Service is so much worse than before. I went there for an oil change, explicitly said I dont need tire rotation. They did the tire rotation without my approval anyways, broke the wheel stud and refused to cover the replacement.

I was looking at a few WRXs for about 15 to 20 minutes and did not get approached by a single sales rep. Two of them stepped out and looked right at me but seemed like they were going to break. Which is fine and all but they didnt bother getting someone to help me. I do not recommend this place to anybody. Their loss!

So on Friday may 27th 2021 I went to the dealership just to look at maybe getting a new car. I test drove a new 2021 Subaru STI, I was being helped by a very sweet and nice young lady named Lauren. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful while she was explained what all the features on the car did. When it came time to try to get numbers put together, I was introduced to a young man named Pedro. Super awesome dude he was working with me from the start and did everything he could to get me into my dream car (it worked). Hands down the best customer care, service, and super friendly staffed that maybe me feel important. 10/10 would highly recommend to a family/friends for anyone interested in a Subaru.

Before changing your car for trade in with this dealership, be sure to check the cost of your car at other dealerships. They will give an underestimated value of your car and try to deceive you by inventing damage and malfunctions that do not exist. For example Carmax gave me 12k and this Subaru gave me only 6k and sales manager tried to cheat me, saying that all 4 wheels of my car are worn out evenly, not because I drove 50 thousand miles on the same wheels, but because of the damage inside the car. You should be stupid as a donkey to believe it. Don’t let them fool you!

I wanted to order a 2022 Outback, but they would not sell me a car without taking off a large markup. The fake markup was on a paint and interior protector they wanted to charge me over $1000.00 and told me if I did not get this protection they would not sell me the car. I told them I was on my way to get my deposit back. I have an outback on order from Ventura Subaru with no upside are extras. Thank you Jim from Ventura Subaru.

I had a worst experience with them buying a used Mazda . First of all they replied late, then when we finally agreed on a price their manager john promised to deliver the vehicle to me next day and asked me to go through everything via phone call, I gave all of my info including Insured the vehicle they asked me to, I did everything when all of sudden they texted me that the vehicle has already been sold to someone else with cash in hand waiting . I mean seriously ? I couldnt go there, just because the dealership was like 85 miles away and as per their website they promise to deliver the vehicle to you . The vehicle was promised to be sold to me but they sold to someone else in the very last minute to get rid of hassle to deliver . They dont keep their promises, they are selfish, dont fall for their fake customer service and promises .They also ran my credit score without my permission, they cheated.

I met with pedro and he went over the features and benefits of the crosstrek. I then set up an appointment to bring my wife to see the vehicle as well. Throughout the buying process pedro was professional and informative. He used sales techniques that were appropriate and helped us feel comfortable during the process. I then met the sales manager Wes, he was polite and provided me with a great payment plan that worked for our budget. While we were buying our vehicle someone had bought the one we had driven already. The color we wanted was not on the lot. Wes made sure to have us our crosstrek before end of business day all the way from Glendale!! The team at Lancaster Subaru made it happend! This was definitely the most stress and hassle free experience we have ever had buying a car. I highly reccomend checking them out!

Best and car buying experience usually never go together. But this dealership and their staff is an exception. Shout out to sales rep Jeff and sales manager Wes! They have somehow removed the extreme pushiness and incessant pursuasion aspects from their business method to make it a very laid back, fun and not-in-your-face experience. It was so unexpected that I was expecting a catch any moment, but never happened. What was communicated verbally over phone, before I drove from an hour out, was exactly put on paper. Jeff is super knowledgeable, super polite, super respectful, and on top of his game. Got a scooby forester and super happy. Pricing negotiation with Wes was fair and not dragged, even for my trade in. Younes in financing was also very practical and only sold me a couple of protection items that made sense for me based on my area of living and work commute, and did not even make me go through the barage of packages that financiers try to push on you and leave you numb by the time you sign and leave. Drove +8 hours round-trip to view a car I was hoping to purchase only to be turned back around because the keys could not be found. I made sure to call ahead of time and schedule an appointment prior to making the trip. I specified which car I was interested in and they ensured me itd be no problem, come on in. I was originally slated to view a separate car at a different location but cancelled those plans in hopes of purchasing the car of interest at this dealership, which I noticed had a fair amount of positive reviews. After being told the keys had been misplaced (only after making the trip there), I was given the choice to wait it out and see if they would turn up... I took a lunch, and returned a couple hours later only to have the guy I was dealing with, Jeff, text to tell me he had a family emergency and would be leaving for the remainder of the day- however, I found that because of a limit on employee scheduling due to covid, his daily shift had come to a close. Why he didnt mention his scheduling from the start knowing wed had an appointment is beyond me... Fortunately the second gentleman was much more proactive and thorough. UNFORTUNATELY, however, no keys could be produced and we ultimately had no choice but to go home. Now, my real issue is that its been 6 days now and I have not received a single phone call (or text, which the employee, Jeff, seemed fond enough of at the time). I was hoping for some kind of follow up... Not sure why no ones called to touch base since Id made it clear of my interest in making a purchase from the very start. I have now called back twice. Twice Ive been told Id receive an immediate call back, and still Ive heard nothing. What a total disregard for ones time. A very disappointing experience altogether.

Had my used Subaru Forester for 2 months, got lucky with a incredibly clean interior from the previous owner. I brought my car in at 10am Friday morning to be serviced for the Takata airbag recall for foresters, and was notified at 2pm the same day my car would be ready Monday, today. I picked the car up today at 4pm, and once inside noticed a fine layer of dirt on my dashboard, leaves and twigs on the floor in the back and front and on the seat and in the trunk. It seems like the window might have been left open while in their care. I took it to the carwash to get it taken care of two hours later and while vacuuming the car also found boot smudges on my front passenger siding and floor carpeting and vacuumed a live spider out from the rear seat. I have rubber floor mats, carpet floor mats, front and rear seat covers, and a trunk protector for my interior, so am definitely the type of person who likes to keep it clean. The service gentleman that checked me in and out was nice and efficient, the young man that helped me order a plastic replacement piece for my rear seat and cargo nets for the trunk was helpful, and the gentleman who take my call for the complaint I placed was sympathetic. Granted, my issue is not a critical one, but I do feel that I don’t want to leave my car there for service, especially for long periods of time, it felt to me that they weren’t very considerate with the car.

Whoever the service advisor is who scheduled appointments needs to learn the Magnussen-Moss warranty act.I called about getting a quote for a transmission flush (not a drain and fill where they remove the pan and refill)The service advisor told me they dont flush and I said can get it done at a different shop and then he said Are they Subaru trained ?What difference does that make? You cant provide the service i asked for and there is a law that says you DO NOT have to take your car to the dealership to keep your warranty. Besides, I have 300,000 miles on my car. Thanks for nothing.

I had contacted several Subaru dealers online. I found AV to be very responsive and offer an excellent price. While still online shopping, I was given a lower price at a dealer far away. AV immediately offered to meet the price. About $1,100 savings below the discounted online price.My wife and I went in late in the afternoon and Moses and Brian took excellent care of us with great courtesy.There was no haggle - what we had previously agreed to was what was done. We were given top price for our trade. I even negotiated a discount on an extended warranty.The most surprising thing was the time that was taken by Brian, after all the paperwork and such was done, to familiarize us with the many safety and convenience features on the car. And, the dealership even gave a car safety kit - totally unexpected.We have NEVER had such a pleasant car-buying experience.

Horrible customer service with unrealistic numbers. The sales agents like playing cat and mouse games. Don’t be fooled by their tactics . They quoted me at 600$ Per month for a lease with 12,000 miles with 1000 $ down for a premium crostrex.

Great people and good knowledge. Everything was awesome except they ended up putting water in my coolant reservoir. Will be personally draining the reservoir and checking the rest of my car. Making me doubt if my break pads were properly checked. Month ago they were at 6mm, now they are at 3mm???

My daughter and I had amazing customer service at AV Subaru. We were greeted immediately by Ricardo, who offered us water, being it was so hot. He answered all our questions about the Crosstrek and when I called later in the week for a test drive, he had the car pulled out, air conditioner on, and ready to go when I arrived. Ricardo was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional to deal with it. After Ricardo found the exact car that I wanted, Wes was extremely helpful and patient in making my numbers work. I was very indecisive, as this was a big decision for me, but Wes and Ricardo were very understanding and never pushy. Wes worked the numbers several times for me, always with a smile on his face. Lets just say that I drove 1.5 hrs. out of LA bypassing the closer Subaru dealership to go to the Lancaster Subaru to get my rear view mirror replaced. Ive always had the best and most courteous service here, and I was sad to leave it behind when I moved south. But I went ONCE to the closer Subaru place (that will go unnamed) and was shocked at how different it was. So not only am I driving 1.5 hours in each direction, but I also rented a hotel to stay overnight. This trip is costing me some money, but its worth it to me. I will point out that the cost of going out of my way has been defrayed by the Lancaster Subaru service people calling up the head office and asking if they could replace my mirror as a courtesy to me, even though my warranty is expired! Imagine that. No way would the other dealership have done that for me. So listen up, business people. It MATTERS how you treat your customers.

I wish what we set up online with a Chat person would Apply to when we go in person..Not increase an advertised Price because you utilize a trade in to apply as down payment..Sort of feels Like were being lied to just so we go in person..Id rather take care of everythingbefore we go in person so all that has to be done is pick up keys just so we dont have to deal with a sales person in person..Suburus are great cars but I would rather deal with upfront real costs not change in costs once we go in person
