They are all very friendly. In a way theyre like family. They know you by name when you call in to make a payment, all the employees are easy to talk to.

John and the staff was very professional and friendly courteous walk to through all the procedures gave all the advice that they could. Just would have been nice if I was able to get the double down which was planned but waiting for paperwork through the mail the late stuff due to covet and couldnt get it. I bought a suv from Marla. It was the worse experience in my life. It took 7 hours to buy my vehicle. We was there 2 days in a row. First day computers was down. 2 day is when it took so long on buying the vehicle. It was so unprofessional the guy got fired and was making a big scene about it. Marla wasnt even thinking clearly. I put 1500.00 down on this vehicle and she put that I only put 1000.00 down. The other lady that was in there was to worried about going outside to smoke then doing anything else. I tried to tell the guy that took Marla place that I was ripped off 500.00and he seem not to really care. So now Im out 500.00 because she just put the 500.00 in her pocket. No long after I bought my vehicle Marla went on what they are telling me on vacation and never returned. So Im calling the State attorneys office and reporting them, warning do not buy a car from these people they are a rip-off I should have listened to the guy that got fired that day saying that they are a big rip off. I will never recommend or buy another vehicle from this place. This is the second car lot I had been ripped off by the first car lot was two guys selling cars and now Superior Auto is a rip-off its crazy how people just want to rip people off. And they dont even want to hear that she did what she did. So another words Im the liar and Marla is right you wont do it again bad place to buy

They once had the best customer service. However recently they stopped calling customers if there is an account issue. We had been recieving corporate help due to covid but when that program was stopped no one told us and it lead to our vehicles being up for repo. Had to come up with a crazy amount to get everything in track. And they still wont give us an individual payoff for each of the vehicles. Really ready to find another loan company

They had me sit here for 3 hours for nothing... Anytime they called about my application she would leave the room to talk to them. Couldnt give any clear answers to my questions. Not satisfied with their service. Wouldnt recommend this place to a dead rat on fhe side of a hot Highway
