beware!...Visited dealer on 5/28/21. Test drove a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. After an insulting low ball offer on trade-in, the dealer would not even negotiate new Jeep price lower than window sticker. Who in their right mind pays full sticker price for any vehicle? Who?? What kind of stealership does business this way? Brubaker Chrylser Jeep aparently.
Went here for the first time with my new jeep for service. They advertise an express lane which I was told would take about 45 minutes. It ended up taking almost an hour and half. The staff was friendly, the service job was good, and the package deal they offer for oil changes was good. My only recommendation is to have a more accurate time frame for an express lane service.

Brubaker dealership is very customer focused. When I was 8 years old I had been mowing lawns and saving my pay for a new bicycle. When I had saved enough ($35) my Dad took me to the bike shop and when we walked in we were greeted by the salesman. That salesman made me feel like I was his most important customer ever. I get that same feeling when I visit Brubaker whether it be sales, service or parts. It’s that good.
I recently bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler. The night after driving it off the lot, I had issues..I could not move the shifter into drive and the check engine light came on. Brubaker service department went above and beyond in fixing both of these issues for us which would have cost over $2,500.
They ran my credit without my authorization. I will never do business with them as a result of their violation of my trust.I filled out a pre-approval on the Chrysler Capital website and listed Brubaker as the dealership Id like to use. I ultimately decided not to purchase a vehicle at the moment and to wait.Brubakers sales contacted me. I told them I was no longer interested. A month later, they ran my credit anyway.Be very wary of shady companies who disrespect you and run your credit without authorization.
My AC went out on my 1993 minivan. Ouch! The service department at Brubakers quickly diagnosed the issue to multiple issues with the old warhorse. A few parts later, a few dollars more and I was enjoying a nice cool ride again. The service was quick, the people I dealt with were extremely nice, the communication from scheduling to pick up was superb and I thought the price fair for the all work completed. All-in-all I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Brubakers service.Part II. I just purchased a 2020 Chrysler Voyager and needed a spare key fob. Once again Brubakers service department took care of my needs. The people working in their service and parts departments are all top notch. They are a group of knowledgeable and friendly professionals.
From start to finish everything was quick and easy. There were no hassles and no runaround. They listened to me and werent pushy at all. The sales and finance team are great. They are extremely knowledgeable. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership in 2015, in which, the transaction was fine. Ive had my car serviced there religiously, up until my last visit. My vehicle started to break down; I ended up getting it towed to Brubaker Chrysler Jeep (again, where Ive purchased and had my vehicle serviced). When it was towed in, the lady at the front desk stated that they were busy and would try to look at it tomorrow (this was a thursday going into a Friday). Thats fine. I received no phone calls for over 30 hours, I had to call in at almost end of day to be told that they couldnt get to it until the following week. Of course, the lack of communication upset me since I had to work that weekend and needed a vehicle to get there. This is when I asked for a loaner vehicle - in which the staff told me that Id have to pay $50 a day to rent a vehicle. How are you going to not communicate with your clients, and then tell your faithful ones that they cant use a loaner vehicle - but, rather, have to pay for one? Thats not good service, at all. You should rethink how you treat your clients, or youll continue to lose them.

Went there several weeks ago to buy used car. The salesman I talk to you said they could definitely work with me. I was Looking for a particular car they had on their website said ready to drive . I get there and cant even test drive the car because the parts not in for it .he said he deals with ten different lenders and would get back with me in a day or two. Not once a single phone call for anything. Strongly do not recommend this place. Honestly I would say go anywhere but here! They obviously you dont value their customers.
The Service Department is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have a free shuttle service that Ive used to be dropped off at and picked up from work downtown, and they are good at communicating the services that they are performing before they perform them. This wont be the least expensive place to get work done, but I feel confident that work being done on my 2009 Wrangler Unlimited is being done right. I also appreciate that they give me estimates on my bills for upcoming service work that they recommend so I can know what Im getting into ahead of time.

My wife and I purchased a used vehicle that was a recent trade in to Brubaker. So recent in fact that they didnt have time to go over or clean it. But it was the exact vehicle we had been searching for. They stayed past closing time to accommodate my work schedule so I could test drive it. We negotiated price that same night and came to a deal. Their service department thoroughly checked the minivan out the next day and put new brakes and rotors on it at no cost to us. We hadnt purchased a vehicle in over 10 years so we were nervous about the buying process and getting taken with hidden fees and mark-ups, or purchasing a vehicle that needed immediate maintenance items like brakes or tires. In fact, they couldve glossed over the brakes, told us they were fine, and we would have been none the wiser. Needless to say, we are very pleased because we got the exact vehicle at the exact price we wanted. When leaving the lot, the GM Jared assured us to call him directly if we experience any problems even though we bought it as is. We feel very satisfied with our Brubaker buying experience.

Bought a 2011 Chevy Suburban - AS IS. I like the vehicle (as does my family) and they were very nice - cant complain about the treatment. Im not sure about the shop check on the car - the differential fluid was low and dirty (old) - it was making a noise that concerned me, which I didnt hear during test drives - and the trans fluid was in serious need of replacing. I like to have all the fluids changed when I get a new car (used) - regardless of condition - so that worked for me in this case. I would say the fluid check that may or may not have happened makes me neutral on this rating (middling 3 stars). My expectations of what is checked seems reasonable to me, especially on a vehicle of this price - but you need to be the judge. AS IS may not be the best way to go - unless that kind of thing works for you.

I never saw my $500 Realtor discount applied to my purchase. My leather seats seem to have a manufacturer defect as the color is fading drastically off the passenger seat. 2020 Grand Cherokee for $47,000 and Im having difficulty getting the seats fixed while under their manufacturer warranty. Not what I expected for a purchase of this value.
Would not recommend this place to anyone. Whole place is a complete joke from sales to the owner. Quoted a price of a used car over the phone once at the dealership the price jumped up and they would not honor the quote on the phone. Owner got involved to what we thought was to make things right, WRONG. Later found he was going to charge me for an oil change and inspection. The oil in the car was dirty and the inspection was a lick and stick job. If you want a terrible buying process, lying staff members/service department and waste your time then Brubaker Chrysler Jeep is for you.
Unprofessional. We went to shop around for a new SUV. We were ready to make a purchase. We were not offered a test drive, not offered a trade in value on our current 2015 SUV and left with nothing. If you’re ready to purchase a vehicle I would not recommend wasting your time at this dealership.

Took my 2019 2 dr JL wrangler in for its first service and for a recall and warranty work. The Service staff was professional and because of the recall I was offered a rental to use at no cost to me. Well done ! The work took about 4 days and Frank provided me an update daily. Nobody wants to deal with a recall or warranty work on a new vehicle, but Brubaker’s exceptional service made it a non issue. The only complaint I would have is that my Jeep wasn’t washed or vacuumed out due to the work done. I can deal with that though as the overall experience was frustration free.
Derek and David were great to work with. They answered all of our questions about a new Jeep Cherokee and gave us a great deal for our trade in. They even expedited the paperwork so that we could make it to a family wedding in time. Thanks again!!
I recently purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Brubaker Chrysler Jeep, and I have to say that I couldnt have been happier with my experience. I worked with both Jeremy and Tom over the course of several days and found both to be friendly and helpful.I was traveling during a portion of the time we were in the early stages of discussion and they were extremely willing to work with me via email to get 98% of the process complete before I even walked into the showroom. I got a fair price for both the Jeep and my trade, and really enjoyed the experience overall.
This is just a beginning review of the service department. Called last week to order a wheel, tire and pressure sensor. Gave all details to service department and parts department. We had a blow out while traveling. Arrived on time and an hour later was told that the tire they had does not match and it will take a day to get the tire. They wanted to keep our car! Silly people. We said no, you put the spare back on and call us when you get the correct tire. We wait. I will write a follow up review. Oh BTW no one takes responsibility for not having the correct tire even though we gave the details to both departments. Continuing the review: Later the same day 2:30 the tire came in. Service Department remembers us and is kind. We just gave the keys and was told they will get right on it. 30 minutes later and $840 poorer we finally can salvage what is left of the day. No discounts for Disabled Veteran or Senior. Oh well. That is the cost of traveling to Lancaster.
Fast, friendly service. Even a lube oil and filter stop, they go over the vehicle and let you know if there are problems, and give you options to take of it.Concern for the customer, even if you are just passing through, or new in town and planning on becoming a regular customer.When a problem does develop, they diagnose the problem, project an approximate cost for repairs, then with permission take the needed part off the shelf and complete the repair. Then you find your self on the road with a car as hood as new.This is a fantastically good dealership. I highly recommend them for any and all needs.
Horrible customer service in the service department. After and oil change and tire rotation, I picked up my wrangler with a huge scratch in my rear soft top window and tire pressure well below recommended PSI. I spoke to the service manager who told me that there was “no way” the scratch occurred while he had my vehicle because “the tech who worked on your car has a armless lift” (whatever that means!!). I informed him of the low psi in the tires and he said that he would “talk to the tech”. (No offer to come back in and have it corrected.). No big deal on the air in the tires but very upset about the huge scratch on the rear window and the VERY cavalier attitude about my issue. “What do you want me to do about it. We didn’t do it”.This is my fourth Jeep that I’ve purchased from Brubaker. I’ve had all of my service work done at the dealership. Because of this incident, I will never go back again. They lost a customer in me!
Total rip off. Rediculous costs, unprofessional service.Things they are suppose to fix keep failing. They probably charge 2 hours for a light change because there is some wire issues.Got oil changed, or at least thats what I paid for.. To get it changed again 2 months later finding out it never got changed.Better go to a mechanic, instead of a shop
Maintenance here is a rip off. They charged $300 for a hood latch, a HOOD LATCH! They told me it cost 1 hour of labor to “diagnose” it on top of the labor to fix it, even when we told them what was wrong. When I asked them about it they said it’s standard to charge an hour of labor for each job. So they’re basically saying we’re going to add an hour of labor whether they actually take that long or not. They also tried to justify it by saying the check engine light was on when it has never been on and it didn’t just magically come on for them.Will never have my car serviced here again. If it sounds like a rip off, looks like a rip off, feels like a rip off then it’s a rip off. I will take my business elsewhere.
Decent and honest service department.However I took a tremendous screwing on my trade in. My Wife was anxious to buy a new car so I went ahead with it. I will NEVER shop for a car from this place again.

BEWARE, BEWARE. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE !!!!!!!! I recently purchased a 1996 Corvette and it was the worst car buying experience I have ever had! I test drove the car and found a clutch problem. I was told the clutch had just been replaced. I should have walked away from buying the car but after going back and forth with Jared, the sales manager, he offered to take the cost of the repair off the price of the car (even though he claimed it had been repaired already). When I took the car to a Corvette specialist I was told the car had a broken clutch fork, costing $765 to repair. Jared only deducted $700 at the time of sale.They hid the fact the fork was broken. They also hid an oil leak which needed a new front cover & a hydraulic oil leak, totaling $2400 in repairs. Apparently someone tried to repair the oil leak by cutting the lower part of the cover and loading it up with sealant. I called them to see if they would work with me for at least partial reimbursement of the repairs. I was told the car was sold AS-IS, leaving me stuck with the total cost of the repairs. I would give them no stars if I could & I advise others to STAY AWAY! Also, be aware of their gimmick call for internet price. After the cost of repairs youre left paying too much. Not Honest at all. I would not recommend.

We went to buy a car, liked it so put on deposit, but when we came back next day see some indication that the vehicle was in the accident, so decided to back out of the sale. Salesman stated that the deposit will be returned within 2 weeks. It’s been over one month still didn’t get my deposit back. Despite multiple calls and messages to financial manager - no reply. STAY AWAY from Brubaker Chrysler Jeep.
I just purchased 2 vehicles from Brubaker and Freddy was fantastic to deal with and made the purchasing experience 2nd to none. There was an issue with one of the new vehicles and they were quick to resolve the issue and get me back on the road. I would highly recommend this dealership.
I took my 2017 Jeep Compass to this dealership this morning for its first scheduled oil change and inspection. I bought it from a different dealership a little further away, less than a year ago. I thought it would be quicker to go to Brubaker for routine service and inspections. When I handed over my insurance and registration cards, I told the guy behind the counter (Kevin Smith shows as the Advisor on the invoice) that I have a service plan that includes some oil changes. I asked if he could see the service plan information on the computer system since I didnt buy the car there and he said if I have one, theyll see it. He asked if I wanted the tires rotated and I asked him if they would need rotated yet, that the car only has 2,000 miles on it. He didnt answer. I waited 2 hours in the waiting room, which seemed long for a pre-scheduled inspection and oil change on a new car. When I was handed the $178 invoice, I saw that I was charged full price for emission testing. I asked if it was normal for them to do a full emission test on a car with 2,000 miles on it and he said no, but they did one and he said he could knock like $5 off. Then I noticed that I was charged for the oil change so I asked him about that as well and he said there was no record of me having a service plan in the system and said maybe that was something I had to go to the purchasing dealership for. That didnt sound right. When I got home, I called the dealership that I bought the car from and asked about my service plan. They confirmed that I have a Mopar Premier plan that includes 4 oil changes and that any Chrysler/Jeep dealership would be able to see it in their system. I guess it is also normal for the tires to be rotated after 2,000 miles because there was a $25 tire rotation charge too. That was my first and last time at Brubaker Chrysler Jeep, a very disappointing and expensive experience. Im just glad I found out how they operate now rather than later if a repair would be needed on the car.
Derek was good to deal with. Finance guy was helpful. They both stayed late so we wouldnt have to come back to finish the paperwork. Fair deal.
I test drove a used vehicle and was very interested. Had my check book in my hand. While my salesman was getting an appraisal on my trade, another person came in and wanted to test drive the vehicle with another salesman. I will admit, that the 2nd salesman asked me if I minded, and I said no I did not mind. Apparently the other customer decided he wanted to purchase the vehicle. The other salesman called his manager and asked him what to do and he told him to sell it to him. They didnt even give me first opportunity. When my salesman returned, he was embarrassed. I would not have been as steamed as I was, except when I talked to the owner, he told me we had to sell it to him. What if we had told him no, and then you decided you didnt want it. We would have been out of a sale SO it is obvious that they are all about the sale. And this review is the result of that attitude and way of doing business.
Had recall work being done on my 94 grand Cherokee. the experienced mechanic of 23 years stripped my deep socket lug nuts with a power tool and then blamed the customer for the damage saying that they cant be taken off. Then refused to fix the situation. Yet the lug nuts came off with hand tools done properly. They are unprofessional and simply do not give a damn. Still having problems to this day with half stripped lug nuts, AND the brake lights stick on now, had to replace that as well. Do not support them.

We have taken our 2012 Town and Country to Brubakers since we purchased it new. Treatment by both the Auto Department Managers and the technicians/mechanics in the shop has been very professional.My concerns are always taken seriously and the work performed is done speedily and correctly. I think if you treat people with respect, they will respect you as well. You cannot blame the salesman if you did not do your homework or the repair people if you did not ask the price ahead of time. Take the time to call around and ask for prices and then if a place seems too high for repairs, go elsewhere, dont blame the shop. Dealers usually charge more for work done, but who knows your vehicle better; the dealer or the guy down the street ? I would rather know that the dealers mechanics have been trained and well trained, hopefully!
