It was the easiest car purchase I ever made. Robin sent me a text that the Nissan Pathfinder was there, my husband stopped by for a look and spoke with Calvin Sherman. When I got home from work we went to see the vehicle and it was exactly what I had been looking for. We spoke with Calvin and he answered our questions and communicated everything in a way that we could understand. (We asked a lot of questions) There was some urgency because of the demand of the vehicle, but Calvin did not pressure us. We made the decision and then it was time to sign the paperwork. That also went very smoothly. I was very pleased with how we were treated and will recommend this business to everyone.
Jarrod was wonderful and helped me with all of my picky needs! He kept me up to date on everything that was going on while assisting me through the process of buying my first new car! All of the other employees were great as well, very friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured to buy something I didn’t want and Jarrod helped me narrow down my options to find the best fit.

They were nothing but kind and helpful throughout the experience. I had many questions to which they always had an answer. I liked it so much I decided to get a new car! If I could leave negative stars I would. I had scheduled appointment to see a specific car and they sold the car 4 hours before my “scheduled” appointment. To make matters worse, no one called to apologize or offer anything as an alternative. Whole experience was a complete waste of time and terrible display of business ethics. ABSOLUTELY the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Price was fair for the car I bought. The vehicle upon pick up was dirty. Inside doors and all around the car outside. Vehicle was supposed to have been service but ALL fluids were low(below minimum). Called the day before driving 4 hours to pick it up, and arrived at the time we discussed and found these issues. After sending it through clean up again it was still dirty. Didnt even wipe out door jams. If it had not been for it being what I wanted, and I had driven 4 hours to get it, I would have left it there. Buyers be ware.

My car left my family and I stranded on the side of the road and Hugh White was the closest Nissan dealership to us. Upon arrival Rick was very friendly and accommodating and made sure to let Pat, the service manager, know that my vehicle was a priority given that we were still two hours from home. The next day they had Todd, their Nissan guru, do a thorough diagnostic workup on the car to get to the root of the issue. Thankfully, it turned out to be a rather minor fuel issue! While having to get your car repaired is never fun, the staff here at Hugh White do their best to take care of you, and I’m grateful!

Service team barely acknowledged I was there, and nobody briefed me on anything that was done.
The message center was not reset when I was in. I had to set a number to get the notification to turn off. I am not sure that I put the correct numbers in to get the screen to show the same notification. I was assured when I dropped it off that everything would be reset and ready to go.
I couldn’t be happier with my decision to buy from Hugh White. Dan Henshaw found me my dream SUV and the service he and the team provided me was excellent. Arrived at Hugh White in Lancaster to have recall work done on our 2018 Nissan Pathfinder’s ABS. While my wife and I spent time waiting on the work to be completed, we talked to the salesman (Lance Williams) who leased us this particular vehicle. Our lease would be up In February 2021 and we were interested in looking at a replacement. Lance had several vehicles in mind for us to look at and test drive based on an earlier conversation we had. We did not plan on making a trade that day, but we found a new model that was exactly what we wanted. A deal was worked out between Lance, the sales manager and my wife and I on our new Nissan Pathfinder Cross Creek SUV. The entire Hugh White Lancaster dealership worked very hard to prep and detail our new vehicle without delay (before recall work was completed on our previous vehicle) so we could drive it home. The integrity and honesty of our salesman, Lance Williams, the professionalism of the sales manager and the service department in the timely preparation of our new vehicle assured our continuing patronage of this dealership location for our driving and service needs.

I had my routine oil changed and tires rotation. The service was quick, thorough.
I needed an oil change, tire rotation. With COVID19 I was a little comprehensive but they did a great job of making me at ease. Staff wore masks, doors were open for me, and furniture and fixtures were wiped down several times while I waited. A plus was the car wash. The experience took less than an hour and I was out the door.
Yet again the team at Hugh White Nissan surpassed my expectations. Our salesman Ryan Dixon went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we wanted at an exceptional price. At Hugh White we are always made to feel like the most important customers the dealership has, we won’t shop anywhere else.

Factory installed brake fluid tube backwards and fan eventually ate through it. Brand new 500 miles. Rick Ellas got me intact with Bill head service manager. They towed car and replacing all parts in 24 hrs. Excellent service.

They are terrible, with communication, time management and actually wanting business. I was going to purchase a vehicle and needed a cosigner, we went up Saturday and they were completely unprofessional, it took over 2 hours to hear anything from the bank and our sales guy kept putting it off. Finally we were approved but didnt anticipate my family member needing paystubs and such and instead of working with us and allowing us to continue with the loan the way we were treated was basically like heres the door see your way out. My family member was pulling up a direct deposit from his bank account to show some sort of income and instead of that being okay until he had a chance to get his paystubs they refused to do anything. We were approved for the loan and were ready to sign it. So unprofessional. I recommend never going there.

I was returning a leased Altima which expires this month. Rick Ellas sat down with me and asked what did I want on a new leased Altima. He found me the car I wanted and had it delivered, I came in and signed some paperwork and was on my way. Fast and easy transaction. Eric Burns handled the financial and lease paperwork effortlessly. 1 star because I had to click it to get the Post button to activate.1) The folks at the stations in service all seem to have different jobs as you can walk in and have to wait for someone to ask if they can help even if there is no one at those stations.2) I was quoted 45 to 60 Minutes for the service, but it took over 3 hours.3) I had to remind them after the service had already started that I wanted the additive as it seemed to me that no notes were taken or passed from person to person.4) After that crazy long wait, when reviewing the charges, I found that I was being charged $20 more than quoted. When I asked about it, it was blamed on the new computer system and corrected.5) After all that, the quote for break work I requested was not included, but I didnt care as I had already decided not to return to any Hugh White dealership period.And, you absolutely have my permission to utilize this feedback on any website you wish as long as this experience is shared IN FULL and UNEDITED in any way.

Let me save you all a load of time and stress. This will be lengthy but reading it will save you time. Take your vehicle to ANYWHERE but Hugh White. I bought two Nissans and leased a third from there when it was Taylor Nissan. Taylors collision Dept repaired a few of our vehicles and did a great job. Then it became Hugh White and everything went down hill!!August 2018 I bought a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder SL (it was still Taylor then). End of January 2019 under a level 2 snow storm, it slid into a curb and bent the back wheel out of alignment. Crushed a part behind the tire. We ordered a replacement part and had a shop put it on with much difficulty, but it didnt fix the issue, so we filed an insurance claim and dropped it off at Hugh White. We called the collision repair Dept and told them what happened and they said we needed to talk to service. Service told me we needed to talk to collision. Service ended up doing the work, which took over 3 weeks! They told us 5 days in a row that the Pathfinder would be ready the following day. My wife called every day to find out if it was done and no one ever knew what the status of progress was. Finally they discovered that the first part we ordered and they gave us was the wrong one. We ordered the right part number, but Hugh White gave us the wrong one. The one they gave us was a few inches shorter than the one we needed so they replaced it And gave us our car back. Of course they didnt replace the rim which was gouged pretty bad, so I called the insurance agent and told him and he said at the end of the week hed drop a check off to Hugh White to get our rim replaced. Hugh White never called us to tell us they had it. So after two weeks I called on Tuesday to find out if they ever got it, which they had and I talked to Bill (the same guy we had been dealing with the entire time) and scheduled an appointment at 8:00 this morning ( Saturday) to get it fixed. Hugh White called my wife yesterday to ask what was going on. The woman was extremely confused how we were getting work done that was already paid for. My wife explained what was going on and confirmed my appointment for 8am this morning. When I dropped the car off this morning the guy told me we didnt have an appointment And he didnt know anything about it, or when theyd have time to get to it. I told him at least 3 times that I made an appointment and their receptionist confirmed it and it has to be done TODAY. I called in at 10:45 and they still hadnt started on it and didnt know when it would be done. 😡😡 Take your car ANYWHERE but here. I will never buy another car or have any work done at any Hugh White ever again.Separate story, my father in laws work truck was having motor problems. (About a month and a half before my issues) he dropped it off at the same Hugh White. 6 WEEKS LATER they still hadnt diagnosed it. So he went and took it from them and drove it to a Nissan dealership in Chillicothe, who was able to diagnose the issue, order a new motor, and replace the motor all within 1 week. Hugh White is a joke
